She has the latest technology for everything and she is able to do scans and investigate beyond your teeth and up into your face and head and neck with the technology that she uses so you can actually find completely hidden infections or damage that normally cannot be seen by a regular dental exam or x-rays. She was able to find a chip in one of my upper vertebrae that I sustained from a car accident in the past as well as a hidden infection above one of my teeth in my sinus area that nobody else had spotted from an old filling that had been replaced incorrectly by a prior dentist. It wasn't even bothering me but there it was on the scan. I would have NEVER found out otherwise! If you have hidden infections or damage from an old filling or even hidden metal that you can't see with the naked eye, there is no other dentist that could find that other than Dr. Loud. She knows how to remove and correct these things safely and with your health at the forefront and uses safe and proper methods to remove metal fillings. Most dentists don't even protect your body when they remove metal fillings and all of that mercury gets released into your body causing damage that can continue on for years. She also knows the connection between your teeth and your organs. Did you know that every tooth connects to a different organ, gland or tissue in your body and she has a chart that can show you which teeth connect to the different parts of your body because a problem in a tooth can be causing totally different symptoms somewhere else in your body! I am a naturopathic practitioner myself and I send all of my patients to her. Every single one of them has been blown away by their experience with her. They did not allow her to come in to even look at their work to see if a root canal was even needed. Just referred her for another expensive procedure. My daughter, being on a budget asked for a refund of the $600 she paid not including the insurance they billed. She was told at first that they would only refund $200 and when she expressed disappointment, was told by the doctor that the refund was no longer valid. I'm listed as my daughter's emergency contact and tried to reach out to the dr to try and resolve this issue and she would not call me back. I'm HUGELY disappointed in this office and to make matters worse they charged me for 2 cleanings up front and now I have no interest in going for my next cleaning. We are out money and my daughter is in pain possibly with an infection or needing a root canal and now we have to start from square one!

BEWARE OF FRAUD. AND BLATANT DISRESPECT FROM BILLING AND OFFICE STAFF…read more First of all, I do want to say that I love this practice. The hygienists and doctors have been fantastic however, I was overcharged twice including once in December by over $1000. After talking to my insurance for verification, I called the practice and spoke with the office manager. I sent over everything, including statements from my insurance and was sent back actual copy/paste answers from their website - not anything specific to my case or request. This went on for 2 weeks until I stopped hearing back from her all together. My insurance called and spoke with her, informed her how much I should be refunded based on my insurance providers contract with marketplace smiles. Over a week later, still no emails or calls back from the practice regarding this. My insurance has stated that they cannot force marketplace to refund me unless I filed an official over collection complaint, which can take 60 days to rectify. PLEASE be sure to compare your bill to your insurance's explanation of benefits very carefully. If anyone has found themselves on a similar billing issue, please share.

This has got to be the best Endodontist office in the valley! I had severe trauma to my two front…read moreteeth and one next to them. I fell and all three teeth were pushed up into my jaw. You could only see about a quarter of one front tooth, that's how far it went into my jaw. Dr Perman and Dr Lammot were both shocked when they saw it and said, wow I don't think we've ever seen anything this bad haha. It really was that bad. Dr Lammot pulled my three front teeth down from my jaw with dental pliers and got them back in place.. Dr Perman worked some wonders with the root canals and saved my teeth. Dr Perman did three root canal treatments to save my teeth. He is the most kind and compassionate Dr I've ever had to work with. I cried at my first visit while they were working on me just because I was scared. He talked me through everything he was doing and why this treatment makes the most sense for me. I was a mess because I thought I was going to be walking around with three front teeth missing. Dr Perman got me out of there feeling confident even though there was still a lot of work to be done. I have dental insurance but this cost a lot so I had a lot of out of pocket cost. The front desk staff and accounting staff were so kind in helping me out and setting up a payment plan. My endodontist work is complete and I just went to my dentist for follow up work and they were in absolute shock when I told them what happened and that Dr Lammot and Dr Perman were able to save my teeth. My dentist was like, this doesn't ever happen, especially because you are over 40 haha. Highly recommend Canyon Ridge! I have had both but positive experiences with everyone on the team!

I never felt any after pain. This was for two molar teeth. My only qualms is the administration team. They have a contact us on their page but they have never answered my question. I have delta dental and they are in-network for this practice thankfully. However I still ended up paying almost 500 out of pocket! I believe they balance bill which they are NOT supposed to do, due to being in-network for my insurance. It'd only be 500 if they're charging a ridiculous amount for a root canal well above standard amount. With my insurance they maxed the entire plan out which was honestly shocking. I recently got a root canal and crown and paid almost 500 out of pocket for BOTH from a different dentist. I even have almost 100$ left in my plan. That says a lot. Anyways I tried reaching out to them to ask about the break down and they never got back to me. A bunch of money siphons! I'd avoid this place. I love Dr. Lammont and his team but administration is some shady team. It's full of young women who are busy chatting with each other and not actually helping patients. Also side note for my root canal they let a student sit in and assist Dr. Lammont. I was not informed of this and not offered the choice if I wanted the student to sit in. The student had no prior experience assisting with a root canal. The student was originally watching the procedure and then they were like "you want to sit in? Okay grab some gloves" and never asked me if I was okay with it. If I'm going to be your Guinea pig at least ask or give me a friggin discount to let you spectate. Student did a terrible job by the way. Kept poking me in the mouth. Hope she doesn't become an endodontist.
