I have always loved Kraus' Pizza and always look forward to it when coming back home. This pizza was so soggy and we even said extra crisp. The sauce was dripping off the pizza and the veggies were placed on top of the pepperoni making it very soggy too and not crisp. The last two times I have not been pleased. read more

I've been going to this location for decades. It's gotten out of hand. Tonight I ordered a pizza to go and decided to have a drink at the bar while I settled my tab and waited for my pizza to go. Some drunk asshole who had already been cut off but was allowed to remain at the bar totally ruined my night. Sitting by self in peace at the bar, this asshole approached me and asked if I was a tough guy and wanted to fight. I understand people have issues so I tried to be cool. But this guy stood at the bar next to me for twenty minutes threatening me telling me he was cool with the staff and I didn't know who I was fucking with. After 20 minutes of this and no staff on the patio to see it, I alerted the staff inside and left. I guess if you're a regular you can get away with that. I won't go back. It's affordable the food is good they have free popcorn, the seating is all right but it has a bar and it has outside seating and my favorite part about this is probably the popcorn. Still a decent price. Went there at 6pm on a Friday and they were pretty busy. Plenty of people dining inside and a line several cars long for the pickup window. It was nice to be able to drive up and not have to get out of the car because it was cold outside! The pizza wasn't quite as big as I expected for a large. (I think it's 14 inch) The pizza tasted good, although it wasn't anything special in my opinion. Good crust. Not over or under cooked. Pepperoni, olives and cheese all good. The jojos were good but again just average. The fried chicken was what really stood out to me. I thought it was very good! Crispy breading, not overly greasy like some pizza joint chicken can be. The pizza I ordered was terrible. The cheese was burnt and the crust was over baked and hard. I called to let them know about and the manger said that's the way I ordered it. I asked for her name and she would not give it. She than said she was too busy to discuss it any further and hung up. Bad pizza and bad customer service! A larger group of us were in town for a dart tournament. After we were done on friday night a group of 15 of us decided to go out for pizza. We decided on Kraus's based on a locals suggestion. We were worried at first by the size of the place, but luckily as soon as we arrived another party was leaving that was using the biggest table, so we took it. The waitress was able to easily handle all of us. All our drinks were brought quickly and correctly. I decided to order pizzas for our group, which we got lucky with it being Large 2 topping for 9.99 night. We ordered 5 pies. They came out in a decent amount of time and were delicious. I have been a Kraus customer for 30 years. I'm not sure what has happened in the last 6 months, but every pizza I have gotten has been bad. The multiple toppers haven't been done. Raw dough in the middle. So, tonight I tried just a regular pepperoni pizza. The crust is so hard you could break a tooth. It looks like flat, overcooked bisquick crust. It is like the worst frozen pizza you can buy. It is truly worse than the last owner when he was losing it. I am done! It is a waste of money. The owners need to either find some good staff or run it themselves. Ordered a topper last night, half pepperoni and mushroom, half pineapple and ham. What I got was 2 slices with pepperoni and mushroom AND pineapple, and the rest was covered with pineapple/ham which was only supposed to be on half. In addition, it had almost no sauce on it and it was burned. I love Kraus topper pizzas, but this location consistently can't seem to figure out how to divide the toppings in half and cook it properly. We have been to this establishment 2 times. Both times, I did carry-out. The pizza was good. No complaints there. I had a problem with no one wearing masks during this mandate. There is even a sign on their door that says you must wear a mask. I understand that customers can't wear a mask when eating and drinking, but I saw people just standing around talking with no mask. Just got a large pepperoni pizza and a small garden salad from there. The pizza was ok but certainly not great. There was about 2 inches of crust all the way around. I mean the crust is pretty good but I would prefer more toppings and sauce. The garden salad was disgusting. There was a bunch of old slimy lettuce and the cucumbers were becoming mush themselves. The croutons were like soft and stale. It was apparent that this salad was not fresh and possibly not even made that day. For 16 dollars I would like to get a good pizza and a fresh salad. Best pizza in Canton. Best wings as well. Many people will argue that Pizza Oven is the best, however they are inconsistent in quality and with Kraus' you never need to worry about that. The double crust is a must try, as well as the wings. Big heads up the mild wings are spicy enough for most people. read more
