The best boba place in town!!! They really live up to their name, I will keep coming here. It was a bit busy today but the workers remained kind, understanding and friendly. The boba I got was a matcha milk tea with banana cream and ugh I wish my cup could be filled again. Anyways don't be scared and give this place a try!!

Amazing little matcha spot!! The staff is super friendly, and the vibes are good! I got the Brown Sugar Matcha and it was gone before I even made it halfway home! It was creamy and not overly sweet! My best friend got the strawberry matcha and they used real strawberry puree so it tasted fresh and refreshing! I will be back to this place for sure.

I was skeptical on trying this new place. I have a set boba spot a bit down the street, they take a while to make sometimes but I usually go there. Now I actually prefer to come to this one since it is closer. The boba is soft. My biggest thing is boba being hard in most boba shop. This place boba is perfectly soft. It was quick wait. Still not busy yet. Maybe I went at a good time. The price is like most places pricy. You have to debate if you want a meal or bobas in this kind of economy. I spend $15.40 for 2 regular drink size with boba. Nice and clean of course it's a new spot. Nice workers. Tip. Best to look at menu prior to getting there. It is a bit overwhelming and you'll be standing there looking lost and rushed by the people behind you.

Tried Krak Boba bc my girl Joy J wouldn't stop hyping it up... and honestly? She was not lying. I got the Taro Twist, and let me tell you, it was like a creamy, dreamy purple party in my mouth. Sweet, smooth, and dreamy, just like me! It really is what it's Kraked up to be!

Service needs work. I've gone 3 times since they've opened and have had to wait at least 20 minutes each time for a few drinks. With at least 4 people making drinks, it doesn't make sense. I understand that they just opened, but I prefer if they waited until the workers had more training before opening. They should also be consistent with their drinks since they're a franchise. Sometimes the Lychee Tea has actual lychee bits in it and then sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes they'll give you a full scoop of boba and then other days they'll only give you half. The workers are also not very well-trained on the menu either. I asked the cashier if the Sun Bright had actual fruit slices in it, and she said no. When I received my drink, guess what I found in it. Yep. Fruit slices. I told a worker about it, but he didn't offer to remake it or remove the fruit. I had to go home and remove it myself which made it difficult to enjoy. What made it more annoying was that two people were overseeing the cashier who witnessed me ask her yet neither of them corrected her. That probably means that they don't know their menu either. * Lychee Tea: 8/10 - actual lychee bits (sometimes) * Sun Bright: 7/10 - basically orange juice * Boba (Topping): 10/10 - still soft and chewy even after a couple of hours The workers were very nice and welcoming each time that we came. The shop is located in a plaza with some limited parking, but people are always coming in and out so it shouldn't be too difficult finding a spot. Good, but don't recommend stopping by if you're in a rush. They take forever.

This is my 4th or 5th boba place in Menifee and I must say Krak is my favorite! Been here for the first time yesterday, the decor, the atmosphere the menu all good! For a person who is near sighted, the menu is great! It's on a monitor with pictures! The thing I like about their menu is that yes they're variety of drinks to choose from but it's not overwhelming! Ryan assisted us, great customer service from him! He was very helpful and nice! So we got: Guerilla Thai, King Brulee, Dragon Slayer and Strawberry Banana Smoothie! Nobody really talks about the look of the drink but it really does match what is pictured and I appreciate that the marketing on this is accurate. The aesthetic look of the drink and the cups used are durable! Not flimsy or anything. I am def coming back! Or should I say, WE are def coming back!

Krak Boba has landed in Menifee and it's the place to be! I stopped in to check it out after seeing their social media posts. Of course I had to go! I've only ever been to their Riverside location and that was a few years ago. This location is in a small strip mall near IHOP on the corner of Murrieta Rd. & Newport. Gia took my order and she was very pleasant. She answered my questions and had my drink out in minutes. They weren't too busy, 2 parties ahead of me so I didn't wait long. I got the Lychee Tea with Jasmjne Green Tea & Mini Boba. You can also choose Black Tea if you want. It came with real bits of lychee which is a nice touch. The mini boba was a new thing for me, and I have to say, it's VERY chewy!! Lol I didn't finish it all so I put it in the fridge overnight and was pleasantly surprised to find that the boba was less chewy and easier to break down if that makes sense. I liked the drink as it wasn't super sugary. Owner Carlo came out and was greeting customers, myself included. Nice guy! He also introduced ne to his wife and one of their employees, Michael. He made polite conversation and schooled me on the Bench brand (my jacket I had on). I never knew Bench is like the Gap of the Philippines, lol!! You learn something new everyday! That's how he knew I'm Filipino, too, haha!! Thank you Carlo & crew, I'll be back for sure. The shop is nice and bright with the floor to ceiling windows, and prices aren't bad. Parking lot outside can get busy but it's not bad. Check them out!

