Well I saw a van I liked here, at the right price and immediately felt comfortable with Tim. He does business the old fashioned way, with integrity and giving good value. I expressed my interest in purchasing the van but was going away for the weekend. He held the van for me until I returned, based on just a verbal agreement. Unheard of now a days. Tim and his wife are easy to work with and we had a seamless experience. I highly recommend them.

I did some research and found that their warranty company coverage and prices were the best so about 2 months into the original warranty; I phoned to have the extra extended coverage activated. I was told that Bob was mistaken, by the owner, that the warranty had to be purchased at the time of the vehicle purchase (which we would have clearly done, if we had known). This was NOT at all what Bob told us. Ron the owner stated he was friends with the warranty salesman and that he would have him call me to see if there was anything that could be done to "help us out". I never received a call. I phoned Ron again and told him again, I was still waiting for that call. The call never came. My husband and I phoned this dealership 5 times waiting for a call back from their warranty person. Finally 7/11/16, my husband received a call from Bob who gave us the phone number to the person they purchase their warranties off of; whom we'd been waiting for over a month to speak with. His name was Rob. Rob told us, he rec'd only one phone call from Ron's Auto and that was on 7/11/16, the day we called him. So after a month and a half of Ron's Auto promising to call this warranty person and seeing if they could "help us out", we found out that they never even called him. Of course we had a mechanical breakdown the last week of the warranty and by the time my husband had the chance to really review the problem , he foundd that the entire transfer case was split in half; we've called Rob the warranty guy because Bob at Ron's auto said he was sorry there was nothing he could do. So if the warranty doesn't cover this mechanical breakdown. We'll pay for the repairs and see Ron's Auto in court as they have not acted in good faith. Clearly, they were just out for the sale and can't make good on promises that they make, nor can they make good on the mistakes they made. Buyer beware!

When buying the truck Brett told us we needed to wait for it because they were putting a new frame on it due to the Toyota recall. We waited about 8 weeks to receive the truck. When we picked up the truck from Rottet Motors I asked Brett what else was replaced, he assured me that whatever was needed when the frame was replaced was done, I believed him, first mistake. I don't know much about vehicles but when a supposed Reputable New Car Dealer tells you the work has been completed I tend to believe them. Fast forward to last year when I was getting the truck inspected; The shop told me that the frame had holes from rust and I asked them "How is that possible? it's a new frame." Yeah right. Rottet Motors never put a new frame on the truck, they just had it patched and welded. I contacted Rottet Motors and Brett told me he never said they put a new frame on it but had it welded. 2nd mistake, I should have sued them at that time but I gave them the chance to repair the frame again. I took it down and again they welded the fame. I wasn't happy but as long as my young daughter would be safe and I would get the expected life from the truck i figured things would be ok. Not so much. This year when I was trying to get the truck inspected, I was informed that the frame was in disrepair. I again contacted Rottet Motors and spoke this time with John Rottet he said he would get back to me which he never did. I contacted John Rottet multiple time and always the same thing. He said they never said it was a new frame but a repaired frame. I may not know a lot about cars or trucks but I would never knowingly pay almost 10k for a welded framed vehicle. So please beware for your own sake don't trust a single word these people tell you.

I purchased a fair condition high mileage American SUV from this dealership over two years ago on a…read morebuy-here-pay-here loan process. The loan was ten months long at $300 a month payments, split biweekly as were my pay periods. I had the lovely gift of family and my own dually noted financial efforts to help obtain the vehicle, maintain it, and make it to the finish line paying it off. After myself making exactly ten months of payments my loan was paid off as agreed. A title was mailed to me VERY promptly thereafter. I had one encounter during my loan where I was unable to pay. Not only did the dealership lend a deferral for 14 days and when I doubled up on my payment the next pay to square up they made sure I would not be strapped first before taking the money. YES, during my loan my vehicle broke down several times and it did take a couple tries before we could pinpoint some electrical issues with the vehicle (which have since been resolved) and it was annoying... but the vehicle is still running 248,000 miles later... I bought it with 200K hence the high-mileage intro earlier. Customer 1 Auto also offers a mechanic bay with newly staffed mechanics that know their stuff... This is the first vehicle I could say I actually had last long enough to have renewed the registration on, as an owner, twice. There are a lot of swindler car dealers looking to make a good deal fast to get their commission up, and then there's Customer 1 Auto. This is a local family ran business that's been there for many years with the same management. They have good intent to have good vehicles and good people working to make money selling cars and help people get into them. Best thing is to get your carfax so you know what you are getting, do your research and don't overspend. If they take the car back because you can't pay that's not their fault. MANY times people will say "this dirtb@g car dealership is a rip off" AND/OR "that car sucked anyway" but then they forgot to say how great the car was while they were driving it and not paying though.... Do your research online, pick your car, call for info, and see what they got to offer you.

I don't live in this area but am up here for an event and I needed my car inspected. So I called this dealership, the receptionist was nice and they were able to accommodate my needs. My appointment was at 3pm and we showed around 2:30. They took my car to inspect it right away. It's now 3:30 and I go out to find out what the hold up is and the man behind the counter says I'm sorry your car failed inspection. What???! It's a year old, what's wrong? Oh you need new windshield wipers. I thought oh that sounds like some bs considering I just drove 2hrs in the rain to come up here yesterday and my wipers worked fine. He then begins to quote $88 for new ones. I said they probably just need cleaned maybe debris is the issues. He said oh no they are torn. $88 for new windshield wipers are you out of your f**king mind!!! I said give me the keys I'll run over to the auto parts store and get them replaced for under $30. He said oh well do you just want me to put the stickers on it for you then? Yep! Another 15mins goes by. What is taking so long? Oh he has to put the info into the computer. This place is a total scam! I get the car back and there are old rain drops on my windshield from the drive up which tells me he never bothered to even check them. I get out and inspect the wipers and there is no cuts and the windshield is perfectly clean. The lobby has old furniture that is stained and filthy. The roof has leaked and there are water stained ceiling tiles in combo with missing tiles. Then the true WTF is the dirty bathroom where the toilet actually rocks. Does any of this sound like a place where you want to do business? Yeah me neither.
