We received a phone call to confirm the reservation, the staff member who called was very rude to us. We were told there is an automatic 18% gratuity for large groups. When we arrived and told the staff we had a reservation, we were rudely told, "It's the three tables setup outside." as if we were supposed to know that. The cherry on top was when we got the check, and they added a THIRTY percent auto gratuity. 30%!!!! That's obscene, especially since we were told it would be 18% on the phone, and the food and service was barely even worthy of a 15% tip. We had to argue back and forth to get the gratuity removed. Ridiculous. After everything, it was ten minutes before they closed. The waiters started cleaning up around us - but they were the ones who took over an hour to get us food and then a million years as we argued about the 30 percent gratuity. When we did get the checks, the auto gratuity was still 20%. We just paid it because we were sick and tired of being there. Overall - horrible ambience, horrible service, horrible food. Not ever worth trying. I wish I could give it 0 stars.
