I was in this beautiful salon back on Monday, 11 August 2025 - 13 Days ago and I still have a manicure that has no chips whatsoever! I chose a regular OPI polish - not a long lasting gel and am amazed at how long it has lasted. I remember that the tech used what she called a quick drying oil on my nails as she finished up. That may have been the key to this fabulous outcome. I have contacted the salon to get the name of the product, and hope to get it soon. Honestly this is the worst gel x I've ever gotten in my life. I honestly took the L and still tip regardless of the bad job. First you can see how unevenly the nail polish is , this is maybe 1-2 weeks of having them on. I've tried to last with them because I spent so much on them. (They're overpriced and suck) also they chip so easily at the base. They don't even offer fills on top of that. You have to pay $30 to remove them and get a whole new set . Update October 2023 I thought about it... my next pedi won't be here. Unfortunately, the price increase (which truly wasn't a big deal) was accompanied by removal of the massage from the basic pedicure service. I'm not okay with that. It does still come with hot towels though. The price went up from $35 (and called the signature pedicure) to $40 (now called the express). But for $15 more---you can get the next best pedicure that includes the massage, callous treatment, etc. This shop overall is starting to be a little more on the expensive side ( with the most expensive pedicure is $80). Vanessa, the nail tech, lets me know that massage doesn't come with these pedicures. I asked did it used to, because I thought I recalled that, and she said yes. I'm grateful that she is letting customers know, and being transparent. I'm unhappy that the company decided to remove it. I revisit the website , because I do remember a discrepancy in information from me booking that morning. The pedi is updated on its description on the main page; however, I told her about the discrepancy and let her know that the website needs to be updated because there was an error on the actual booking's description. An error that states no massages, but then that a massage IS included: "Pink Bubbles Basic Pedicure (Express) $40.00 For the person on the go. Does not include massage. Foot soak, trimming, shaping and cuticle care, light callus work, with a brief massage from calf to toes, followed by hot towels and choice of polish." Hopefully, they fix this soon. I could see it being a problem for some. --- I was not initially offered anything to drink. Out of curiosity I asked if water still comes with the service. She told me, "Yes, water comes with the service." Then she eyes the bowl that my feet are currently in (filled with water, of course). Then she says "This is the express service." I elaborated...... and she told me that drinks are still complimentary, and asked if I wanted one. I told her no. Later she did tell me, "If you decide you want something to drink? We have coffee tea and wine as well." I don't think she was trying to be funny or rude . But if my feet are already in the water....I think I know that THAT kind of water comes with the service. All pedicures, I thought, came with THAT water. Overall, the removal of the massage in conjunction with the price increase is why I'm choosing to try out another black owned business. To be clear, I'm not blaming Vanessa for the drink offer, as the receptionist is the one who asks this to customers usually. I was the first one in, and she was on the computer and had been on it heavily since I've been in. She eventually asked me if I wanted some water after a coughing spell. And, I did see her, when the pace picked up, offer beverages to other patrons as they were seated. Would I return? There is a possibility. But I've definitely found another B.O.B. for my next pedi ! I left my information for my old tech, Taylor, who wasn't working that day, so we could connect in case I don't return. And the bottom of my feet are still crusty. That little sponge hits on NOTHING. Just additional information : If you don't land a parking spot on first level, drive to level 3. Don't park in a reserved parking spot. It's not reserved for you just because you get ticket validation. read more

Sad this did not go as expected. I called a few days ahead to schedule my nails and pedi at the same time. When I called I made sure they could be done at the same time and got two separate texts confirming two appointments. When at the salon, I was only set up for a pedi. As soon as I noticed no one attending to my nails, I mentioned my request. Turns out they did not make arrangements for my nails to be done at the same time like I asked. By the time someone got to my nails I was halfway through my pedicure. The little time delays of not being helped when I arrived, taking a while to set up, and not having both services all made caused me to finish a lot later than expected. Despite all this, I'm giving four stars because the nail techs themselves were friendly and provided good service. I just hope they notify others ahead of time if they aren't able to accommodate the requests so other arrangements can be made. read more

My appointment was with Taylor and I had the fabulous purifying lemon grass pedicure !After Taylor buffed and scrubbed and cleaned up my toes of messyness, my feet feel like tiny fresh baby feet. I did opt to get an unplanned manicure after the pedicure as you cannot scheduled a duo online The shop is relatively smaller but long, with TV's on the wall and a beautiful vibe throughout the shop. This place is such a vibe! The decor is so lovely and the staff is very open and friendly. It's difficult to find since it's seems to be hidden amongst the other businesses, but once you locate it, you'll know where to go. My nail techs Vanessa and Laura were amazing. I was educated on the new après gel-x that helps protect natural nails and is a better alternative to acrylic so that's what I got. Unfortunately, they don't add acrylic to toes, which I came in with, but they left the acrylic, removed the polish, filed it down, and painted over it with a gel. It looks amazing! I showed a picture of the manicure I wanted and it matched perfect to the natural nails. I've definitely found my forever nail salon home and I won't be going to any other nail salons. read more

