There's also a nice bar in the front area where you can have a drink while you wait for your table. Once your table is ready, you are given a 2 hour limit for your meal, which is plenty of time. You have your choice of all you can eat K-BBQ or hot pot. We did the BBQ this time around so ill have to be back to try the hot pot next. All members of your party much choose the same option. The menu has a large selection of different cuts of beef, pork, chicken, and seafood. Along with lots of sides like kimchi, rice, etc to choose from as well. There is also a large hot bar with more sides and a ton of sauces to pair with your meats. The staff is attentive and was always ready to refill drink orders and bring more cuts of meat. They also sang a comedic Happy Birthday to our coworker, and kept a super lively atmosphere. I love me some K-BBQ and this spot definitely will be added to my rotation. When in doubt, you can always count on KPOT for a solid, consistent meal! Lately any time we go out of state, we somehow end up at a KPOT 9 times out of 10 lol. This KPOT was only a few minutes drive from Epic Universe & we were already pretty familiar with the chain, so it was honestly one of the easiest decisions we made this day to come here for a late dinner after spending most of the day at the park hahah. Note: the latest time they accept tables is at 10:30pm, one hour before closing time. We opted for their regular AYCE & it was more than enough! We love their short rib/galbi... definitely made sure to get a couple orders! One of our friends doesn't eat beef & it came in clutch that they had a good selection of chicken, pork, seafood, + lots of sides. They have a sides + sauce bar with many options available. Bring an empty stomach as it is AYCE. The pineapple painkiller didn't have a lot of alcohol in it, but what do you expect during happy hour. A good place for some team building cooking your own food at a table. In a large group it may be wise to go for the hot pot first, then go for the BBQ. The only place during my trip with my lovely companion where the food was actually a glaring disappointment. Let's start by saying that the wait wasn't long, the appetizer bar was ok, service was ok, most of the meats and seafood was subpar. Due to the long wait at our first choice for night one in Orlando, we decided to give KPot a try, we figured that its kind of hard to mess up and KBBQ and hot pot; but some how, they did. We were first seated in a cold and smoky area of the restaurant, that we requested to be seated somewhere else. The waitress seemed annoyed, but she did have the hostess change our table. We decided to do both: The hot pot and KBBQ options. The server got our drink orders, choice of broths, then explained how we place our orders for the meats, seafood, veggies, etc. we both chose Tom Yum for broths, and places numerous orders for both hot pot and the KBBQ, and went to the appetizer and sauce bar. Let's just say the best non dessert item at this place is probably the chicken wings and the cream cheese rangoons. The oysters and clams look extremely iffy; so I only grabbed a few to add to my hot pot. They had some of the basic sauces you would find at other KBBQ places and bottles of chilis and sauces from more American establishments. Could be a bit weird when you see people adding ketchup to the mix, but to each their own. The veggies, brisket, and beef belly were as expected. But the rest was not up to par. The Galbi short rib was almost all fat and barely edible; sad, as that is a staple of a good KBBQ place. The beef bulgogi was actually lacking flavor. There's a bit of a wait to eat dinner here since many people go after visiting the park nearby. I'd recommend putting yourself on the waitlist beforehand if you can. The restaurant was quite large and bustling and also smelled like seared meat. After getting seated, our waitress brought us water and menus and explained the different options to us. You have the option to get Korean bbq, hot pot, or both (all unlimited). We decided to do just Korean bbq and had a great meal. Our waitress was a little busy so it was hard to grab her attention to order new cuts of meat. But after ordering, the meat came out pretty quickly. Three stars because the meat after one grilling constantly got burned, I've asked to change the grilling /cooking plate 4 times we were there. Even though you are allowed to be there for 2 hrs we weren't able to sit in the dining area for that long. The smoke is so intense it burns your eyes so badly. The ventilation doesn't work properly. We visited this place after our visit in Epic Universe. Such a great place to visit after a long and fun day at the theme park. It didn't disappoint because they have options of either you do the hot pot or kbbq. In our case, we chose the Kbbq. The meat selection was pretty good. Yet another solid place for AYCE Korean BBQ and Hot Pot. Very spacious restaurant with plenty of seating. Servers were friendly and quick to keep your drinks filled and to check to see if you need reorders and to bring your orders out. The food itself was solid. Lots of meat and vegetable options. K-Pot used to be one of our favorite places until this... 6 of us went on Mother's Day, which also happened to be my birthday. We had a few people visiting