We found our perfect one, obviously it was the last one she tried on and it came as a recommendation from a lovely pink hair woman. She totally knew what my daughter would look good in and what flattered her curvy frame, huge THANK YOU!!! My daughter and I are obsessed with her stunning gold dress! I loved the method of purchasing the dress, you get a clip board and write down which ones you want to try on. The standard of work between the Aurora and Orland stores is pathetic. The groomsmen who got their suits just knew a tie was present, they had no idea it was the wrong colored tie. We didn't figure out they were wrong until the groomsmen were getting ready and my husband asked one of the guys if he brought his own tie... They clearly didn't care enough to check the suits thoroughly which they are literally paid to do.... Prior to the wrong colored ties we were already upset we had to make a second trip the day before our wedding to pick up our suit orders that needed to be fixed due to pants with holes in the pocket, stains on multiple white shirts (including the grooms) and one order sent without the vest... So multiple people in the party had make extra trips to the stores the two days before our wedding because nothing was right the first time. All they offered in return for their HUGE mistake was half the money back for the two suits they mismatched the ties.... And the lady saying "she wanted to cry for me". At this point we should have all our money back for the lack of attention and effort put into their business when this is such an important day for their paying customers. Moral of the story this business did not make our wedding day any less stressful than it already was and if anything gave us more problems and stress. Also, looking at this picture literally breaks my heart considering all of the time, effort and money that was put in this day ruined by their carelessness. Update: now they are using our photo I provided in this review as their main picture. Such a disrespect to a customer they completely let down. This is the type of business they are running. But see for yourself how they couldn't even get our order correct for our special day!

Very limited mirror space for viewing. We did find 2 dresses and I spent nearly $1,000 on 2 prom dresses for my twins. Plus, I love supporting small business and drove 2 hours each way to do this! We drove 70 miles 4x to get dresses and subsequent alterations. On our last visit when we picked up a dress that had been altered, they asked me to pay BEFORE my daughter tried on her altered dress. WHO DOES THIS? Unless they know there is something that you are NOT going to be happy with. Well sure enough, the dress was worse than before it was altered. Yes, they offered to fix it and told me it would be a couple of hours. Again, we live 2 hours away and I wasn't expecting to spend the day in DeKalb. If you're going to charge me $65 for alterations, they should be done by someone who knows how to alter corseted dresses with boning in them. Again, to spend $540 on a dress that looked better before they altered it, I was very upset. They didn't even apologize. I guess once they've made the FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS, they don't care if you come back again.

My group went to the clearance section in the basement, which was very fun until the manager and a worker came down. The manager yelled at us for trying on different dresses, which is not okay. I felt very rushed and uncomfortable near the end as the worker kept trying to yank the dresses out of my hands before I made a decision on whether or not to try it on. Very poor service. Don't go and support them.
