I was just in the area and I wanted to try a different tea house so I decided to come here & I have to say I was not that impressed. I informed my cashier that it's my first time here & I don't really know what to get. Thinking that he was going to recommend something the cashier did the total opposite which was stare at me until I ordered something. I'm not going to say he was rude but the look on his face was like I'm over it today. So without any help I ended up ordering the pomegranate blast, my drink was textbook; very nice flavor, good amount of sweetness also the jellies & chia seeds was a good add to the drink. The young lady who gave me my drink was also over it and even when I said thank you she didn't even acknowledge me & just walked off. They also have shave ice which looked so freaking amazing however the stale service was a let down & I didn't want to give them anymore of my money. Will I come back? This is definitely not my first visit here, they consistently have good food and good boba and that's really all I need. I came in to get some studying done and even on a weekday morning... it got pretty loud quick. I ordered a popcorn chicken combo and strawberry passion fruit smoothie with mango jelly, ran me like $12 which isn't unheard of. The food was good and filling, and the drink was good as well. Nothing spectacular. My reason for the 3 stars is the fact that a few customers came in and stayed in without masks and they are NOT wiping down tables after customers at all. I came here with my mom and sister and I got the Mango Green Tea and we all shared the Mixed Fruit Shaved Ice with Mango Ice Cream. The Mango Green Tea was pretty good. The Shaved Ice was 50 cents cheaper than Juice Box but the fruit wasn't as fresh. We came in December so the fruits aren't in season but they are still fresh at Juice Box. The mango was crunchy and the pineapple was sour. It had a much more relaxed atmosphere than Juice Box however because it wasn't as busy so we didn't feel as rushed to give up our table. The Shaved Ice also comes with a wider variety of ice cream flavors including Strawberry, Vanilla, Mango, Cookies and Cream, Green Tea, and Red Bean. This used to be Yogurt Spot. This would be a good place to study because there is a lot of room and free wifi. It reminds me of Teahouse on Shepherd because they have board games as well. read more

Although the menu says "add kimchi and bacon for free", they will charge you an additional 50 cents if you get both. Along with the Kimchi fries, I also like their shaved ice with the assorted fruits. They also have this combo deal with the snacks. Fried fish tofu and curly fries are my favorite. A big portion of the curly fries. Chicken wings are pretty decent. My favorite drink here is the green tea frap, it almost taste like Starbucks. Other favorites are taro smoothie, mango tea, and their Kravin tea. Good services and cute interiors. Nice atmosphere but it does get crowed at night and occasionally in the afternoon. I got the kravin fruit tea. Bitter. Expecting a little more of a refreshing taste but it was overwhelmingly sweet from all of the syrup. The staff was sweet but not helpful. I asked which they prefer out of two and she just told me what's in them. Interior was not cute, definitely outdated. I see people study in here but the music is very loud. I got it with 100% sugar level which wasn't overly sweet at all. I enjoyed it and it had a good tea taste to it. I liked that there was free WiFi and you didn't need a password for the guest WiFi. I recently discovered this place. I must not have paid attention to what my charges were at the first visit. However, today I ordered a drink and asked for less ice. The cashier charged me 25 cents extra for "Less Ice." Luckily, I caught it in time. I said nicely I didn't know you charge extra for less ice. The cashier unsmilingly and with a grouchy face said in a rude tone, "They charge you that everywhere you go." That is NOT true. I have gone to A LOT of tapioca places in Texas and other states. I have never been charged when requesting for Less Ice. I only asked her because I was going to tell her to forget it, and I will leave Regular Ice. Of course every store can set their own prices. I am utterly shocked at myself for not trying Kravin' before... the first time I went, I was blasted away by their orange green tea drink. It's even better than Kung Fu Tea!! That is the only drink that they have on the menu that does not use syrup and you can definitely taste the tea taste as well. They have fresh watermelon juice and the guy offered to mix that with green tea as a "custom" drink for my boyfriend! He even offered to let me try it before sealing it up to see if the sugar level was okay. I really appreciated that he offered me that option. Speaking of, I also need to mention that the customer service is amazing. The guys there are very friendly and very helpful as well as open to recommendations. I was told by them that their kimchi fries is really good, if not, better than Oh My Gogi so I would like to try that as well. All in all, this is probably my favorite bubble tea place for their orange green tea. The only thing is that I'm sad they're so far away from me! When I received my drink (which was ready in 5 minutes from ordering) and then tasted it, I noticed it wasn't as sweet as I would have liked for it to be. It may be that 75% is actually a lot less than I thought which was fine. I ended up being bringing back up to the counter and David was understanding and took care of it effortlessly. I've been to Kravin's since the day it first open. To this day, this place is still one of the best priced boba shops ever. The parking is in a giant plaza, but depending on the night (like a weekend) it could be crowded with cars. However, we always manage to find parking close to the boba shop! We did order 100% sugar, but maybe we just needed to order more. The drink was pretty sour, but that's not the shops fault. It's a good drink once it's watered down a little! Strawberry Black Tea w Lychee Popping - 4/5 This drink was refreshing at most. I'm usually not a fan of strawberry black tea, but when I tried this one, it was pretty good. This is one of the places I usually come to study at because they have both drinks and food ! Most tapioca places don't have food which sucks when you're studying and you get a little hungry, so Kravin' is a great spot. The Kravin' fries are super good, it's a MUST !! I know milk tea is the standard go to drink when it comes tapioca places, but I would say pass that up at Kravin'. I've ordered it a couple times and it can either a hit or miss. It's not as flavorful as other places and it can be watery at times. If you plan on coming here to study, I'd recommend coming on the weekdays.
