The facility is very spacious. There's a main training area and then another smaller room with mats and workout equipment for other classes or free rolling. The place is also extremely clean and the vibe is great. If you've been to a martial arts academy with a bad vibe you will know what I mean, but this place is nothing but positive. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and got us situated with a 10 day trial and my friends with rental gi's. We were then greeted by the head coach John Ingallina who is the embodiment of a professional. He is extremely welcoming, kind, professional, and explained the whole Gracie Combatives system to us. During class he was great at explaining the techniques being taught, and made good work of going to each person and ensuring they did it right. As an out of towner I was completely welcomed by the staff and other class members. I 100% would recommend this, and have done so to my 2 friends who I am very close to.

She talked to Beverly Sanderson, got setup to try out the gym by paying $25, and got an email from Beverly explaining that she wasn't signed up as a member but was welcome to come in and check out 9round once it opened. We both found ourselves with a busy few months with work travel, and when we checked our credit card statements months later, we discovered that 9round was charging my wife a monthly membership even though she'd never stepped foot in the gym and never agreed to a membership. She called Beverly and explained this situation, asking for a refund. She wouldn't budge even though we have the original email that clearly states that "this is not a confirmation of a gym membership" and for 20 minutes I listened to my wife explain to Beverly how this was wrong. Beverly refused to do anything about it, and my wife told her that we'd be disputing the charges with our credit card company. This is NOT how you run a business. And to blatantly refuse any resolution to this issue over the phone with a potential customer is down right rude. We will never interact with this location, or the parent company, again.
