Italian Sausage, Green Pepper, Onions, and Cheese Omelette

Food was delicious, came out quickly ( less than 10 minutes), and our server was very sweet! Would recommend.

Just your typical diner serving typical diner food. Service was friendly and food came out relatively fast. Had to hit the savory dishes with the ole SPK(salt, pepper, ketchup) and the sweet dishes with syrup. The son of the owner also sells pizza pies from the shop. Cash only. It's decent if you have a hankering for Detroit styled pizza otherwise it kinda misses the pizza mark for me. Points to Nick for having my pie out in a timely manner.

French Toast topped with powdered sugar, turkey sausage and scrambled eggs with cheese.

The restaurant is small and cozy as its name suggests. When you enter the aroma is wonderful. The menu is very simple, no frills but it's "breakfast comfort food." I had French toast, turkey sausage and scrambled eggs. The menu items are reasonably priced and the food is good and satisfying. The waitress was very friendly and the service was fast. The only drawback for me was that they didn't have any decaf coffee or herbal tea. I'm used to diners that have coffee and tea. But all around good otherwise. Definitely will return.

Philadelphia Cheesesteak Adventure

Different cheesesteak #1013 in the last four years. It was 'dine in' Pizza night with @nickspizzaandotherthings302 (on instagram). 'Dine in' being the key words. No take out. It had been a long day and I was in no mood for this cheesesteak. From above it looks like it needs more meat. In the center cut picture you can see it has a good amount of meat. A good amount of melted cheese and nice big pieces of onion. When I picked it up I saw it was a thick slice of meat. I was scared. My fear was confirmed with a thin veiny piece of fat in just about every bite. Not a big piece of gristle. That little thin veiny piece of fat that you have to chew forever. I really liked the roll. Other than the fat and $13 price this was a good cheesesteak. It was pizza night so I got a slice of tomato pie. That was good.

Friendly service. Reasonable prices. Really cozy. Street parking. Would come here again.

Local great reviews of KK brought me here on a cold Monday around 10:30 AM and the place was mobbed. I soon found out why. Not wanting to wait for a table I decided on takeout of - Ham and egg sandwich which when consumed I felt as if I was transported to a good place. This ham was real fresh ham, right off the bone on a soft roll that complimented the clearly very fresh eggs. - Pork roll and egg sandwich. My friend loves his Pork roll and isn't easily swayed. Well he was for this. He commented on how fresh the pork roll tasted as well as the eggs and roll. -2 coffees which were very, very good. All packed very well to go. Nothing spilled out and the sandwiches were still hot when we ate 15 minutes later. We will be back.

We are from the west coast and are on a bucket list trip along the east coast. We decided to stop for breakfast in Delaware at the Kozy Korner. The staff was so friendly and the food was delicious. We never heard of Scrapple before and asked the waitress what it was. I guess it is common here because her reply was "You're not from Delaware, are you?". We decided to try it and it was surprisingly good.

Pepper & Egg sand with lovely potatoes!

What a lovely discovery. Kozy Korner is a great place for breakfast and it will definitely be part of the occasional..."ugh I drank too much, I need a solid breakfast" routine. I ordered a pepper and egg sandwich that came on a long roll with american cheese...I added jalapenos. My gf ordered a veggie omelet. Both were served with an abundant amount of breakfast potatoes that were delicious! I added fried onions because that's how they should always be ordered. Both meals were enjoyed. This place is adorable. Our waitress was super friendly and very efficient. We each had a fresh pour of coffee and our bill totaled $15. Old school breakfast prices, I'll take that. So happy to find KK, very welcoming, tasty food and cheap! I look forward to trying more of the menu.

Veggie omelet and bfast potatoes

Wow what a find! I love this adorable little place. First off, they've been around since 1922. I think that's a good sign!! This is a very cute small-ish diner. Quiet and indeed kozy. Despite the age it's very clean inside. The service was great, coffee served within 1.7 minutes of sitting down and the server was super chatty and friendly in the best way. We had a great hang over breakfast ... The most important kind of bfast there is. I had the veggie omelet (served with home fries and toast) and my gf had a breakfast sandwich customized to her liking and a side order of potatoes (big portion!!) They were completely accommodating to special requests. The food was great and came out fast. my veggie omelet was loaded with vegetables!! Potatoes were on point. Crispy here and there and not all greasy. Her Sandwich was delish as well and good sized. I can't wait to go back and try other breakfast items and definitely the lunch items too! A quick glance at the lunch menu sold me on a return for both meals. Last but not least, this place is very inexpensive! Our total was like $15 but you could easily eat for less than that. I mean, I did order a fancy pants omelet. Ok really last but not least-- plenty of vegetarian stuff to pick from!!! Big win for Wilmington with this joint!