from out of town as well that enjoyed the restaurant when they visited us last time. We had 2 people that deal with allergies. One person is a Celiac and one is allergic to shellfish. We asked for a double burner table, which they have accommodated before. This time was different due to it being Mother's Day. The manager said that he was saving the table for a party of 8. After we mentioned to him about the allergies, he then said that he could give us the table if we purchased 2 additional dinners. I said to him "There's 6 of us and you want us to pay for 8 due to allergies? He said that's the only way he could give us that table. Everyone was in shock. Finally tried kpot for the first time and had the best time! Luckily, it wasn't too crowded (this place is huge) and I was able to have a great evening with my friends. The meats and vegetables were all delicious, and the soju options were fantastic. Our server was very attentive and despite serving multiple large tables, he was able to bring us our items quickly and checked on us regularly, it was very much appreciated! This was a really great experience from start to finish. This restaurant does an unlimited Korean barbecue and hot pot combination, and this is perfect for those who want to have a large variety. They have a giant bar that has a ton of self-serve items, and you also can order meats and vegetables from your table with your server or on the provided tablet. The meat was all really good, and everything tasted really fresh. I appreciated the appetizers that they had pre-cooked on the long self serve bar so you could have something to eat while waiting on your food to cook on the grill or in the pot. I'm severely surprised the overall rating wasn't higher- everything was good. We did the hot pot and bbq combo- about $38 each, and food was great- so many meat and vegetarian options. Even the side dishes were numerous- avocado with tomato was so good! There are a lot of hot pot options for broth as well- I got the chicken broth and my husband got the Szechuan. The meet paired with Bok choy and a quail egg just made my day. The galbi bbq was also so good. We were serviced by Jay who was WONDERFUL - professional, checked on us often but not too often, and was incredible pleasant - made our dining experience awesome. The service comes out pretty quickly after you order it. They have boba, alcohol & non-alcoholic drinks. My friend and I both got the herbal broth; he made his more seafood & spicy by adding additional Ingredients. Their buffet & sauce bar is plentiful. There are even oysters & crab to boil in soup! The buffet bar has Korean fried chicken, fruit, & crawfish. For dessert there was mousse, strawberry cake, & separately in a freezer was ice cream. I was craving korean bbq while visiting Orlando and KPOT seemed like the best price for the quality. I thought the concept of a hotpot and kbbq combo restaurant was really cool, but decided to just opt for the korean bbq. I came as a party of 2 and we were seated right away. They have a hot bar and sauce bar you can access right away which had things like fried rice, fried chicken, fries, etc. Honestly, there was nothing in the hot bar I particularly liked but it felt like a filler anyways. It took a bit for the waiter to come check on our table to place our first order, but didn't encounter any issues after that. I think that the main value from this place comes from the galbi. Usually kbbq will charge extra for you to add on galbi, but it was included in the cost here which I loved. The quality of the meat was honestly pretty good and the galbi was perfectly marinated. It was also fun getting to make your own sauces and definitely made it a unique dining experience. Overall, I recommend checking out KPot if you're interested in kbbq. My only complaints is how long it took the waiter to come initially and the quality of the meat goes down slightly after a couple rounds but other than that I left satisfied and I feel that it's pretty fair for the price. read more

Customer service from Javi was AMAZING, the reason I'm giving this place a 5 star review. The KBBQ was good, worth the price. We did come at a late time, but I don't feel it excuses the poor quality of the oils and sauces, they were all pretty cloudy, especially the sesame oil. Maybe keep the sesame oil in a bottle versus somewhere people can mix other items with it. The items available at the bar were decent. The fruit was very juicy, which we really enjoyed after eating so much meat. I will say, I was disappointed that they don't offer rice paper or kimchi salad like other Korean BBQ places do(or at least the do in California). Thank you Javi for an amazing experience! read more

So far our favorite KPOT location here. Tonight was our first visit to this location. We didn't even know it was there. We were going to Ale House until we saw this. It is so clean and spacious . Even the bathrooms are clean. Everyone seems very friendly and our server, Miguel, was awesome. He gave great recommendations, he was very on top of things ( like our drinks), and was extremely friendly and professional. The price is the same as the others we have been to but, they had items we haven't seen at the other locations. That healthy herb soup is delicious! I could eat by itself.
