Now, let's move on to the real problem - inability to get the order right. The last two times I got food from there, including just now, they got my order wrong. I ordered my usual meal and they forgot the cokes. When my wife got home with the order, I asked where the cokes were and she told me that was all they gave her. I tried to call and talk to the manager, but they put me on hold and hung up on me in about 20 seconds. So, I went over to talk to them and get my sodas. I asked for the manager, and some kid came over as I was explaining it. Then they tell me "ohh, he's not the manager she is" and they point to a woman there. I started to explain the problem, but when I saw the blank look on her face I decided to leave without my drink because I have no patience for that type of thing. By the time I got back to the hotel my family and I have been forced to live in the last month when our home was destroyed by a tree my food was ice cold and I had no drink. The fries were so cold, I find it hard to believe they were fresh when they put them in the bag like they claim they will be.
