I ordered through ezCater for a Gender Reveal party. I ordered 2 chicken finger trays and 2 cheeseburger trays. The delivery driver was SO nice and the food was delicious, but the reason for only 3 stars is that the delivery driver arrived earlier than expected per my catering order and they don't provide any chafing dishes to keep the food hot so by the time everyone arrived and we ate, it was all cold still delicious, but we would have preferred it be hot. If you're not providing chafing dishes, that should be something the customer is made aware of when specifically placing a catering order. read more

If it's your first time there, ordering could be a little frustrating. You're channeled down the side of the dining room where you can't see the menu if people are in front of you. Only when you're at the register can you see the menu. Then the menus are on TV's that continually change screens ..making you wait for it to cycle back to find a choice again. Read fast! If you're a booth kinda person, they only have six. The rest are tables. Apparently the booths are preferred as none were open. The food. We had two smash burgers with fries and onion rings. Nothing wrong with the food. The beef had plenty of flavor, bun was fresh. Toppings were fresh. Rings and fries cooked well and not greasy. Pricing seems a little high but probably on par with what you're getting. Dining room was very clean. Just need to rethink that menu! read more

I finally figured out (cause no one told me) that you have to ask for toppings. After visiting a few times, I wondered why my burger never had any lettuce/tomatoes/mustard. There's a little sign on the register. I definitely didn't see it cause I'm always looking up at the menu. Anywho.. after getting a sandwich that was fully topped, I see what the fuss is about! This is basically another version of Five Guys, but not nearly as good. The fries were just run of the mill crinkle cut fries (likely frozen). The burger(I got the Grand Canyon) and it was overly salty, and the meat was chewy. The burger was too thin compared to the meat, and even though it had double cheese there was little cheese or cheese flavor. The burger was so greasy that when taking a bite the grease just squirted everywhere. There was okay wait time for them to bring out the food, but there was only one trash can by the exit where customers could throw away their trash and put their trays. They played music, but it was honestly up too high because I could barely hear my husband, and I don't have hearing issues. read more

We've visited several times. Second time the chicken in the salad was so tough as to be inedible. We received a certificate for future visit. This time, I asked the cashier the difference between the Junior ($7.75) and Regular ($9.25) cheeseburger. He said he "thought" one was larger. I ordered a large. Surprised when it arrived at the table and looked like a McDonald's cheeseburger. Patty with one cheese slice. Really? I guess the server noticed my expression and asked if there was anything wrong. I told her I could have had this at a nearby McDonald's and asked her for lettuce, tomato and mayo. She returned with one slice of tomato, one small piece of romaine lettuce and a mayo packet. Always have loved the canyon's location in Woodstock so very excited to have a Canyon's in Canton now too! The chicken tenders are some of my favs from anywhere, especially the Nashville hot. The burgers are good as well. Also, love the option to split sides 50/50 for 50/50 sweet potato and regular fries. All in all just one of my fav places to grab quick food. I ordered the Double Smash Burger and an order of fries for take out at the Cabin location. First, it took nearly a half hour to get the food which was outrageous. When I got home the burgers were literally burnt and the fries were cold. I cannot begin to state how thoroughly "pissed off" I was. Additionally, I got the equivalent of a small order of fries in the box with my burger. There were no more than eighteen fries in my box (yes, I counted them because I couldn't believe what I saw). Stopped by tonight for about the 10th time. This unit has some of the nicest kids working. The kitchen staff is well trained and pump orders out the windows with unbelievable accuracy. We tried the new "Watermelon Salad" and it was very good. Chicken was a little dry and there were only four pieces of watermelon on the plate. I would like to see that doubled. Would I order it again, yep it was that good. Staff worked hard and the place was jumping. I would recommend turning the music down as you have to shout to speak to your dining partners. Ordered lunch here today and our whole family loved it. One of the best bacon cheeseburgers we've ever had and totally customizable. We also ordered regular chicken tenders and buffalo tenders. For the buffalo tenders, the spice level was just right. I'd say medium. The fries were seasoned well and the kids devoured them with Canyons sauce (their version of Thousand Island).
