Sept 2024 (5 years later) Quick update: 5 years later and at least 15 dental visits later by two different certified and reliable dentists, I was never told I need a root canal by my current dentists like I did at Kors Dental. Both of my dentists have advanced X-ray and imaging equipment and have thoroughly inspected my teeth. Long story short: Kors Dental lied about me needing a root canal. Stay away!!! They will recommend unnecessary (they call it preventative care) procedures. Shame on you Dr Korienne Bush. You call me a liar but yet you were willing to do a very invasive surgery on me for no good medical reason. You are the lair. I feel bad for your current patients. read more

Moved to Scottsdale about 4 months ago and was in need of all new Dr's. I read great reviews about Dr Grieger and thought to give her a try. If i could give the staff and Dr 10 stars I would! one of the best Dr office experiences ever! from the initial phone calls, checking on insurance coverage to in office staff, taking X-rays, cleaning my teeth and going above and beyond to make sure i was comfortable and understood everything they were doing. They have state of the art machines to help in diagnosis that made me feel so secure. Dr Grieger is extremely knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner. The best first time interaction I've had with a new dentistry! I decided to transfer over to KorSmiles after hearing positive things about Dr. Grieger. I was greeting with smiles and kindness immediately when I entered the practice by Debbie and the front desk staff, and was quickly brought to the back to get X-Rays from Bri. She was extremely helpful and easy to talk to, and made an X-Ray photo process that's normally awkward and usually uncomfortable a super relaxing and enjoyable time. Dr. Grieger then came to check out my teeth, I've never had a dentist spend more time with me, doing all of the basic check ups, along with providing some advice that other dentists have never cared to share with me. KorSmiles has some great technology and is ahead of it's time, I especially loved being able to see the 3D scans of my teeth, and made it much easier to understand what is happening inside my mouth and what options I have available. Finally, Susan the fabulous hygienist was a joy to work with! She was extremely friendly and really cares about her patients, all while being gentle and delicate to the cleaning process of the teeth she was cleaning. If that were true, why would you break the law and Google review policy to bribe patients to leave a 5-star review! In fact, when I did consult another dentist, he questioned your recommendations. Per FTC website: Businesses are prohibited from providing compensation or other incentives contingent on the writing of consumer reviews expressing a particular sentiment, either positive or negative. Violations here include situations in which such a contingency is express or implied. So, for example, while it prohibits offering $25 for a 5-star review, it also prohibits offering $25 for a review "telling everyone how much you love our product." Had the greatest experience at the dentist today. Needed a root canal and Dr. Greiger took great care of me. It's was a pain free experience with zero complications. Gentle must be her middle name! The staff were friendly and attentive to my needs. Dr. Greiger's assistant, Bri, was a breath of fresh air! Her skills are unmatched and personality is one of a kind. This place is amazing. The moment I walked into the building I was greeted by a smile and very helpful front office lady. The lobby is comfortable and relaxing. The woman who cleaned my teeth was thorough and did a great job making sure I felt comfortable the whole time. She discussed different options of floss and toothbrushes to make sure I could keep my teeth clean. When Dr. Grieger worked on my teeth she was very attentive to my needs and concerns. The equipment and tools are state of the art here. Dr. Grieger is so knowledgeable of current trends and practices in the dental field, it is quite impressive. The office manager did a very good job of explaining my payment options and making sure I fully understood everything I was billed for. I don't really write reviews but I felt inclined to do so after my most recent appointment. Dr. Grieger is by far the best dentist I've ever been to. I've been coming to her for many years now and I will never switch to another dentist. She always does a fantastic job. I get extremely anxious before any type of dental procedure and every single time Dr. Grieger is so sweet, kind, understanding, and does everything she can to make me calm down and feel better before we get started. Even if it takes 30 minutes to calm me down she won't start until I'm totally comfortable. I always really appreciate that she does that..it makes all the difference! And even if the appt started late she never rushes through anything..she's thorough and does good work every time. Honestly not sure what the 1-2 bad reviews are about..I've been coming here for around 5-6 years (maybe even longer?) and not once have they tried to oversell me on anything or tried to "scam" me into getting procedures I don't need (like 1 other reviewer said). If she tells me I have a cavity, she'll show it to me on the screen and I believe her. This isn't some rinky dink backroom office in a bad part of town lol, I highly doubt she needs money so badly that she's going to tell people they need procedures they don't need. Just my opinion based on my many experiences at this place..and I've gotten everything from cleanings to fillings to whitening to just recently crowns. When I was young, I had a really bad first visit experience with a dentist back home in Nevada that low key traumatized me, so naturally I was VERY bias when I walked into to Dr. Grieger's office in March of 2019. I filled out all the paperwork and even marked (when prompted on a new patient questionnaire) that I didn't like the dentist. My first visit, the moment I walked in, I was greeted immediately with a friendly smile, which put me at ease because I have some anxiety going to new places. My name was called within minutes by one of the technicians, Sarah, who took me back and walked me through every step of what was going to happen during my first appointment. She thoroughly explained the why behind EVERYTHING she was doing, which I LOVED because my previous dentist would just do his typical clean and check routine and be done with it--the less talking the better for him. This was exactly the opposite at KORSmiles. They even had time that day to get me in for a cleaning! Turns out, I had cavities my former dentist should have found, but didn't due to poor equipment. Within a week, I had them taken care of. Six months later, I came back for my second cleaning. I even bought a really pretty rose gold electric toothbrush that my hygienist recommended, which is a HUGE step for me because I never cared enough about my dental health to buy anything other than cheap toothpaste and an even cheaper toothbrush. I now brush my teeth every night and most mornings for the recommended two minutes AND I even floss, which I'd never wanted to do before. I absolutely cannot recommend KORSmiles enough. They truly care about their patients. I have gone to the office three or four times now, and they remember me every time. Anecdotal example: I have a planner and I don't like to write directly in it for future dates so I usually ask for a sticky note whenever I need to write down a future appointment, but the receptionist always hands me a pad of Post-It's before I even have to ask for one, which means a lot to me, as silly as it sounds. This review came out way longer than I intended, but I have nothing but positive things to say about KORSmiles. Coming from 2 previous dentists that lived up to every negative stigma that most dentists get, I had a natural uneasiness and apprehension about going to any dentist after moving into the valley. After my very first visit, all of the apprehension and negative stigma I had grown accustomed to when taking a trip to the dentist's office were gone! As soon as you walk in to the office you'll notice how extremely clean and well presented the space is. The front office staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I have yet to enter the waiting room and sit in awkward silence while I waited for my appointment (which unlike most offices was on time, this place is very punctual!). Sue and Dr. Grieger are not only very professional, but they seem to have an understanding on how to make what many consider one of the most unpleasant tasks (going to the dentist) into what I dare say, a delight? They are very kind and welcoming, they put you at ease, and are very informative during procedures and exams. They seem to take great pride/care in not only performing the procedures, but also making you aware of what is going on, as well as provide you with the right information on preventative and protective measures for your teeth and mouth. And the pièce de résistance is just the personal touch everyone in the office gives.
