"Coach" Stephen comes off as decent person on the surface, but his true nature is more fraudulent than anything. I want to be clear this behavior isn't shared by the other coaches as well, but solely him. I was enticed to join the program through instagram, where they advertised a 6-week transformation program. When meeting in person, I was explicitly told that the program was worth over 1,000$ (which clearly isn't true), yet i was being offered the price of 600$ for the 6 weeks I would attend. The true pricing that they offer attendees is either 39-49$ a week, which means I was charged double than the highest rate they even offer regular people. If this could be done to me, this could also be done to other people and I hope my review prevents this from happening to other people. The worst part is that he sells it to you as if your interest is truly on his mind, when his entire objective is to sell you on a dream. The only difference between the 6 week program and the regular classes is that you meet biweekly with a coach and log meals onto an app they have you download in the beginning. There is no special treatment and they even limit the amount of classes you can do within the 6 weeks. The slimiest part about him is that he had the nerve to shake my hand and smile in my face like he didn't lie to me. He doesn't even teach any of the classes there, he's simply the owner of a business trying to capitalize on those looking to better their health. The overall environment of the classes is great, the other boxers are nice people and the legitimate coaches are actually trying to see you do better. I just wish that there was more transparency on the pricing because ultimately I was scammed. I want to be clear this review has nothing to do with the progress I made during the 6 weeks, but I want to be sure anybody attempting to attend these classes knows exactly what they are getting into so that they don't end up getting scammed the way I did. I hope "coach" Stephen gets everything he deserves moving forward.

I will tell you a few things about Austyn Affronti. It was obvious to me immediately that he is a very serious young man, and he shows it by giving complete attention to those he is working with. You may assume that all physical trainer should do that, and you are right but it doesn't always work out the way it should. Austyn wants a great foundation, and what I mean by that is that he wants you to work perfectly so you will accomplish the most without potentially hurting yourself. I have now worked out as I said four times. In many businesses in the very beginning the person (The salesman) that's showing the form service is perfect but eventually some become lazy once they feel they've made the sale. So far I have noticed nothing but perfection. I hope I am right, I will let you know either way in the future. In addition I explained to Austyn I wanted to lose weight. Austyn created a menu for me. Time will tell how it works. But, if you look at the photographs you can see a major difference between people he has worked out with in the past showing before and after. More so those are real pictures, it is obvious these pictures are accurate and honest. They show pictures of before and now now. The pictures also show men and women young and older. Each class was different, both were challenging, and I like how I feel at the end of each session. I also like how the instructor gets into your head, knows what you might be thinking and has a mantra or story to help you get out of it. Philosophically, I feel like this place fits me and where I am mentally when I practice. I highly recommend signing up online for classes and/or investing in a pass (which I haven't done yet). I have been doing the drop-in thing and the room can be packed - in fact both of the classes I've attended so far have been packed with up to 40 people in the room, 10 mats to a row, which can be challenging if you are not familiar with yoga and/or fit enough to do your poses without risking losing your balance. However, the community of folks who attend all seem very friendly and forgiving! I also really appreciate the instructors providing verbal prompts for further challenge yourself or for easing off/modifying the pose as needed. Something you sometimes feel is missing in other studios where a one-size-fits-all approach is delivered. I definitely recommend giving them a visit, especially as a comparison to some of the other studios around town. My only lament is that I wish they were closer to downtown Rochester....mainly because of the winter weather and the fact that a round trip for me means a 2.5-3 hour investment of time....but for now I am managing it!
