Great food, terrible service I got the seafood pasta which was perfectly cooked and had great flavors. No complaints about the actual meal. Unfortunately, the service completely ruined the experience. The lady at the front counter, Aliyyah, was hands-down one of the worst I've ever encountered. She didn't check on the table once after dropping off the food. We had to go to her or catch kitchen staff just to get refills. The entire time she was either on her personal phone having loud conversations instead of doing her job. Zero effort to engage with customers or even pretend to care. To top it off, when she rang up the ticket, she put "Glasses" as my name on the receipt instead of bothering to ask what my actual name was. It felt lazy and dismissive. I even talked to someone from the kitchen staff and was informed that she's does this often even though others have complained. Food was great, but the attitude and neglect from Aliyyah made the whole visit unpleasant. I won't be returning unless there's a different server. Management really needs to address this kind of behavior.
I ordered 2 pieces of fried fish. The lady working today Aug 18, 2024 at 547pm told me it would be another 2 minutes. It took almost 10 and there was only 1 piece of fish. I had waited 42 minutes for 1 piece of want waiting for another. I got my refund and then the man brought it right out. She told him I didn't want it. Naw I didn't want to wait dang on near an hour. So this is what I got for almost 7 dollars and almost an hour of my time. Never again.
10/08/21 We found a Seafood place in Saint Charles but it was closed. We searched and found this one about 10 miles away. We were skeptical when the gal told us they weren't affiliated with the other place in Saint Charles. That place got 4.5 stars, as well as this place. We looked at the menu and thought that it seemed like a lot of $$. I'm so glad we stayed and ate here. We got the last platter on the menu which was $50 with tax but it was more than enough for two people. The Cajun butter is amazing and I highly recommend this as it is not too spicy and has the perfect seasoning for this dish. Sausage and shrimp, potatoes and crab.....all the perfect combination. This place is organized. The gals in the front and the back checked on us several times. We were passing through Missouri on our way to the East Coast and stumbled upon this absolutely great seafood restaurant. What a joy it was to find you guys and gals! 5 STARS for
There was a short wait for our food. The food was absolutely delicious we shared a Cajun seaside platter and got an extra crab cluster. The customer service was great plus it's super family friendly. Plus it was super relaxed environment.
It's a little hard to spot at first but I promise this place is worth stopping in and worth every penny, it's very clean inside and has a pretty decent sized seating section with booths and low tables, we felt very welcomed by the staff they were so friendly and were happy to answer our questions. Food was amazing literally just like the pictures I seen online the presentation was beautiful and the flavors were out of this world, definitely will be back thank you guys for such a great first experience!
Seafood was ok. Buttery corn, potato salad were really good. Everything is so greasy and have to crack your own crab legs to find the meat! Very messy but so much fun! We needed to take a shower afterwards
Good food, fast service! As a girl from the Coast, I couldn't resist going to a place that sells seafood - especially crabs. I wasn't disappointed one bit! If anything, I was pleasantly surprised. Just looking at the presentation of the food as it was packaged for my to-go order was enough to make my mouth water. I could not wait to get home to start eating it. The Cajun butter sauce on top of the crab, was seasoned to perfection! I savored every bite! The portion size of the platter was very filling. Here it is a day later and I'm already thinking about visiting this place again. As with any seafood establishment, the food is a little pricey. But you get what you pay for and it is totally worth the visit. The staff was great. Although it was a little crowded during my visit, I would definitely consider dining in sometime.
No frills good food- the lady taking our order was very polite and helpful. On a Sunday night, the place had a steady stream of patrons both for sit down and take out. We got the lemon butter and cajun sauce mix for the shrimp and krab platter. For the krab platter we got spicy butter sauce which was my favorite. The mango margarita was delicious. I will be back.
Went there Wednesday afternoon was craving for some Krabs ;). The restaurant is big and was abiding by COVID regulations. I give it 4/5 for food. Ordered the crab shrimp plate with potatoes corn and sausage. Staff were ok to replace the sausage with another corn. Got multiple options of sauce to choose from. The food was dipped in the butter sauce tasting delicious. Shrimps corn potatoes were 5/5, well cooked and marinated. Crab legs were small but still well cooked and tasted yummy with the sauce. We got the crab cracker but bot the tool to pull the crab meat out. Yet my advice to is Order to Go from the restaurant, the utensils are not clean, after all things can get greasy. Even the tables were sticky and i had to clean the chairs before sitting.
So much shrimp for so little cost! Had the small plate which was loaded with delicious big shrimp. Ordered at the counter by very friendly staff. Not a long wait at all to get the cheesy buttery shrimp with potatoes. Could've used some toast or bread to help offset the butter, but not complaining, just suggesting. You should check it out!
Delicious. Great customer service. I drove from North County because according to the streets, this location has the best customer service.

