Easily missed for not facing the mainstreet inside the plaza but a nice place! Well lit, appealing decor, spacious seating area with and even more seating outside as well. *** Fresh Coconut with Orange - 5 Drink, simple, refreshing, with a hint of orange aroma without the heavy orange juice taste! Again, it's a simple drink but does the job so well! *** Rose Lychee Green Tea - I asked for HALF sugar, feels like they gave me the WHOLE jar. Lychee bits are nice but the sheer sweetness level floods the palate and swiftly overtakes whatever refreshing fruit bites make it to you. *** Waffle - freahly made, met expectations, subtle in flavor, crispy in texture. bite sized and very sharable! Cashier female seems very shy, but tries to be helpful. Cashier male worker seems very unapproachable and unapologetically unbothered. TLDR; come for the right drink and the right setting!

I've been to this location twice and both times it was a solid experience. The service was decent & helpful. The inside is decorated nicely & also clean. The drinks were exceptional. None of the drinks really wowed me but they were good enough for future returns. Here are the drinks I've ordered. * Crème brûlée milk tea- the drink was okay, but it wasn't that sweet. I except these types of drink to pack a punch & full of flavor, this one wasn't it. 2.5/5 * Mango green tea- refreshing, full of tea flavor. 4.5/5 * Fresh fruit tea- there was a lot going on for this drink. Plenty of tropical flavor. 4/5 * Strawberry green tea- I asked for it to be less sweet. While I can't complain that the tea was strong, there wasn't any strawberry purée. So I basically was drinking unsweetened green tea. 3/5 * Dragon fruit peach green tea- dragon fruit was strong with a pinch of peach flavor. The tea was present & the drink itself was nicely presented. 4/5 * Taro milk tea- it was very sweet but delicious, the cashier said there's tea inside the drink but I didn't taste any of that. It just tasted like Taro milk. It was still good and refreshing. 3/5 They have some desserts for purchase, I wanted mochi donuts but they were all out. Overall, it was a solid experience. Can't complain about my drinks. Will I come back? Yes.

A great place to get Boba and milk tea along with Matcha. I highly recommend their crème brûlée matcha. It's a lovely place and I will come back.

I love the location in Sugar Land. This location is just as good, but with a nicer upscale feel to fit plaza. It's next to Kim Son! Drinks came out quick and tasted great! Can't complain! Plenty of seating. They keep the interior clean. They have bubble waffle, coffee, fruit tea, smoothies, matcha, and of course... boba milk tea!

What a fun and cool concept! For the past couple of years, I've enjoyed MTea in Sugar Land. Learning about MTea Reserve, I was super excited to try it out! Their unique menu pairs Vietnamese coffee with the likes of ube and sea salt, as well as matcha lattes with banana foam. It was tough to decide on one drink, since everything sounded incredible. I ended up ordering the matcha latte with banana foam and it was everything I thought it would be. I generally like my matcha without sweetener but the banana foam tasted like banana pudding and it added a whole other level to this drink. We came during their grand opening with the BOGO deal so I got a nuoc mat for the kids and they enjoyed it. The aesthetic is clean and japan so style. The workers are super friendly and the drinks are unique and definitely lived up to expectations.

Drinks here are not bad and this place is super cute and spacious. It's a great place to sit and study at. I really enjoyed the oolong milk tea with pistachio foam.

Came here to try there grand opening when they had bogo deal. I tried their soursop green tea. It had good green tea flavor but not sure what kind of soursop they used in the drink but it had no flavor and it was really tough to chew on. I thought it was just me but I asked my wife if hers was like that to and she was like yeah. Felt like I was chewing bubble gum.

Matcha Latte w/ Crème Brûlée, Dirty Boba Milk

Decide to try a new drink place so I stopped by here. Walking in, the place is very well decorated but I was surprised how empty the place is. The staff were super sweet and friendly but seem a little new at the job. As for drink they have a wide range from Vietnamese coffee, boba, matcha, to smoothies. I ordered a fruit yogurt smoothie, dirty boba milk, and a matcha latte with crème brûlée. The matcha latte with very good and taste like actually matcha and the crème brûlée foam on top was perfect. The dirty boba milk came with boba that were nice and chewy though it was very sweet at normal sugar level. So I recommend getting less sugar for that drink. Finally, the fruit yogurt tasted like a normal yogurt drink, I couldn't really taste the fruit part of the drink though. Overall, it's is an average drink place. I like the wide range of drink. I noticed they also offer snack and pastries too (egg tart, waffle, donut). I would have to come back another drinks and pastries.