I wanted to be a fan, however I did not have a good first experience, so I will likely not return. My appointment was originally scheduled with Vanessa, however when I signed in I was scheduled with Corine. I will start by saying I gave one star for the reception, greeting, and prompt check in. However it all went downhill after that. To start, I was seated at a small table in the very back for my manicure. The salon was quaint, but cramped so I had first eye visual of the poor techs trying to wheel a large bowel of water between a almost nonexistent aisle. Corine looked less than enthusiastic about performing my services when she asked why I didn't want to redo my gel x. I sat to soak my fingers in a bag of acetone for over twenty minutes to take off my gel x (which alone costed $30 to remove.) ..and then I also got charge an extra $7 for another soak with new service? I was then charged $39 additional for an IBX manicure with ZERO POLISH..that my tech had no idea how to do. She had to use a reference sheet the entire time and also ask a couple other techs how to perform the service. Now to be fair, I actually don't blame the tech. It seemed like there was a lack of education from management on how to perform this service. And lack of professionalism because it was clear the tech had not performed the service before..hence somehow I ended up as her Guinea pig. Unfortunately during the process, my nails were not filed well after it was clipped so my nails ended up being crooked. And when it got to the cuticles, she also cut too far into my left thumb, causing trauma and bleeding. Some antiseptic/liquid was placed in the bleeding and the blood was dabbed off with the rugged towel that was placed on the desk for filing... Corine actually took her time with removing my gel x and she had also tried very hard to follow the reference sheet, so I will give her credit there. Then, I was seated at a chair at the front by the receptionist..that had no massager. It was nice the chairs had an iPad and headphones for listening..however sanitation wise I never saw the chairs cleaned or headphone covers get changed between customers so I did not personally use the headphones. My pedicure was decent. My tech did a good job. I think in general I came in a busy day so I should not expect top tier service. However, I think all my discontent was valid, given I was charged over $120 for mediocre service and unfinished nails. read more

WALKINS BEWARE! Just went to this nail salon and was very disappointed with the walk in service. Walked in at 3:32 they were busy so set us up for an appt at 4:15. During the walk in they took down our number and even set up for text notifications. Upon returning at 4:15, the pedicure appt was not ready and I was told it would be another 30 minutes. This wasn't something communicated prior to however upon returning for my appt time. I tried explaining this to the receptionist and she was calm but communicated very defensively. A bit of feedback to this establishment, communication goes a long way. If you know that the nail techs are running behind communicate that to the customer instead of having them show up then asking to wait another 30 minutes after booking an appointment. What's the point of making an appt if it won't be honored around that time? Side note: gel pedicures are overpriced and they don't even have massage chairs for clients. If you are looking for a fairly priced salon with massage chairs for the pedicure try urban nail bar down the street. read more

The color that was put on my hand looked nothing like the color I picked so be careful when looking at colors because the swatches are inaccurate. I was in Dallas for a wedding this past weekend and found Pink Toes Nail Bar last minute for an emergency mani-pedi. The services were comparable to pricing at my local nail spa in West Hollywood, and the pedicure was very solid. I liked the vibe, the service and the quality of the work done initially so much that I referred another wedding guest this weekend to the salon. Two days later, I just noticed that my gel manicure is already chipping - this has quite literally never happened to me before and it's such a shame because it was not a cheap manicure by any means. If I lived in town, I would swing by and ask a tech to repair my fingers that are chipping, but now will have to pay to have them redone back in LA. I'm not sure if this is a training issue around curing the nails properly or chrome application issues, but I wouldn't want this to happen to someone else. I'm going to assume this is a one-off issue because the experience was otherwise lovely, but definitely make sure that if you're getting hard gel, it's holding up as it should be. read more

This salon is LEGIT. They don't use acetone, acrylic or any toxic chemicals. There is no smell of chemicals. It smells GOOD in there! They have beautiful copper bowls they use for pedis. Everything is organic, vegan and good for your nails and cuticles. I got a hot stone massage on my feet and calves, and a gorgeous French polish. I was in a hurry, and she used Dazzle Dry on my toes and it dried completely in under 5 minutes. I will definitely be back. read more

I love the ambiance of this nail shop. My daughter and I went for a mani pedi. Let me just say the prices for children is ridiculous for just getting your nails painted. I believe I paid $45 for my 4 year old to have her hands and feet painted. We had a great time together and the woman who did my white gel toes did an awesome job, she was very thorough. I give them a 3 because I can't recall receiving any kind of leg massage, paraffin, the chairs did not massage, and they fill the foot water bowls in the back and bring them to you. They also mentioned they don't do acrylic nails only gel or dipped I believe.
