America's Tire living up to their standards! Came in for a tire puncture repair on our Rivian. Obtained the bolt during our camping trip towing our trailer. Got here first thing in the morning on a Friday and was greeted by Carlos. He got me all set up and reassured me that they could make the repair. He checked all four tires for wear and advised me as such. Damien then took over the get the car into the bay and gave me the details on the repair. Shared some insights on servicing Rivian's and reassured me that they are very familiar with them and have serviced quite a few. Carson was the actual tech who performed the service and he was very efficient and knowledgeable. He had the fix done in under 30 mins. Overall a great experience. Bonus is the store is fairly new with some cool new tools inside. Cool touch, they actually put up a welcome sign in front of the bay for customers who are on the schedule. Makes you feel "special". Solid service and a slight trade in for my continentals , used and damaged as they were. Never found out why they wouldn't hold air. I will be avoiding that brand going forward. My 2024 Toyota Prius blew a tire on Friday when I ran over a curb at Walmart. The tire was destroyed. The local Toyota dealer said it was be several days to get a new tire. Other tire stores like Les Schwab also said the same thing. I called America's Tire on Missouri Flat and spoke with Carlos. He said he could have the exact factory OEM tire the next morning. I got a text message the next morning that my car was ready! Colton, the tire technician installed the tire. When I went to pick up my Prius, I brought my doughnut spare that I bought on ebay (sitting in my garage) and Carlos measured the hole spacing and said it would fit my 2024 Prius. He put the spare in my trunk as a courtesy. These guys are fantastic and I highly recommend them! read more

Wow this place is getting off to a great start. After sailing horribly at 5 auto parts stores in search for tire chains for my Volkswagen ID4, Dillon at America's tire placerville took the time to help me navigate the car owner's manual and discovered my car has a very special need when it comes to tire chains. Dylan's assistance started with his telephone offer to let me test out tire chains that might not meet the numbers described for my car. He told me, just bring the car in and we will try some on to see if we can make them work with tensioners. After I arrived, Dillon examined the manual and hooked me up with the exact tire chains I needed. His offer to help me try on a few was above and beyond the call of duty. This is a brand new, beautiful shop with some highly motivated and professional workers. I left there with tire chains that I'm confident in and I feel like I got the best possible service. While I waited I got to see and hear the interactions with customers, and I was super impressed, Carlos seemed to really have his customers best interest in mind. I would not recommend any services from America's Tire. I got new tires from them in January of 2025. No one has worked on my tires since they installed them. I went to get a tire rotation today (3/14/2026). They did rotate my tires, however they cross treaded two lugs nuts and did not have the ability to fix it. I was told the rotation would be completely free because I had purchased my tires from them. I ended up having to take my car to Less Schwab and spent $175 to resolve this, when it was an error on America's Tire's part in the first place. read more

Just a heads up for future customers: on two separate occasions, my husband and I came in at different times with different vehicles after ordering tires online and booking appointments. Both times, we were told the tires we ordered were the "wrong size," even though they were the exact size we've used for years (including a company-ordered work truck). Each time, they ended up "making it work" with no issue. It felt confusing and inconsistent, and it seemed like this could easily lead to unnecessary changes or upcharges if someone didn't question it. I took in my Jeep Wrangler for a slow leak in one tire. Damian helped me and spotted the nail in the tire right away. It was fixed for free and I was there about a 1/2 hour. Unbelievable service. To the one star guy who admits he has cracks in his tires. Yes, that is totally unsafe and you could have a blow out. It happened to me on my motorhome. Learned my lesson. My 2024 Highlander picked up a screw, took it to nearest tire shop, America's Tire on Missouri Flat Rd. They didn't have correct tires but said they would the next day. They put my spare on and I returned next day To buy four new tires. It was Saturday and they were busy. Before I could settle into reading the latest news, they called me and said the car was done! These guys were amazing! Four new tires were mounted and balanced snd sitting on my car. The installers cleaned everything and the only evidence work had been performed was the shiny, new tires. These guys are grade A scumbags. My wife took new to her car in to have them remove a screw and fix the hole. Not only did they say they could not fix it. They tried to pressure her into buying a whole new set of tires. The tires are only four years old with plenty of tread left on them. They tried to scare her saying her tires were going to blow out because they were cracking. They then tried to use the fact that she had a baby against her to say they don't feel comfortable with her driving with my daughter on those tires because it was that dangerous. The cracking they were referring to is extremely minimal and hard to find on most of the tires. On top of that, they as a tire shop could not fix the tire that my dad (who is not a tire guy) then ended up plugging for me and it now works just fine with no leaks. not only are they incompetent but they have no morals as only a true scumbag would try and scare a woman into spending money at their location. And to top it off, those idiots told my wife she doesn't have a spare tire on her vehicle, which was easily found in the back where a trunk would be. I switched from the other national brand after I had a bad experience with a blowout. I have had amazing experience with these guys. I had a blowout in the Bay Area. Got one tire from another store got home. These guys got a match for me the next day and got everything squared away. Today for my other car Julian ran inside and helped finished my order after installing my tire. Making my visit even quicker. Carlos was my cashier and he handle everything for me I just dropped my keys with him. These guys are very competitively priced for tires. Ordered tires online with appointment, received reminders via email text and a phone call the day of. When I pulled up to the shop there was a sign in the bay with my name on it. The manager runs the shop professionally and the new crew is working hard to get up to speed. I was really impressed when I overheard a technician tell the lady waiting next to me, that they were replacing her wiper blades for free, after she had declined getting them changed, they advised her that old blades were scratching her windshield and needed replaced. Had a nail in the tread of one of my tires. They tried to fear sell me a new set of four tires, due to tread not being great. The kicker was the tires were less than 6 months old as the car was just purchased then. Service took an hour and a half, which could be fine but could've taken it to 4 other places in Placerville and had it done right away. I had heard this was a decent company so thought I would try it out. When I finally did get my car back the nice white leather seats were exceptionally dirty from the service guys- i know why I always stick with the local folks. Didn't appreciate the fear sales tactic at all, and my disinterest in it was noted by the front person who changed his tone after I declined. Told me my new car tires were "dangerous" - tread was barely used, less than 15K miles. Disappointed because it's so close and have plenty of cars that would need their services. read more

I took my tire to the Placerville America tire store to have it repaired. I left it with them and retuned home. About 30 min. later I received a message that it was ready to be picked up. I walked in just as the guy at the front desk went into the service bay. He returned after a few minutes and then said that he would be with me in a few minute. He then worked with other customers and took two phone calls before he asked me what he could do for me. From the time I came in until he engaged me was 25 min. just to pick up a tire repair that was ready and there was no cost. I didn't even want them to put it on, that would have been at least another 30min. If he would have at least acknowledged me earlier and have seat I am really back up now I will get to you as soon as I can, I would have been fine with that. He did go out to the service bay to see if he could get someone to help him, but no one came and I continued to wait without him ever asking what I needed. I will not go here again. I will go to the Folsom location where I have gone for years without any problem. If I would have had an appointment, it would have been 30min. Before they would have known that I had an appointment. So why make appointment. read more
