In the meantime, he adjusted the other hinges that were working fine, which made the cabinet doors function worse than before. On his second visit, he said the part we bought wasn't correct, took a sample with him to purchase the right one, and again left the doors misaligned. After multiple calls and messages over several weeks, we've received no follow-up and no return visit to complete the job. It's disappointing because the first impression was so positive. We were hoping for a better outcome and a repair company we could rely on for years to come. Unfortunately, the job remains unfinished and our cabinets are now in worse shape than when he started.

On the day they did the installation, I had removed the previous sink but couldn't get it outside by myself.
