This is an AYCE KBBQ restaurant. My fiancee and I drove here expecting that we can dine in and order regular Korean food for lunch. But they only have grill tables. Although they offer à la cart ordering options for the KBBQ meats, you will have to grill your own meats. If you are looking for regular Korean cuisine this isn't the spot for you. From a Korean customer's perspective, the KBBQ meat quality was okay, for an AYCE, I guess you can say it was good. The portions were small like half size of everything you order, which was annoying but for a table of two it actually worked out great. We were able to try various meats and I guess they do this to minimize food waste. The side dishes were plentiful, I think there were 7 including the japchae. Even though japchae didn't have a lot of veggies and wood ear mushrooms or meat, the flavor was on point. Having come from South Florida, I was excited to see intestines on the menu because we don't have Kbbq restaurants that carry that on the menu. I kind of expected the à la cart price to be less pricey since it was Orlando (bigger Asian populations), but I guess for the portion and the quality, KBBQ in South Florida beats Orlando all day in my opinion. The grills they use here were not as strong so I didn't enjoy it as much. But whatever the restaurant is doing, many people seem to be enjoying it. The servers were friendly and the service was nice. They include gratuity on every check but they have it in writing to let the customers know so we didn't mind it. If you haven't tried this place alrdy, please give it a try, AYCE for $40 an adult sounds fair. Only the à la cart price compared to the portions seemed pricey in my opinion. Let me know what you thought of it. (Cross reference and for comparison, I used Hallyu, Gabose, and Yami Kbbq in South Florida, all Korean owned restaurants that offer Kbbq options and serve decent quality meats. I didn't include others that lack quality, pricey for no reason, considered fine dining, and non Korean owned to keep the comparison neutral and fair)

This is the second location of Bulgogi House located on Oak Ridge near the Florida Mall. It used to be another Korean BBQ restaurant that I've eaten at. This restaurant has been renovated so it's clean inside. It has lots of booths and a decent amount of seating. We came at the perfect time to beat the lunch crowd for their AYCE. The staff greeted us promptly and service was quick. Our server was knowledgeable and sweet. K-pop videos played on the tv so it's a fun touch. We ordered a variety of different meats on their more expanded pricing to get the LA Galbi. Everything was such good quality meats. Since it's a small grill, you could only order 5 meats at a time. It's probably for the best because you need time to grill and eat it hot. The ban chan (side dishes) were standard items like bean sprouts, macaroni salad, broccoli, onion tomatoes, kimchi, sliced radish. The three dipping sauces were a good offering of salt, slightly sweet soy sauce mixture, and a spicy one. The highlight for me was their steamed egg. They made it perfectly fluffy and delicious! I enjoyed the fresh strawberry lemonade, which was just the right amount of sweet and sour. Service was top notch because the staff always came back to trade the grills and check on you. It was a pleasant experience. My server was pretty cool. If he can wear a Labubu hanging from his apron, he's confident in who he is! Bulgogi House started to get a good flow of people so it got busy fast. There's parking since the standalone building has its own lot.

I was craving kbbq and wanted to try this place as it is close to home. The staff was nice and they play kpop music. As a TV screen shows music videos. Kbbq already comes with a few sides. Then we decided to do side B for the extra value of meats. Everything tasted good! Our server came by and help cooked from time to time. I truly appreciated it. My only think is that there was no oil or butter to use to help with the sticking of the meats to the grill. As the meat got stuck to the great real easily. Overall, I will definitely come back!

This might be my new favorite kbbq spot in Orlando! We came as a group of 6 on a Monday at 6pm and were able to be seated immediately. And it felt like it didn't really start getting busy until 8pm. The workers were super friendly and came around at a good pace to order more meat and sides. The pricing is pretty decent for kbbq and even the cheaper option includes all the basics. The meats were all really good quality, and are all really fresh. From the seating area, you can literally see into the kitchen where they're slicing the meat. The banchan is also really good, especially the mac salad and radish wraps. But I think the most addicting is probably the house salad. I ate like two and a half bowls of that just by myself because the dressing is so delicious. That being said it's probably so bad for you despite being vegetables because there's so much sugar in it. Each piece of the salad was just coated in sugar crystals. The steamed egg is also really good. It's so soft and fluffy, and the broth it's steamed in is the perfect amount of flavor to add in. I was also a big fan of the corn cheese. The dish itself was pretty average, but I really liked the container it came in. You put it on the grill to heat up, which is perfect because you can always put it back on to reheat if you take a while to eat it. And you can get a free soft drink if you post on your social media about this place!