I really love this place--from the atmosphere to the drinks. I've tried many different cafés, and I can honestly say this one is my number one favorite. Today I had the Dubai Pistachio Cloud Coffee and the Dragon Fruit Peach Green Tea. The coffee was excellent, with a rich flavor and not overly sweet. The tea tasted very fresh and refreshing. The space smells wonderful with the aroma of tea when you walk in, and the way they decorate the place is very bright and inviting. They also open very early, so sometimes I can stop by to grab a drink before going to work.

We have Molly tea at home ahhhh place just opened up in Houston. I went to the grand opening of MTea reserve that just opened up by Kim son in bellaire. They had a but one get one promotion the whole day. I ordered the Thai green tea and my drink came out pretty fast. You can tell that they're a viet owned boba shop when they have the long skinny baguettes for sale. They have these nice custom cups and a nicely decorated interior. However, I actually got a matcha instead of my Thai green tea and didn't realize until I already left. The matcha itself was fine but not what I wanted to have at the time

Cafe 101 serve Japanese and Chinese food. There are table and booths inside as well as a full bar. We started with a couple of sushi specials... bluefin toro and Uni. Thought the bluefin toro were fresh as well as the Uni. Wasn't expecting so was pleasantly surprised. For our mains, we ordered the twice cooked pork and beef galbi. Both came as a set... with rice, side dish of pickled radish and carrots and dessert. Price-wise, it was reasonable considering it came as a set. Twice cooked pork hits the spot. It was plenty and had some to go. Galbi was decent... it's not like Korean Galbi. It was pretty saucy, sweet and tender. It was decent portion as well. Think we found our new late night spot! Look forward to trying out the rest of their menu in the future. :-)

The lounge like ambiance, along with their diner-like menu, is a major selling point for folks and has been one of the reasons for their popularity over the better part of the last two decades. It is a bit trendy and plays music that you would think of and in a Miami lounge or a pretentious New York Club. While service is not their strong suit, the clean bathrooms, spacious seating, and semi-open kitchen makes up for some 'tudes from the staff. The menu is most definitely Asian, but blends from a predominantly Chinese menu and featuring various Taiwanese, Korean, Japanese items. The latter includes sushi, which is likely one of the only spots in the neighborhood that still has it after midnight. They have bluefin tuna and sea urchin, in which Cafe 101 is one of the only late night spots to offer it. Their beef chow fun is nice and greasy, but filled with excessive onions, bean sprouts, and various other veggies that almost take away from the noodles and beef (which was nicely cooked). Their shrimp and egg came in a nice set, which was a good surprise and surprisingly well executed. This is also a spot for Japanese curry, and even though it's not the best, it most certainly does the job. Taiwanese popcorn chicken is on point, cumin lamb is unsurprisingly spicy, and Singapore chow mai fun has a tinge of solid wok hei. (#1) I'm genuinely not a fan of their soups and think the sushi rolls are not their best work. While they also have milk, tea options, unless one is desperate, I would also steer clear of. Parking in the early evening can be an issue at Don Huang Plaza, but after 11pm, the parking options should be abundant. I would consider coming here in a larger group, especially with late night owls. ___________ (#1) Wok's essence (鑊氣)

While the osmanthus with cream remains my personal favorite, this visit I ordered the high mountain pouchong with orange and was not disappointed. It's refreshing in the Texas heat, a little tangy from the citrus and perfectly sweet (the lemon variety of it is also exceptional). Luckily there wasn't a line. I picked up a green tea passion fruit tea and was surprised how tasty it was! The drink was a pretty yellow hue with passion fruit seeds at the top. The green tea flavor wasn't overly strong or dry wnd was very fragrant-- super tasty~ It came in a recyclable little sling carrier too, super cute :) I love how the brand focuses on real fruit, milk/cream so there aren't any artificial ingredients lurking around. You can order at the kiosk or at the cashier. For sweetness customization, they only have full level, less sweet, and no sugar options. The less sweet is already plenty sweet for me, so wish there was a slightly less sweet option than that. The service was polite and friendly, and the inside was clean with several tables. Besides the great taste, I really appreciate the "no artificial stuff" way of doing things. After one drink I'm Chicha San Chen fan! Be sure to stop by sometime and try their tea :D

But when I'm in town I go out of my way to "eat all the things" to take advantage of being near the Vietnamese community. I will say, the tea here is very good. They actually sell tea, rather than just sugar water. You can taste it. And for that, I appreciate this place. I tried their Alpine Green Tea with boba. It was good. I came back a second time to try their Wintermelon Alpine Green Milk Tea and thought it was even better! Quality drinks and I can earn additional airline miles per order?
