Showing up after church, the dining area was only about 20% full. It is located in a very dismal strip mall. It is a bright spot and has not brought any life back to it. Once inside, the ambiance and decorations still make you glad you arrived. There are wonderful bamboo sculptures, vases, and flowers. On my first review, I praised the open kitchen and how you could see the chef hand pull noodles. That is covered up now because their original offering of eight different shapes made on site is down to only one. Two other offerings are NOT made on site. I ordered flat noodles and was quite disappointed. They were not made there, were overcooked and tasted bland. The broth and the meat were still wonderful. While service was excellent when they first opened, it is quite poor now. You must order off a tableside wireless computerized menu. I do not like that, preferring the nice menu they had before so I could skim and scan to zero in on my choice. When I asked if I was allowed to talk to my server, she said, "only if I am not busy".
