The steaks were were all hit or miss. I ordered medium rare and it came out well done on outside and rare inside, like they took the steak and put an iron press on it to hurry the cooking. The medium steak came put MR and the other MR steak came out medium. The good thing about it though is they were still juicy. The mushroom topping was very salty which made the steak salty tasting. The fries, rice, and sweet potatoes were very good. Sweet potatoes were a bit small but not too bad. The salads were definitely small to me. Wish they had a bit more on the plate. If you have heart problems I wouldn't recommend eating here due to the amount of salt in everything, especially any type of vegetable. Wish the steaks were cooked how we asked but overall experience was good.

The House salad was knockout good. Fresh, generous helping, the blue cheese dressing was so good…read more The salad was cold, after a pickup order, which usually is wilted with the lettuce, and salad dressing warm. The catfish was flaky, but very thin filets. There was more breading, very heavy handed, making the catfish filets seem bountiful. I attempted to remove the breading to possibly consume a bit of protein. Nope, didn't work. No leftovers for lunch tomorrow. I'm sitting here, with 3.5 pieces of catfish, and still hungry. I would not feed this catfish, to a starving, stray cat. I will not be ordering again. Their side sauce was a welcome change from the usual tarter sauce, and tasted really good. I love fresh lemon and it was a narrow wedge, offered for 4 catfish filets. Old, without a drop of lemon juice, to be had. Bummer. The steak fries were so overcooked, and a dark brown, tasting charcoal like. Burned to a crisp with a couple of fresh, lightly tinted, the way steak fries should look, and taste. Not edible. Old, and fried again, who know? Those too, will go into the dumpster. The icing on the cake is the Unsweetened iced tea, having no label, on the plastic jug, and it was sugar sweet. Down the drain with the sweetened tea that should have been labeled, and unsweetened. Bravo for the salad, if hungry for a house salad. See ya, Texas Roadhouse. We will not be returning. $40.00 down the drain with the sweetened iced tea.

Typical hotel bar. The drinks are great, and poured just right. Not too strong, not too weak…read more The rum punch I ordered came put perfectly. The food is another matter. I ordered the grilled cheese and fries. The fries are frozen oven fries. Hard to mess those up and came out ok. The grilled cheese was ice cold cheese slices on cold toast. I guess my mistake here. Oh well.

Well I see a lot of bad reviews of this place so I decided to try it and see, I got a $30 for $15…read morecoupon off of Flavor so we saved a little. The place was empty when we first go there 2 people at the bar at 5:30 in the evening on a Friday. I had a Old Fashion and wife had water to drink, I ordered the cheddar burger with loaded s fries and the wife had a salad with grilled chicken. The drink was very good, while waiting for our food there were 3 flies in the restaurant a lot of people were complaining about the flies in the place. Ya they do need to do something about this have a worker go around with a swatter and take care of them?? I suppose this is too much work for someone that just wants to sit around and not serve anyone because they read on the reviews the flies are bad. You can't make money if no one comes in!! Our food came I didn't read the menu correctly I thought the cheddar burger had bacon on it it didn't so I asked how much for bacon $4 are you serious/??? The burger was good would have been better with bacon of course the fries were not good unless you are a fan of cheese wiz if I had of just got the fries they would have been good. The wife salad she said was really good chicken had great flavor and the dressing was also good it was the vinaigrette. We will give it a try again another time and use the Flavor coupon it a good deal..

This was my first time visiting Bubbles Bzzz, and honestly the experience left me really…read moredisappointed. I had never been there before and didn't know how ordering worked. The first employee I interacted with was an Asian/Pacific Islander girl who was nice and let me sample a few things, but she didn't really explain the ordering process or how the menu worked. The menu setup itself is confusing because there are multiple flavors listed on the same line next to one price. For example, it listed something like mango, apple kiwi, passion fruit all together, so naturally I thought that was the drink combination I was ordering. I even pointed directly at it while ordering. At no point did anyone explain that you could only choose two flavors. After waiting, another employee -- a light-skinned white American girl with black hair who was on the heavier side and spoke fully English -- called out an apple kiwi slushy multiple times. I didn't grab it because I thought it belonged to someone else since that wasn't what I believed I ordered. Eventually she looked at me and said it was mine. I explained nicely that I had ordered something different and pointed to the menu item I selected. That's when she told me they only allow two flavors. I said I understood, but that nobody had explained that to me. I politely asked if it could be remade with mango and passion fruit instead. You could immediately tell she was annoyed, even though the store was not busy at all. While remaking the drink, she loudly told the other employee, "I don't have the patience for this," loud enough for both me and my mom to clearly hear. That was honestly the part that upset me the most. I was being respectful the entire time, simply trying to understand the menu and correct an honest misunderstanding as a first-time customer. The remake took maybe 4 minutes, and instead of handling it professionally, I was made to feel like a burden. I still said thank you when she handed me the drink, even after the comment, because I wanted her to know I heard what she said. After leaving, I called to speak to a manager and was told there wasn't one there and they didn't know when one would be in. I understand mistakes happen, especially with confusing menus, but customer service and professionalism matter. First-time customers should feel welcomed, not embarrassed for asking questions or misunderstanding an unclear menu.
