not long ago I would have given them at least 4 stars, but lately they are lucky to get 1 star…read more First, prices are insane these days. $13.59 and $4.99 for a LITTLE cajun fry. Now, let's move on to the real problem - inability to get the order right. The last two times I got food from there, including just now, they got my order wrong. The first time, they gave the door dasher the wrong order and it didn't show up until after I called to complain about it not arriving at all. Today, and the one that really set me off... I ordered my usual meal and they forgot the cokes. When my wife got home with the order, I asked where the cokes were and she told me that was all they gave her. I tried to call and talk to the manager, but they put me on hold and hung up on me in about 20 seconds. So, I went over to talk to them and get my sodas. I asked for the manager, and some kid came over as I was explaining it. Then they tell me "ohh, he's not the manager she is" and they point to a woman there. I started to explain the problem, but when I saw the blank look on her face I decided to leave without my drink because I have no patience for that type of thing. By the time I got back to the hotel my family and I have been forced to live in the last month when our home was destroyed by a tree my food was ice cold and I had no drink. The fries were so cold, I find it hard to believe they were fresh when they put them in the bag like they claim they will be.

Restaurant was clean, the guy taking the order at the counter was friendly and helpful as this is not a normal for me to go to fast food places. But I can appreciate a sack of potatoes sitting in front of the store to let you know it's not some processed potatoes and really just potatoes dipped in hot grease. And actually the best fries and a really good burger.

The building itself is nice and clean but they only have one table inside and no outdoor seating. We didn't mind though and turned it into a drive in experience eating in the car. The service was friendly and it being a locally owned small business was a huge plus. They take card and cash which was also nice. The hot dogs were fantastic and huge. I assumed I would eat 2 but only made it through 1.5 before getting full. We tried the Daredevil Dog which had the jalapeños and was good. The Sleepy Creek Slaw Dog had a really good chili and the coleslaw wasn't watery or soggy so it added a nice crunch. My favorite of the three we tried. The last was the New York dog which I did with sauerkraut and it was solid, not quite like the dog in manhattan which go heavier on the onion sauce but still very nice. The sweets were also really really good. We got two brownies which got devoured. The Dubai Sunday was very nice and they didn't skimp on the pistachio sauce. The Samoa sundae was also very good. All in all, we both really enjoyed this place and will be back. The food is affordable and tasty and the service is friendly.

There was a decent chunk of the fridge for already prepared food for grab and go. Might need a little more direction for the front of house workers. Actively sitting down during their shift, delaying and using people's time to just sit on their phones at the front door. Might not be the greatest look as a business owner. Ordered chicken salad sandwich (4.5/5) but said no tomatoes, registered on receipt no tomato, had to pull tomatoes off the sandwich. Chicken had an Indian marsala taste to it, very flavorful and delicious. I had the chicken cordon blue Sammie and was overall a 5/5! Great sauce with a lil mustard zing. We shared the poutine (3.5/5), definitely didnt hit the spot for what we were thinking. I guess just stick with getting poutine in Cana-duhhh. Overall would be back just limiting what we order. They have a few seats for those waiting for their food, but there is no place to dine inside. There are a few tables and chairs outside though. This is a bakery that serves burgers, hot dogs and fries essentially. This place has full pies and cakes, you can also get them by the slice. They have cookies, bars, bread, soups, cupcakes, scones, coffees and teas. As I mentioned earlier, they also have hotdogs, sandwiches and burgers. I ordered the roadhouse burgers with a side of fries. It took them a while to prepare my food. It was about 30 minutes. There were a lot of fries and they were pretty good. The burger was ok. It was luke warm at best and the bacon was a bit over-chewy. It did have a lot of flavor though and was not the worse burger I have had. I just could have been better. The staff there was friendly and helpful. Even though I may not have liked my burger, i really liked this place and the varierty they have. I hope to make it back here soon.

We rolled into Savage Park around noon (Jun 2026) We jousted for parking with baseball-goers and playground-goers. We got a good spot. Then we pulled out our camp chairs and set up in the shade. We got our go-to: Authentic Chicago Dogs! Hot! Loaded with the right combo if all the right toppings! Poppy-seed buns! Perfect! Delicious! Soft drinks and chips to go with. They have many other dogs, even vegetarian dogs. This was the "Big Trailer", so we could also get baked beans, with just a little spiciness that builds up. The big trailer also has Black Angus smash burgers, veggie burgers, chicken sandwiches, mozzarella sticks, chicken nuggets, fries, pasta salad, and Italian donuts. Delicious! The best Authentic Chicago Dogs in the area! Friendly staff. Great motto: A Hotdog Is A Sandwich :-) Find their day-to-day big and small food truck locations on their social media.
