I went outside listened to 3 songs, back in, still no drink, went back out- 2 more songs, back in, still nothing. Ordered at 11:15, drink was done at 11:51. I think good business would have been upping my size for free, or a coupon, or even a thanks for your patience. A simple, "Thanks," while kind enough, caught me off guard. Any gesture to recognize that wait was unreasonably long would have sufficed. The juice was still delicious, I can't lie. I don't know if it's staffing (2 employees on Sat. morning- no Now Hiring sign tho) or what, but if you are in any kind of time crunch, I'd probably avoid the wait.