The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend! * Great atmosphere, tasty food, and friendly staff. I will definitely return. * Fresh ingredients, reasonable prices, and outstanding service.

Found out one of our favorite KBBQ places in central Florida opened a new location, so we went for dinner after a convention. The food was just as great as the Bulgogi House we visited previously, and I actually liked the spaciousness of this dining area more (same cozy vibe, but just a bit more open). The service was top notch, waitress coming by to check on us regularly and we were never waiting for anything. Definitely may be our new go-to for Bulgogi House (though we heard there's yet another new location we will have to try as well!)

I've heard such great reviews about this place and I recently had the opportunity to try out their new location. This location is much larger and more spacious than their first location and there was a lot of seating available as well. Our servers were super friendly and attentive to our table. The meat quality was probably one of the best I've had out of the other KBBQ spots in Orlando. My friend and I got the AYCE set A which included a good amount of meats and sides. I really enjoyed the steamed egg and the banchan was fresh as well. My favorite meats were the brisket and pork belly. I found the price to be incredibly fair too! Overall, it was such a great meal and I am planning on coming back here the next time I get a craving for KBBQ!

Came to Bulgogi House III while on vacation in Orlando on a total whim--and WOW, what a hidden gem! From the first bite, everything was next level. The steamed egg was hands down our favorite--perfectly fluffy, rich, and comforting. The meat quality? Incredible--fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. And on top of all that, the happy hour drinks just sealed the deal. Amazing food, great vibes, and definitely a spot we'll be thinking about long after this trip! And even better service from our server Kiet! He gave great service, recommendations and all around made our experience 100 % better!

Love it here! Such warm staff and welcoming group. Amazing quality food as well. The sides are amazing. Have a great time.

on the left is the raw pork belly and on the right is the marinated pork belly. 10/10 best marinated pork belly i've ever tried

For this night we arrived at 5:45pm, right before the dinner rush hit. We did the Bite30 menu and between the 2 of us we had the deep fried beef dumplings, the buldak (spicy chicken), the Korean bbq combo, beef tongue, and for dessert we had the bungeopang and the hotteok. Everything was so delicious! Our waiter, Andy, was really really sweet and basically cooked the first tray of bbq for us and told us how he likes to use the banchan. He and my husband, who is Spanish, chatted about struggling to eat their culture's food growing up, which made me feel a little better about ordering my kid's chicken nuggets. We basically let him choose all of our food and he was spot on with all of his recs. If you can sit in Andy's section when you come, you must!!

My favorite meal of all time is Bibim Naengmyeon. I specifically came to try theirs out. I've had it at many restaurants, and have my own preferences on it. I'm unsure the official way it should be made or prepared, so this is only based off my preference. Theirs was chilly but not cold. For example, the apple slices were room temp, but the bowl was cold to touch. It didn't have ice in it, and the noodles were very chewy like japchae. So chewy that it was difficult to bite. They did provide scissors for this reason and the waitress cut it up a bit at the table before serving. The taste was fabulous. The classic flavor we know and love. I will definitely order it again even though it doesn't fully meet my personal preferences of ice and less chewy noodles. My table also got the dumplings and the dumpling ramen. Both were delicious. The lack of a star is for the service and the smell of the place. The smell wasn't of pleasant food, more like dirty dish water. I'm hoping this was a fluke. The service was dismissive, but efficient. I was ignored to my face, but I'm not too upset because everything came out fast and fine. I know this might bothers others though.

Usually, we love this spot, but we had a disappointing experience during our visit on 8/1/2026…read more One member of our party doesn't eat Korean barbecue, so we asked whether she could order hot pot while the rest of the table ordered Korean barbecue. Our server, Sylvia, was very kind and told us she would ask the manager if an exception could be made so our friend wouldn't have to go without eating. Shortly afterward, the manager, Kareem, came to our table and simply stared at me without saying a word. I politely asked whether Sylvia had passed along our request, and he responded rudely by saying, "No, this is the policy, and if you don't like it, you can leave. That's life." To be clear, we understand that businesses have policies, and we respect that. What bothered us was not the decision itself but the hostility and lack of professionalism. I was polite throughout the interaction, and had the response been delivered respectfully, we would have gladly stayed. Instead, we decided to leave without eating. I also want to emphasize that Sylvia was extremely kind and professional. Unfortunately, the interaction with the manager left a very negative impression. This location should do a better job of training its staff in customer service and professionalism.