Food was amazing, well seasoned and succulent! My husband and I shared the seaside platter and we had leftovers. Ok, it was potato leftovers because we DEMOLISHED the shrimp, crab, sausage, and eggs! Highly recommended! read more

COVID has made it so difficult to make "date night" special. I'm positive I'm not the only person who dearly misses getting dressed up, spritzing on some cologne and trying a fancy new restaurant. This weekend, my boyfriend and I were really getting into the Mardi Gras spirit and wanted to order food. Perusing the various options, we landed on Krab Kingz because of it's amazing reviews on Yelp. What made this date night even simpler was the ability to order right from the Krab Kingz Yelp page! The ordering process was super simple. We finished placing our order so quickly, and before we knew it... our dinner was at the door. It kinda pains me to write this review so close to dinnertime. It makes me so hungry even thinking about the food we had delivered from Krab Kingz. We ordered Krab Platter that had 2 crab clusters, sausage, corn hard boiled eggs and potatoes. The serving size was massive! Definitely enough for date night. I was super impressed by the crab legs. They seemed so fresh. It was easy to get them out of the shell to enjoy the sweet meat. Had you served these crab legs to me without telling me they had been delivered, I would have called you crazy! Definitely order more butter sauce. So much of the cajun seasoning got into the butter, making this intoxicating creation that I could have drank. The rest of items included in the boil were so tender. The potatoes didn't last very long as I scarfed them down. They were smooth and creamy. Both my boyfriend and I raved about the corn. We loved how the seasoning got in between each kernel, making every bite magical. I absolutely cannot wait for the pandemic to end so that I can go to Krab Kingz for an amazing dine-in experience. If they can do deliver this well, I cannot imagine what it's like served fresh at the restaurant. read more

Ok, so this review is coming from a person who is in love with crab boils! Being this far inland makes it hard to come across really good, fresh seafood and I read the reviews on this one and decided to go for a date night. I'll start off by saying that the crab had a great presentation and being that it is in the middle of Covid I understood the seating in the restaurant and all of that. The menu is short and sweet, and I went for the crab plate and my husband went for the crab and shrimp. The food came out FAST! We began cracking into the food and I could tell it was sitting in water for a long time. The meat didn't come out in one piece and it was a bit of a struggle. The flavor was decent enough, but not enough flavor added into the potato. The egg tasted kinda old, and the corn was good. That sausage was super tasty though! This isn't on my top list of crab boils, but it's hard to beat places like Hot n Juicy in Vegas but I'm willing to keep on looking. If you're looking for a super fresh crab boil with legs that crack apart and don't bend, this ain't the place for you! If you like crab legs and aren't concerned with how long it's been in water and are ok with crab that isn't very fresh this will work for you. It wasn't terrible by any means but I have high standards on seafood! read more

5+ stars for food, 2 stars for the restaurant's operations. Krab Kingz is the secret to an amazing time, whether it's having a picnic to celebrate the wonderful weather outside (the seafood will instantly be the star of the picnic), celebrating birthday parties, or just having a fantastic dinner at home. We've tried the Cajun butter and spicy butter seasonings, and both are incredible. The seafood is fresh and so tender that it melts in your mouth. We also love the sausage and usually order some extra. I'd love to give Krab Kingz a resounding 5 star review, but I can't. The only reason is that the order estimates are wildly inaccurate. Every time I've ordered takeout, I've arrived at the restaurant on time, only to have to wait an additional 45-60 minutes alongside numerous other customers waiting for their food. The staff is clearly doing their best, and I'm impressed they're able to keep their cool in front of customers that are constantly asking how much longer it'll be until their order is ready. Maybe they're just incredibly shortstaffed these days, but do yourself a favor and submit your order maybe 2 hours before you want it, disregard whenever your receipt says your order is ready, arrive at the restaurant 2 hours later, and maybe just then you'll be able to pick up your order "on time." read more

I wish I could give zero. The worst experience I've had at a restaurant. Late birthday celebration. When we got our food it looked fantastic as usual but from the first bite everything was cold and had a weird mushy yet rubbery texture. The crab did not crack at all it bent in half and there was zero meat in the middle. The first cluster went right in the bucket as there was NO meat. We told the Gentleman at the front about our issue. The cook refused to remake our food. While we were waiting for the refund (Manager idea) we didn't ask for one we just wanted what we paid for I could distinctly hear a microwave peeping from the kitchen. 5 beeps. Maybe why there was no crab; it had been vaporized. My friends and I haven multiple times but will NEVER go back. The cook had the audacity to tell us it was a rough night and come again. I've never had to go to dinner twice. Also the last time I tip before service. I gave 5 dollars, should have taken it back too. We ended up going to 54th Street and had a fantastic dinner. read more
Hey STL! Went to Krab Kingz yesterday for an adventure and this was an EXCELLENT find. I ordered the #2 to split, it consisted of crab clusters (legs), shrimp, sausage, corn, potatoes and even an egg! You get to pick the butter style that you want and that helps make a big difference in the level of spiciness that you want. The best part is that the butter is thorough on the meal and not just a little dip. So I mentioned you get an egg too...THE EGG IS EXCELLENT. Never thought about it but next visit I plan to order two. Krab Kingz is located at the border between Marlborough and Shrewsbury and is easy to miss if you aren't using GPS. Fortunately they are about to expand and having a RE-GRAND OPENING on January 31 that will more than quadruple in size. It will be an excellent place for your Lenten meal as they are adding a bar and fried menu too. It's a great place for your regularly scheduled seafood lunches and dinners with your crowd of friends or just for two. Staff is polite and accurate. Saw a good number of take-outs too for those who prefer to take it home. I like it hot and messy and the bibs made it easy to keep the cloths dry. Gloves are available too in case you don't like to touch your food. The only improvement I could suggest would be to have a basket of french bread to soak up the Cajun Butter left on the basket and another beer to help it down. Five stars when they get some drafts of craft beers. read more

