I've been here quite a few times and all have been exceptional experiences. Putting out great hamburgers goes without saying. But this review is all about their hotdog. Their Hotdogs are 100 percent Angus Beef franks. With jumbo Beef dogs, slaw dogs and chili cheese hotdogs as their main line- up. There are many ways to enjoy your hotdog but Bobby's grill theirs which is one of my favorites. A crispy skin that goes crunch and then the tasty juiciness follows. Just yum. I love the slaw dog and the chilli dog is also a favorite but this time I went with the grilled plain. Why you ask, because Bobby's has a nice feature with their huge topping bar where you can put your own topping on and as much as you want. Onions cut 3 different ways. Tomatos diced or sliced, relish mustard, different peppers and just about anything else you can put on your hotdog. Lol. [[HIGHLIGHT]]And I've never seen it messy like other places. Always neat, well stocked and clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Buns are the soft top-sliced kind. Great for loading up lots of toppings. And the fries are always fresh and hot! We stopped in for Sunday lunch. Although it's not our first time at Cheeseburger Bobby's, it is our first time enjoying the burgers. I ordered the Smokehouse Burger and my husband enjoyed the Bacon Cheeseburger. My burger was cooked perfectly medium and was loaded with bacon. They have a condiment bar with three different lettuces, tomato, pickles, onions, jalapeños, etc. I just didn't like handling spoons that other people touched then touch my food. A good representation of the franchise. I arrived about 5PM on a Thursday in late February and there were just a few tables unoccupied. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The seating includes booths, highboy tables a one half booth.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There was no wait to order and the food was served within minutes freshly cooked. The fries had a nice crisp as did the bacon on my bacon Cheeseburger. Their signature toppings bar was well stocked and I appreciated the variety (both leaf AND shredded lettuce; dill AND sweet pickles; diced white AND sliced red onions). This was our first trip to Cheeseburger Bobby's, and I loved it! My favorite thing about this place is that I get to dress my own burger. Didn't know this when we decided to eat here. My bacon cheeseburger was absolutely delicious! It was not overdone, and I like that the bun wasn't heated. Yummy buns!! I've heard great things about Cheeseburger Bobby's from several of my friends, so I decided to give this burger joint a try! What makes Cheeseburger Bobby's so unique from every other burger restaurant is that you get to build your own toppings. They have a "toppings" bar; like a salad bar. You are able to pick what you want to put on top of your burger and how much of something you want. For example, if you want pickles, you can grab as many pickles as you'd like and put it either on your burger directly or on the tray that your meal is served on! They have lettuce, onions, pickles, tomatoes, banana peppers . Not too mention, they also have a ton of sauces and seasonings to choose from! I ended up ordering the Carolina burger which had bacon, cheese, coleslaw and barbecue sauce on top of a deliciously fresh beef patty. I sprinkled some sea salt on top of my fries and tried Cheeseburger Bobby's special sauce. I highly recommend this combination! The total for this meal which included a drink was $10.58 (includes tax). I would have to say that that is a killer price considering the quality of the burger, all the sides, sauces and seasonings that you can choose from and the simple fact that you do not have to pay tip! So excited to try this place for the first time today!! I love the condiment bar and all of the seasonings for your fresh fries! So many flavor and seasoning options, and the Bobby sauce is wonderful too!! The burger had great flavor and all of the toppings were fresh and tasty! The hamburger patty is NOTHING like the advertised pictures, which are rare and everywhere. In the pictures, the patty is nice and thick. My patty was as thin as it could possibly be. The condiments bar at 5P on a Tuesday was really bad, almost out of everything, allowing me to easily see the bottom of the pan. I could count the both kinds of pickle slices and only a few of shredded lettuce. Another comment is when you come in and only want frozen custard, you have to wait until the orders of everyone in line (if there are any) are taken, which has happened every single time. So you go to the back of the bus for an ice cream that takes a few seconds to make. This is too bad because the frozen custard is really good, but I am not willing to be forced to wait so I now go to DQ. read more

There are so many good things about this place I don't know where to start. First the French fries are perfect - crispy, hot, cooked perfectly. The burgers are simple and truly delicious. I've had the grilled chicken too-also good. It's takes a couple of minutes because they are cooked-to-order fresh on the grill. Burgers are perfect every time because YOU put the toppings on yourself! The toppings bar has all the standard items like lettuce, tomato, onion, dill or sweet pickles and more, but my personal favorite about this place is all the sauce options! BBQ sauce, hot sauce options, "cheeseburger bobby's" sauce which is pretty good, the standards: ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc. They do a punch card and Thursday is double punch day. 10 punches gets you a free burger. They also have amazing ice cream! We have stopped in more than once for the ice cream alone. A big point to also stress is that each time we have been in, we've always had amazing customer service. It just keeps getting better, too, because they also do coupons locally as well and you can get $2 off a burger basket. read more

We must have gone to a different cheeseburger Bobby's than everyone else but this one was terrible. Not very clean and food was very poor. I ordered chicken tenders and they looked more like a disfigured nugget. Hardly any fries but I was told they are bottomless well at least give me enough for the first go around. When I showed the manager the chicken she said oh the tenders looked like nuggets and she shouted to the young men give her two bigger ones. How ridiculous. She was more interested in visiting with two men than she was her customers. I gave two stars because the young men that worked there, they were new so the manger said!!and they did not know the procedure right now, but they were sweet. We returned to Canton for the holidays and had to go to Cherseburger bobby's because I loved their burgers. But that was in 2016. we moved to Florida then and return to visit our daughter and grand kids. Things have changed at Bobby's since then. The biggest change is in the hamburger meat and patties. They are pre-formed, smaller and when grilled shrink more and do not stay juicy. They give you two pattie's instead of one and the bun they use is smaller in diameter. Although they still use fresh cut fries the ones we got were bits and pieces and not crispy hit. So a five star rating is reduced to only three. read more

I ordered from here after receiving promotional material in the mail! They had a picture of a chicken tender basket that looked beautiful! I ordered one expecting to be not as beautiful but I was wrong, the tenders were golden, brown, and delicious. The fries were home cut which isn't my favorite but these are the best I have had in a long time! They had all these various salt seasonings so I used the jalapeño and Cajun ones! Delicious! I also ordered a burger with bacon! It was perfect! They have a bar with the usual toppings and a few additions for you to customize your burger! It was awesome! Cheeseburger Bobby's is a wonderful concept: you order your burger from the menu on the wall and they provide you with a vibrating pager when your order is ready. When you pick up your tray you then put your desired condiments on the burger. The toppings were fresh and abundant. They also have several spicing salts for your fries at the end of the condiment line. The bacon cheese burger was outstanding and the fries were delicious. I also found the peach iced tea to be amazing. The food was worth the visit. The bathroom was a one in one out design, but it was clean and well maintained.