Super friendly customer service! I've been having my eye on this place about a month ago and am very excited it's finally open since I work next door. I've had their other locations in Orange, Buena Park, and Mission Viejo and I'd say their quality is still pretty consistent. I was fortunate to be able to visit Krak Boba Menifee for their Family & Friends event on October 9, 2024. It was also training day for their staff so you can see that they were fully stopped on my first image. Their soft opening is on October 11, 2024. I was greeted by the employees as soon as I entered, the ambience is nice, it is clean and well lit. It also has seating spaces for people to chat. I ordered the King Brulee with 75% sweetness and less ice. Toppings were mini boba and pudding. The drink exceeded my expectations and hit my boba craving. I will definitely go back for more!

Took my daughter to Krak Boba and we both walked out happy! She ordered the Tropical Paradise tea with boba and absolutely loved it -- super refreshing and full of flavor. I went with the Krak Signature and it was just as delicious, smooth and perfectly balanced. The vibe inside was great -- upbeat music, clean space, and a comfortable place to sit and enjoy our drinks. For both teas and a tip, the total was just $15 -- definitely a great value for the quality. We'll absolutely be back!

Took my daughter out for a treat and we loved this place! She had the Strawberry Milk with boba and said it was the best thing ever. The cleanliness of the atmosphere is so refreshing. The service was great, greeted with smiles and patience as we looked over the menu. Drinks are always good! I ordered ahead because I had my dog in the car. When I arrived, I told them I had a pickup order, which was just one drink. A family of five came in after me, and there were several others waiting for drinks--everyone seemed a bit upset. I heard one of the workers say, "We have a lot of drinks out of order and no complete orders." I had been waiting for about 15 minutes at that point. The family that came in after me received their five drinks before I received mine. I reminded them I was still waiting for my pickup order, and about three minutes later, they finally handed me my drink. I guess it was pointless to order ahead. I'll still return, but next time I won't bring my dog in the car. read more

So glad to have finally stopped by and enjoyed this Boba spot! Plenty of parking on a Sunday afternoon and even with the Boba rush the staff remained efficient with taking and getting orders out. I enjoyed the Cookies and Cream which was recommended by the staff. My husband and friend enjoyed their original milk tea! Bathroom is available for use and it was kept clean. read more

First timer here! The ambiance is great! The service was unmatched. I didn't get the young lady's name but she was so pleasant and patient with me, she shared her likes and asked me mine, which was all of them She informed me of the app and rewards , I signed up right then and there. The drinks all looked so delicious, I went with the Coco Thai Butterfly and Frap Star These two didn't disappoint, now I have to try all of them on the menu! See you tomorrow and the day after....... Went for the first time today. Ordered a strawberry snow and brown sugar tea. Both with boba. Strawberry was AMAZING! The brown sugar was just meh. Wasn't the flavor I was expecting. It was very bland. I mixed it up a bit to get the drizzle off the sides and that added more sweetness. Boba was flavorful. Employees were really nice and answered all my questions. The layout is good and the menus were easy to read and understand. One thing, and I don't know if it was a "me" issue but I grabbed 2 straws and poked them through. Not one piece of boba fit!! The straws were so small. We had to wait until we got home to drink them, and I tried to use other straws but wasn't successful. Probably grabbed the wrong ones. Anyway, overall it was a good experience. I'll for sure go back! I hope they do well! We need stuff like this on our side of town read more

25% sugar tastes like 100% sugar. I tried winter melon tea but it tasted more like sugar and less like tea or melon. The other 50% drinks were more sugary than fruity or tea flavored. read more

I was so happy about having a boba place so close by. First 2 visits were great. Today's visit not so great. They took longer than my previous visits because the 3 girls were talking to each other too much. One of my drinks was missing the topping and I had to go back. All they had to do was add the topping, but instead I got a new drink that wasn't even the same as the first drink. So, I'm not even sure what the drink is supposed to look or taste like, basically the remade drink was mostly orange juice. I can have that at home. Not good! read more

When we came no one was in the store but the girl who took the order rushed us and got all of our drinks wrong. She needs to slow down and listen to the customer. read more

What a great place! The employees and owners have such a great welcoming vibe! We first came when they had their soft opening. We tried the Dragon Slayer, strawberry banana smoothie, and mango snow and they were all so delicious! We came today to their grand opening and got to try 5 more free drinks. The ceremony was awesome and it was nice to see the owners and all the support they had. So thankful to have a boba place so close to the home. Thank you Krak Boba! You all rock! read more

Came opening day and their creme brulee drink was really good. I've come a few times after to get milks teas. One of the times I came, my milk teas did not taste like milk tea at all. The shift leader remade my drinks and they tasted so much better. Honestly probably one of the best milk teas I've had after it was remade. I appreciate the staff taking the time to help me. I'm so happy this place is here. The drink was great and boba was perfect but I mostly want to leave this review for the staff. Three young women were behind the counters and they really had such great smiles and obvious work ethic. Namely, the girl who took my order. She looked of phillipine descent with a sweet round face on 11/8/24. She was so polite and professional and apologetic that my cup lid leaked, and she just really deserves some recognition for being so helpful, and a sense of urgency to help customers. They also carry a variety of Hawaiian Sun drinks (my favorite!) and even sell Dole Whip, which I didn't try this time but definitely will next visit. There aren't many options for boba around here and am over the moon happy it's finally open! Great service and team members!
