We had some minor water damage in our basement and needed new padding and replacement of our carpet. Larry saved us as I sent him photos and measurements and he sent his crew out a few days later. I was looking for carpeting to get out into a new house before moving furniture. While the timing was tight, Larry was quick to offer timings, and then called to ask if I'd be available same day and I happened to be. He was patient even with the fact that I wasn't scheduled for the day, made sure to offer a good selection for the purpose and feel I wanted, and most of all did pricing for multiple options. In total, for the install it was about $4k, with the cheapest option being about $3.1k (2 bedrooms and a 900sq foot basement and steps. The minimal change in pricing even with much higher quality was part of the reason I trusted their value. The installers were amazing and even went out of their way to fix a step that the previous owner has broken a bit, and also just did a great job of cutting up the old carpet into manageable bags. They asked what style I wanted the steps (straight down or the "hug the stairs" style I forget the name of) and did an amazing job of that close step style. My biggest thing I can say is that if I need to replace the carpet down the line before selling, or just because of age, I'm going with them again 100%. read more

You know that the "inspector" also agreed this was not because of our floor heat, he said it was an anomaly of the fibers in the carpet.
