Horrible experience getting a tooth filled. No communication to tell me the doctor had an emergency according to him. Waited 40minutes. Doctor numbed half my face for one tooth. During the procedure the drill died and he says, "it must be your day." After i go out, the receptionist tells me I have a 100$ + something copay. Was not told prior to this visit and should have. Receptionist then says that she doesn't appreciate how I talked to her brother the dentist. Very unprofessional. Not a good start to a business. read more

KOSH OFFICE= STAY AWAY. My appointments are always randomly getting cancelled on me. NOTHING is ever covered by insurance. I honestly have nothing good to say about this office. Also requests people to give a 5 star review for some type of reward... absolutely ridiculous. read more

Stay away! Dr Kosh does work and then tells you afterwards that the work is not covered under insurance. when I questioned this I was told "my bad". the receptionist is a nasty women and when I complain I was told "this is my sister and the two of us should shake hands and let it go" Great way to treat people. Dr Kosh requested a 5 star review to be entered into a drawing for an electric toothbrush. Really! Move on to another dentist. read more

Donna Fraser DDS is the best dentist in WNY. From her receptionist Katie who is always so helpful and friendly, to her dental hygienist ( Julie is my fave ) who are very gentle and friendly, you won't feel this comfortable in any other dentist office, I promise you. Each station has their own TV, so you can relax and watch your favorite TV show while you get your teeth worked on. Donna herself is a very caring Dentist. She really cares about her clients and you can tell she loves what she does. Not only do I and my husband see Donna, but my mom also goes to see her as well. I have also referred a client of mine, as an emergency, and Donna saw him, no problem! If you are looking for a clean, friendly and relaxing environment, this is your office. I'm a self confessed bad Dental patient, i'm not good at keeping up with my Dental health and not good at going to the Dentists often enough. I've been saying i'll go to Dr Fraser's office for quite some time as I drive past it almost every day but recently I made the move and booked an appointment as a new patient. They were great about getting me in quite quickly and at a time that was convenient for me. I was warmly greeted at the reception desk and taken into a room to being my work. My R.D.H was wonderful and really helped perform some much needed work without it being "too" painful and Dr Fraser came in to spend some time with me also. Overall a great experience and they really did a great job making me feel confident in going back more regularly than I have at other Dentist's office in the past. Highly recommended ! read more

Kosh took over my dentist office when my dentist retired. (Donna Fraiser) . I had gone to Donna over 30 years so was nervous that I had to go to a dentist that is younger then my grandson ( I am 76 years old) but I had a tooth ache, so I called for an app and they got me in fast. After x rays were done found I had an infected back tooth and it needed to come out soon . Dr Kosh explained all this and why they could save the tooth etc. I made an app for the tooth to come out. The day this was done Dr. Kosh again explained what would take place before he started. I had NO PAIN whatso ever. None. I didn't even feel the Novacane shot!!!! Dr. Kosh did all in about a half hour and prescribed antibio and I went and got them and went home. I actually washed some windows later in the day. No pain. I think he's great and will continue to have him for my dentist. While he was taking my tooth out he kept explaining when he was doing . I really like that. I would tell everyone to go to him. I'm deathly afraid of dental work. Like, to the point of avoiding it for years and years. One day... My tooth hurt so bad that I couldn't take it. Doc Fraser's office was kind enough to return my call. From then on, I've had a root canal and even a tooth pulled all willingly... And I've never felt better about my dental care. The staff is all very kind and remembered me and my fear of dental equipment from the first visit. I can honestly say that not only is Doc a great dentist, but she's also an amazing person. I am forever grateful that I knew her long enough to have my smile fixed... And my fear of the drill. :) read more

WORST BEDSIDE MANNER EVER!!! Most uncaring place I have ever been. On second appt, she slipped with drill and sliced across the bottom of my tongue tearing it open. My dad told her how uncomfortable she makes me, and she told him "I'm just to nervous"! Well yeah when you never had your teeth worked on and the dentist comes at your mouth without telling you what they are going to even do, or what to expect. You tend to be a little nervous. At one visit the dentist was so preoccupied by her yard work and stone being delivered, she completely was actually nasty to me. If I moved a little, she would huff very loudly and then slam equipment down. Her own hygentist admitted to what a bear Dr. Frazier is and that she treats everyone this way. If you want to feel small and unseen, and want to be treated as if the Dr's lack of compassion is your fault, the definitely make an appointment at this torture chamber. An added note. She was so mean one time, they used 3 full syringes of Novocaine on me and it didn't numb the area, all because my nerves were soo irritated/upset and there was no thought to my feelings at all. Even after that, she still would come at my mouth like a bear. Any professional should know if someone isn't used to seeing a dentist, and they have several cavities, then maybe a lighter attitude and hand would be the best approach. Not nasty rushing, mumbles under breath with no explanation of procedure, or what to expect. It's very upsetting. read more

I had dental work with an implant conducted by Dr. Fraser. I was extremely impressed by her skillful hands and dental brilliancy. The implant was tricky. The office is very warm and inviting. The staff was very efficient and friendly. I cannot say enough about this business if you need a dentist. I also believe she would be excellent if you have children or your entire family was looking for efficiency and good. read more

I wish I knew about Dr.Fraser sooner. What outstanding dental care. I have a caring compassionate hygienist - who offers up great advice on how I can continue to keep my teeth in great shape. I had a filling taken care by Dr. Fraser and never ran into any issues like I did with my pervious Dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Fraser and her team. Katie is always nice, personable and polite on the phone and greets me by name; she has gone above and beyond to accommodate me. I couldn't be happier and my teeth have never felt, or looked better!
