I truly enjoy my seafood at Redhook! I always get the same thing either an M3 or a Weekend Special. The M3 has 1lb of crab legs, corn, and potatoes. The Weekend Special had a lobster tail, crab legs, and pound of shrimp along with corn and potatoes. I always get the same sauce, the Redhook Special hot sauce. You can't go wrong with it. I also had a drink. It was really good. This location has a DJ each Wednesday night. They play a variety of music. The atmosphere is fun and laid back. The staff is attentive and super friendly. The price point is pretty good. They also have coupons if you order online. The service is always quick and food served hot and fresh. They did enforce COVID safety measures. There are a few Red Hook locations in Memphis, but I have not been to one until tonight. They just opened this new location in East Memphis on Hacks Cross Road. Wow, the food here is amazing! I highly recommend it if you like seafood. The Combo Basket with Shrimp and Oyster was great. I loved how crispy and light the batter was. The Shrimp and Oyster were flavorful. They were good, even without my condiments. The Red Hook Specials Combo B is a must. I got it with the Red Hook Special Seasoning spice level medium. It's was so tasty! Full of yummy flavors. It was not that spicy, in my opinion. Next time I will have to get the extra hot spice level as I like an extra kick. The service was excellent! All of the staff, from the hostess to the waitress to the person who clears the tables was amiable. The floor manager checked on us multiple times during our dinner to make sure we were okay. Order extra SAUCE! I purchased a 1/2 snow crab, broccoli, and corn. For me, a boil bag is supposed to Be really saucy and this was wasn't. After ordering one extra sauce I was good to go. Father's Day meal deal was perfect for our party of three and our service was great. Unfortunately the mussels appetizer was too salty. My husband has high blood pressure and couldn't fully enjoy them because of the high salt levels. I love salt and it was too much for me. I'm giving 3 stars because this is an important issue for me. It was my birthday!!! I made a reservation at Red Lobster for 15 to 20 guests for Tuesday, 07/25/2023, at 6 pm. On time, I, along with 15 guests, arrived at Red Lobster, 7750 Winchester Rd. We were rudely turned away by the manager. In shock, we went to the parking lot. I looked across the street and saw the RED HOOK restaurant and pointed the way. We gathered as a group and entered your establishment. We were warmly greeted by the manager on duty. I asked if he could seat 16 people along with 2 on the way. He graciously accepted the request. Immediately he started pulling tables together in an area of seclusion so that we could have our privacy. He then said, "I only have one waitress to serve yall. Is that alright?" We all said, "SURE!!!" We were in no hurry and it worked out just fine. The waitress' name was MIA. She greeted us with a smile. She was courteous, very warm and welcoming. Mia was efficient and timely in taking our drink and dinner orders. The food arrived faster than we expected. It was hot and fresh without a mistake in any of our orders. She was SUPERB!!! We couldn't have had a better experience with one waitress in a lifetime. I'm an Army Disabled Veteran and I commend the RED HOOK, 7733 Winchester Rd, Memphis TN, 38125, the cooks, the manager TYRONE and most of all MIA for making our visit a memorable moment. My kids really enjoyed their seafood. It was hot and delicious. My 8yr old said it was the best ever!!

I eat here 3 times or more a week. I know pretty much all of the staff members. I enjoy myself rather I'm dining in or placing a take out order. I do order my sauce on the side because I'm a dipper. I always order extra seasoning too. I honestly have no complaints. Management is amazing. Customer service is amazing. Bartender is just awesome. I don't go at night because I have to be at work so early in the morning but I have gone a few times on the weekends and it's not bad at all. It's actually a lot of fun. Great vibes. Nice DJ and MC. Food never disappoints. I spend $180 plus every time I go and I tip because no matter how many times a week I go the energy is always the same. It's just Tuesday and I've already been 3 times this week. Oh and I'm also a pescatarian for those reading this and wondering why I eat so much seafood (lol). I grill and boil my own seafood as well but I don't mind spending my money at this location because I know they will get me right every time. Keep up the good work ! Husband and I tried this place today, sorry to say really didn't care for it at all. Ordered 1/2 dz raw oysters, NOT GOOD AT ALL. We both bit into them at same time and both froze. Had to spit them out. We both had shrimp and snow crab in lemon garlic sauce. They come in big plastic bags tied up to stay hot. They were drowned in sauce. Shrimp was good. Snow crab over cooked and soft, not split at all. They give you a cracker but the shells was soft and just bent. Plastic forks wouldn't work so used metal forks from oysters, witch did work. Went to the Winchester location. Jenny was my waitress. She's now my lunch bestie. Despite her Cowboys hang up, which we were able to work through, she was great and fun. The food... oh the food.
