Ramon's was the second place I tried and both gave me comparable estimates for new leather straps - $65! That's actually more than the bag costed, but since it's a set, I decided to suck up the cost and have it done. Ramon's has good customer service, they gave me a reasonable date for when the work would be completed and they did a good job with the straps. I didn't care for having to pay in cash vs. being able to use my credit card - but aside from that, I'd say overall it was good.

The ladies in the shop were very helpful. This is a ladies boutique which specializes in jeans. I did not shop for jeans and should have asked if they carry petite. Wish I would have. If you wear petite you know my struggles. The boutique offers trending clothing and shoes as well. They have a rewards program so I plan on coming back for some deals.

I go here for decent, gently used items but they place items for sale that really are garbage. Their prices are approx average and in line with other Goodwills, which are often a little too expensive. I believe they think they have high end items when that is not the case. I just wish employees AND patrons would take better care of breakable items. It is sad and frustrating that many collectibles are ruined. You can find a bargain here but buyer beware of broken items or stains, etc... I have purchased some collectibles and a new sweater for gifts at this location. I also occasionally find nice Chanukah items.

Wow. Ok first of all I visit this place as often as I am in the area as I love resale and…read moreconsignment shops. I have frequented this place numerous times and have had the blessing of seeing it grow, rearrange and expand. Once I was in there and a worker there was so kind and helpful and even gave me a deal on the two chairs that I purchased. The most recent visit was just the opposite. No one to help or greet. I asked a question and was treated not only like I was stupid but said, "Here's the stairs right here", like I'm some sort of imbecile. I proceeded to want to check out and two workers were too busy complaining and I stood there and waited until they were done. Then when I gave my card she starts to tell me that my card wasn't accepted but then realized she put it in upside down. No apology just again an attitude. I spent over $50 and I didn't know that as a customer I'm such a burden. Take my advice hire friendly people who work only the floor to help customers if you're too busy to help and answer questions. I will still go but there are other shops in the area that I may consider visiting before I'll go back again.
