    My two daughters and I had a great experience buying a dress and veil on 12/23/24 for one daughter's upcoming wedding. Chaqera was very patient and helpful, as was Suzanna, in helping my daughter find the perfect dress out of their big selection. She was very happy, and so was I as the payer, as David's is so much more reasonably priced than other dress shops and chains (for the same designer dresses!). Everything was top-notch, from the organization and cleanliness of the store to the dress selection process, to checkout (thank you to Paula). All the staff seemed genuinely interested in helping. I will go here for my Mother-of-the-Bride dress when the time gets closer. Highly recommended!

    Overall just a horrible experience. The location is pretty run down. Not clean, the carpets are gross and it has a bad smell when you walk in. My friend's wedding was supposed to be September 21st. She decided to cancel her wedding a week before it was supposed to happen. The dress I got was normal size and no alterations done to it. I never wore it, only put it on to make sure it fit once it arrived. It had been sitting in the same bag I picked it up in, with tags intact, and I also had my receipt from my purchase. You think making a return would be easy, but it was the worst experience I've ever had. I brought the dress in with my receipt and asked to make a return. The manger at the time didn't seem like she would be helpful and I was correct. She sounded like she was reading right out of a handbook they give employees for training purposes. She told me since I was past the 30 day return window she couldn't accept the return. I do understand that stores have return policies, but she didn't even seem like she wanted to help me with my situation. She told me I was so far past the return window there wasn't anything she could do to help. Then continued with "I'm not even supposed to do this but you can make an exchange for something of equal value so you're not stuck with a dress." I'm already married and have no weddings coming up. I didn't want to exchange it for cheap shoes and jewelry. It's not like it was $40, it was $120. She made it seem like she was "helping", but really had no intention of helping me. All she kept saying was "I hear you and I understand." I then brought up when I went to try on bridesmaid dresses at her location, half of them had broken zippers, rips, tears, and sleeves falling of her dresses. I asked how she was ok selling those but didn't want to accept a brand new dress as a return and try and sell it. She told me that the dresses that had broken zippers, rips, tears and sleeves falling off would be sold at a discounted price to her customers. So if you're looking for crappy dresses this is the location for you! She told me her hands were tied and she couldn't do anything about a return and it's not up to her. So I contacted customer service and got told that the store could in fact waive a 30 day return fee if they wanted. When I called back and asked the store about it I was told that "it's just customer service, it's not corporate, and it's just an online chat." Which leaves me more confused because isn't the point of costumer service to help the customers? Why would customer service lie about being able to waive a return? I was also the one who had to keep calling and asking for an update. Horrible communication skills. Stay away if you can, get your dresses online, I've had much better experiences online shopping for dresses than I've had at David's Bridal.

    As the items arrived one by one I was asked to please come pick them as their is their practice. I explained I have a very large order and you see my address so you know how far I live. I asked if they could please hold onto the items until the complete shipment arrived. I was very happy to hear them say YES they would!!!! Once my order was completed they called me and asked if I would like them to have it shipped to my home as a courtesy . I quickly said yes please and they did just that. I would've had it the very next day but the snowstorms delayed the shipment. They have DEFINITELY redeemed themselves in my book.

Nice roomy interior and showroom, enough knowledgeable staff to deliver excellent service, and a great selection of a limited number of brands. It began as a sales outlet for just New Balance shoes, but has since expanded into other brands with New Balance still their highlight. They had a nice selection of shoes for all styles, and also had socks and other items to complement their inventory. It sits in a small shopping mall anchored way in the back it's hard to see from the highway you have to really know what you're looking for use your GPS. This is the second time I've come in and received fantastic service. My first experience was April of 2021. I wanted something that had what was called the wide toe box but not a wide shoe and I was just browsing places in the girl was very very helpful at the time and everything was perfect these were some of the best shoes I've owned in a long time I bought two pairs one was more of a running gym shoes sort of thing. But the one that became my daily word pretty much for over two and a half years were these walking shoes in a nice color neutral Brown not just black or the white or off-white whatever they are. I was so happy when I went in there and I said I was in here a few years ago I gave him my phone number and my name they pulled me up said yeah you're here and I was quite pleased to know these exact same shoes are still available and they had them in stock so I got myself another pair because after two over two and a half years of very very hard wear through all different elements for seasons they finally started to begin to slowly get unglued at the sole. But once again I came in in the service was fantastic I had no complaints at all this is an outstanding store right here and even if you have to have something ordered they keep in touch with you and let you know everything that's going on.

    Been running back and forth to this mall to make sure I have everything for my new iPad; screen…read moreprotector and case. Then my husband ordered a new iPhone and had the techs set it up. Then of course he had to get the fancy charger with the fan. We are not just stopping at one store. Who does that? This is a mall after all. So we walk around and maybe we buy something else, maybe we don't. We are getting in those steps. I'm really sad that William Sonoma is gone. Loved that store, spent lots in there.

I see him today speaking to officer Dargan 401 with Orland Park Police about clarifying statues of law, the mall director walks up and says "What does he think this is a legal seminar" joking in my face along with Dargan all because I asked how can you enforce law if you don't clarify? They both ignored my gesture and the Director of Security threatened to ban me just for asking for mall policy & when I asked for his name he tried to walk away. I've had issue with this man for years along with other mall vendors who pay to be there and he doesn't treat people with respect. His attitude seems like he doesn't have to talk to people cordially because of his position, I will also be escalating my complaint with the BBB based on this unprofessional behavior from a director of Security