So much better than a regular luncheonette that it looks like. Clean and tasty food, great service and even good coffee. Highly recommended.

Urban Kitchen can be described best as a diner for the 21st century offering a variety of tempting options. I went for the Friday classics of fish and chips that included a truly amazing cream of crab soup! The crab soup was oh so good and yes I found some shell but that was fine because this was real crab!! The delivery of my dinner made my. mouth water ... onon rings over French fries with perfectly beer battered cod that proved to me that the folks in the kitchen know what they're doing (flaky and moist cod yum). My dining partner had a cheeseburger, which in my opinion was ho hum compared to my dinner but she said it was really good. Oh, the coleslaw was top notch too. My only complaint... it was so filling I couldn't eat all those perfect French fries so they became part of the next day's breakfast! Was truly a great Friday dinner!!

They have great cookies (with nuts so if you have allergies, ask for the nut-free allergy cookies separately). Towels a bit stiff, hard as with no dryer sheets and didn't soak up water very well. Faucet was almost falling off the wall, had to re-press it back in and it was almost coming off again. Water pressure was good, though. Couldn't get the hotel phone to dial the desk, so had to ask for new towels at the front. Parking was plentiful. They have a restaurant downstairs (does not come with a complimentary breakfast meal). Two towers for rooms so two separate elevator banks. One couch by the wall - very comfortable. The one in front of the TV - squashed down, you can feel the supports through the cushions so not comfortable to wait on. Service made up for the fact the hotel is on the older side, and AC worked overtime at night.

Upon getting into my room, it was filthy in the bathroom and the desk and bed frame had oily fingerprints all over. It was like the staff didn't come to clean at all. The ventilation is terrible too, there is no bathroom vent or fan, so it was misty in the entire room and was musty upon arrival. There were stains and hair from a previous guest in the bathroom too. The breakfast experience wasn't great either. They left their food uncovered and open, so the flies had time to land and walk all over the food. The staff also adds extra tip if you don't fill it out yourself. I will not be coming back!

I thought it was a little donut shop, but it was actually a full restaurant/bar. The restaurant didn't really seem to be open yet, but the donuts at back were fresh and coming out for the morning. There were so many options it was very hard to choose what to get. These donuts were special, in that they are brioche and very large and fluffy. We got an apple pie and strawberry cheesecake donut. We definitely didn't need two, but "when in Delaware" I guess? Haha! Then we spotted our waitress and a few other servers vaping as the kitchen door opened. The manager was checked out as we were speaking with him. Needless to say the service was awful, so we left. As I said promising, but their staff and customer service is a complete turn off. Eat well folks! Ps. My daughter did a Yelp review right after we left but somehow it's been removed...

Many restaurants place great emphasis and effort on the grand opening to garner good reviews and then drop their quality of service and food over time. This wasn't the case at First Watch. My wife and I visited First Watch a year ago on the day after Thanksgiving and were delighted by the quality of food and service, specifically the thoughtfulness and attention to detail from the staff so much so that we had to return one year later. Upon arrival, we were greeted by our hostess who lead us to our table where our family was already seated. Our server promptly arrived to offer beverages, take our orders, and answer questions. As we waited, the manager greeted us at our table and asked if there was anything we needed while our orders were being prepared. The restaurant was well lit with natural lighting and spacious as we remembered it a year ago. The menus were clear and offered a good selection of entrees, sides and daily specials. I ordered the Farmhouse Hasher with eggs over easy. My wife ordered one of the specials -- the double crunch breakfast tacos. Both were brought to us promptly. My wife loved the tacos and said she hadn't had such great tacos like that in quite a while. The farmhouse hasher was as I remembered it - the potatoes were cooked and seasoned perfectly; the bacon nice and crispy; and eggs over easy delicious. This will be our annual day-after-Thanksgiving morning tradition from now on!
