The gym atmosphere is like a family, everyone knows each other for the most part. You have some serious exercise people but also the average people looking to improve or keep their fitness levels up. They also have a tight knit group of martial arts instructors and students that take part in various events and activites either here or in the Northeast US. I was blown away immediately by the upbeat, encouraging attitudes of each team member who acknowledged that I was struggling but also made it clear that we were going to work hard and work together to get me back to where I wanted to be. I finished out my trial 6-pack of sessions and loved them so much that I decided to purchase more to keep going! My sessions are 30 minutes each of intense and challenging guided exercises with healthy doses of "atta girl"s and very good music for a soundtrack. It's a solid 30 minute commute for me to get here but it's so worth it. They also offer nutrition training and total health coaching.
