Stopped when I saw this place Georgia. I was visiting my grandparents house since they passed. PROs: very delicious and seasoned well. Grill is electronic and sucks the smoke efficiently. Decent price for dinner, but better price at lunch. The servers help cook the food. Nice ambiance with Kpop groups on the t.v. singing songs... First and foremost, the service was very good. Our server was very kind and attentive; she constantly checked up on us, refilled drinks, cleaned our grill and made sure we were good on orders and sides. The restaurant was clean, and had a nice atmosphere as well. However, the main attraction, being the food was incredibly disappointing. In every single other KBBQ restaurant I've been to, all of the Banchan (side dishes) are brought out to you automatically because that is an integral part of the meal. That was not the case here however, and the only thing that was brought out without being asked for was rice. It was very odd, and comparatively speaking it'd be like ordering a burger and only receiving the patty and the restaurant waits for you to order bun and condiments. After asking for and receiving the Banchan, they were all pretty subpar. The kimchi especially was very bland. The meat was no better. The brisket and Galbi were passable, but one of the appeals of KBBQ is being able to try the different cuts of meat. Everything we tried (beef/pork bulgogi, and ribeye) was not good. The steak was discolored when it was brought out due to freezer burn, and was subsequently tough to the point we didn't finish eating it. The quality of the bulgogi meat was also not great, but slightly more tolerable due to the marinade. To top it all off, this restaurant does not change your grill for you, they only attempt to clean it. Our server did her best, but after cooking several variants of meat, especially marinated ones, the grill needs to be changed as overtime burnt bits and sauces will stick to the grill and get on your meat and affecting the flavor. Overall I am very disappointed, and do not see myself returning. When each person is paying AT LEAST $35 to have full access to the meats, you'd expect the quality to reflect the price, but that is just simply not the case. If you really want a true KBBQ experience, take the time and go somewhere in Duluth. read more

Out of all their locations, I usually visit the Canton spot and have always enjoyed my meals here. They offer a great selection of meats, and their side dishes and appetizers are a perfect complement--especially the fried chicken and rice cakes. I always make sure to ask for their yum yum sauce and grab a drink from the bar before or during my meal. They often have a seasonal drink menu, which I love exploring, but when in doubt, my go-to is the Korean Kool-Aid (so good!). Anthony has made my drinks a few times and is always kind and friendly, recommending great options whenever I'm in the mood to try something new. He's even served us a few times as well so it's nice to see a friendly face when dining in! The restaurant is very clean and has fun decorations that perfectly match the restaurant's name! They're also great at accommodating large groups, so it's a good spot for birthdays or other celebrations. read more

K-pop in canton. So 3.5 out of 5, if I was honest. So glad I have a friend that does signature cocktails. It lacks originality with its drink menu execution versus description. While the meats had great flavor, the premise that your meat is tended for you is an overask of burden on servers that aren't chefs. Great starting Korean bbq joint, but still have to compare to the ultimate I was referred to (but never ventured to go due to the name). We shall see. Enjoy your experience! This place has a novel idea to taste test the foods beforehand and then order the ones you like. The staff cooks the meat at a hibachi for each table of 4. If more than 4, there is a hibachi at each end of a large table. The food was good and I believe prices have been lowered. read more

Iv been here a couple times now. Ambiance and seating is good and comfy! Please come with the intention of cooking your own meat. It is VERY easy and I promise you can do it. It is unfair to ask the servers to cook it all for you when they have tables to tend too. They are servers. Not cooks. Service was 4 out of 5 only because sometimes it takes longer to get your servers attention if you need something. Very laid back. In my case I needed wipes to wipe down my burner after cooking and he was no where to be found and everything got scorched to the burner. Had to replace it with a new clean burner. But he did apologize and brought a new one over right away once he checked back with us. Food is always good! Loved the amount of sides. Only thing I would request is individual soy sauce and sesame oil bottles for the tables so people can season how they like. When I asked for sesame oil and soy sauce (for my rice, ramen, lettuce wraps, and meat) they brought it to me in a soup dish making it hard to pour without it spilling down the side. read more