Krab Kingz Watson was a salty buttery treat. If you haven't been before you must order at least a drink (not a cup of water) before seating at a table because seating is limited. Then choose which platter you want. You don't need to keep the corn or potato. You may swap them if you want. Then choose your seasoning. I like the Lemon Pepper butter. Classic butter is free. Most of the crab is snow crab legs but they do run specials depending on crab and lobster season. read more

This place is amazing, the server here are happy and casual and there are a lot of people who eat here!!! The food is A+ grade!!! So fresh and the flavor is unbelievable good! I highly recommend everyone order the Krab and shrimp platter, it is enough food for 2 people and the price is well worth it! I will bring all my friends and family here for sure :)! read more

Krab Kingz Seafood is a small, hole-in-the-wall seafood joint focusing on crab and shrimp cuisine. When you first walk in you'll notice the quaint seafaring decor and be greeted by a friendly staff member. Head up to the counter to place your order. They have a monitor on the wall listing the 4 dinner entrees and a chalkboard that has a special listing for the day (tonight was a Seaside Platter for two for for $39.99 that included 3 crab clusters, 13 shrimp, 2 corn, 2 eggs, 2 sausage, and potatoes). Pick your entree and your butter flavor (Original, Cajun, Honey Garlic, Lemon Pepper, and Spicy). There are no alcoholic beverages or fountain drinks available, but they do have canned soda and bottled tea, Snapple, and water. You can also ask for tap water. Shortly after picking your table (one of the eight 4-tops available) a staff member will bring by a bucket with your napkins and utensils. At first glance you'll think you were given too many napkins, but trust me when I say you'll end up using them all. Prepare to get very messy during your meal! My food arrived quickly with an amazing aroma of Cajun spices and butter. For $26.99 you get a decent amount of food with the Krab and Shrimp Platter: 2 crab clusters, 10 shrimp, a whole sausage, a boiled egg, half a corn cob, and lots of boiled potatoes all soaking in Cajun butter. Despite being Cajun, this butter flavor isn't too spicy on the crab meat. But it does give a little kick to the other meal items. The crab is cooked well and has an incredible sweet and savory flavor. The legs aren't too difficult to crack, and the meat comes out fairly well. Their smallest crab fork is a little too large to try and get into the small parts of the leg, but that's only my suggestion. Throughout the meal multiple staff members came by to check on my husband and I to see how the food was and if we needed anything. The owner even came by towards the end of the meal. Everyone was incredibly kind and polite. At the end of the meal I broke out the wet wipe that was in the bucket at the beginning of the meal. I used a couple more that I had brought along with me in my purse since my hands and my husband's hands were dripping with butter. Overall, this is a great little seafood joint boasting flavorful crab and shrimp at an unbeatable price for the quality. I plan on coming back to try one of their seafood specials soon. There are few decisions I contemplate more deeply than where to go for my annual birthday meal. During a moment of deep meditation (okay fine, my mom suggested it lol) I decided to celebrate another trip around the sun at Krab Kingz. The location itself is nothing special, tucked in a nondescript strip mall off of Watson. The interior is sparse and smallish, but the staff gives off a welcoming vibe that makes it all seem enduring. I ordered a #2 that included two crab clusters, shrimp, sausage, two hard boiled eggs and potatoes. I also added a lobster tail for good measure. The thing that sets everything off right is the choice of seasoned butters that are offered. I went with Cajun and a spicy butter on the side (be warned it is truly spicy, a plus for me). Everything was delicious I definitely won't wait another year to come as it's now gonna be my go to spot whenever I have a hankering for crab legs. read more

It's a small place, but they have their specialty down to a science. If you want a snow crab or shrimp meal with the traditional sides this is your place! Other than that the menu is limited but they are focused on doing those meals well! The service is fast and friendly if you eat in, but I saw them doing a LOT of carry out orders. While it isn't a cheap meal it is in line with anything similar and not unreasonable. read more
