I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a loaded platter and an extra cluster, I spent 64 dollars. They forgot my 17 shrimp that come with the platter, I called several times and the phone to voicemail I left several voice messages, I order the food late and when I was calling they were 15 minutes from closing. The next morning I went up there and brought the receipt they told me there was nothing they couldn't do since I didn't call. I showed the cashier and manager my phone log and asked her if she could check the VM. They preceded to say there was nothing they could do. Imagine going to Popeyes and they say they are out of chicken. Imagine going to Wendy's and they say they are out of meat. Imagine going to Captain D's and they say they are out of fish. I was disappointed to say the least because I called prior to going and she informed me they were not taking call in orders. I didn't get the low boil crab but this place gets all my lil stars. 1. I walk in and the service is efficient but friendly. I ordered the #7 which I believe is the friend shrimp basket. I got 15 pieces (they tell you on the menu) of standard sized shrimp for $18. I find this incredible because where I live that's maybe 7 pieces of shrimp. The shrimp is not small (smaller than butterfly but bigger than popcorn) and seasoned well. It came with fries and something, but they let me sub for fried okra and crab pasta salad. 2. My picky sis loved the okra. I was very pleased in general because it was a lot of okra and everything tasted good. But what you should take from this is my picky sis ate a few shrimp and okra and was very complimentary. Let's talk about the service. The place is a tight room that is all white besides the posted menus. Spartan is the right adjective. Anyway, they offered me a lil bag of popcorn for my wait because they know ppl get testy waiting for food. It's free popcorn and I thought a nice touch. My wait was probably 15 minutes and they have ordering online. I trust places with online ordering. They also take square and I think Apple Pay. Again, I am pleased. In summary, this is a great place that thinks about the small things but looks less welcoming than what it is. I've told several of my people to go. If you're like my sis and need lots of yelp reviews before trying a place, just go. It's good stuff. I certainly didn't expect to see a crab spot by my childhood home, but here we are. read more

My experience with Ubereats was good. But the actual food was horrible! I love seafood and I've experienced amazing seafood and today I had the worst. I don't mind spending money on food I love to eat. But I spent $62.16 on some bottom of the barrel food. The butter sauce was not consistent with flavor , the corn was tough , the sausage was bad. I had clusters that looked spoiled. I can go on and on . But the point is if you are going to work in the seafood business, your seafood has to be fresh. Called this place to place a huge order, despite the bad reviews. The attitude of the lady answering the phone was so bad, I said "You know what, there is no way I would give busy to this place with a person like you with this attitude answering the phone. Ordered platters from there for my mom's birthday. Food was okay. Not a lot of seasoning & the butter sauces were not good to me. I wanted to enjoy the corn on the cob but it was so spicy & not in a good way. The crab legs were good. Potatoes were plentiful, the sausage was okay & the shrimp were decent. The shrimp was on VERY overcooked that it was mushy if that makes sense. Also it was an abundance of garlic butter that it was so overbearing that we couldn't even finish it. It wasn't that warm either but the garlic butter that was way too much of it really ruined it and we ordered Cajun there was no Cajun in our opinion. This is a great place, I am an out of towner that can be pretty picky about seafood as my wife is from Florida. But, they did it right with their own little twist. The lunch specials M-F are great as they are affordable and offer a doable amount of food. The customer service was excellent and from what I hear the staff are from Texas and Florida. The experience at this restaurant was a colossal failure the counter staff was rude. The cook staff came out with a handful of tickets overwhelmed and clueless how to handle the crowd. This place is a joke. Both locations. I have been a faithful customer, ordering from them every other week (Bartlett location). The last three times I went to the Bartlett location my order was either wrong, cold, or I had to wait an additional 30 minutes to get my food on top of the wait time that was given when I placed and PAID for my online order. On that occasion, They stated they would text when the order was ready due to COVID, but no one ever did. With all my bad luck and because I liked supporting this business, decided to try my luck at the East location. I have never been so humiliated in my life. I placed an ONLINE order, requested EXTRA potatoes since I am pescatarian and I DON'T mind paying $$$ for good seafood, and my card is saved to my online account that use when ordering from KRAB KINGZ frequently, they asked for a card (WHICH I DO NOT HAVE since my information is already synced AND saved in their system). I sat there trying to prove the order and card was mine. I had to log into my bank account just to PROVE it was mine. TEN MINUTES LATER to TOP IT OFF AFTER BEING HUMILIATED I stated my order was wrong: because it had sausage instead of the requested extra potatoes, which I was denied. Rather than being apologetic and fixing the problem, I was further told no "orders can't be changed once placed" (the BARTLETT location does it ALL the time) and I could get back in line to order. Customer service? Yeah right. I have such a nasty taste in my mouth behind this place. Disgusting at the least. As far as the food it's good, not spectacular, but I will be venturing out for a place that appreciates LOYAL customers, not just a quick dollar. read more
