Huge modern play area, sand room, laser tag and arcade room including claw machines. The admission price is a bit pricey compared to others, open play costs $42.99 + tax for kids 3 feet and taller and 1 adult. Additional adults cost $18.99 each. It does include unlimited time as others are usually 2 hours max and it includes laser tag. Place is very large, has drinks and a small gift shop (toys, gifts etc). Place is modern and clean for now... until the next new indoor playground ground opens up.

The decor was amazing! It matched what we saw in their website and Instagram. It also came with pizza and juice for the kids and unlimited play. I was allowed to bring additional food and other snacks and they were kind enough to help me set up and plate the food. One tip would be to confirm the arrival of the pizza time. Our was suppose to arrive at 1230 (party started at 12) and it didn't arrive until 130 because of the rain. The pizza is ordered from a pizza shop so it had to be delivered. They were super nice and apologetic about it. The play area is huge and something for everyone. Although it might be hard to track your kid. It also felt cleaner than other indoor playgrounds that we've been too. We would definitely be back!

The facilities are clean, well maintained and the staff is engaged and helpful. There's a larger area with slides, maze, obstacles and ball area. I cannot believe how clean it was. The good thing about this place is that it is safe where you can place your stroller and shoes by the entrance without any worries of it being lost. You got to sign a waiver before you go in and pricing is a few dollar difference between 4 years and up and 3 years and below. It is a fixed price with a free adult for each kid that lasts the whole day. They give you green bracelets for each person to enter the place. So my favorite was the slides! All the slides were designed well and I felt great drops with the purple slide! The purple slide reminded me of a mini rollercoaster. I had to go on the slide with my daughter and she had so much fun! She was screaming ecstatic! There was also the black slides that lit up and my daughter and I went on it so many times! They light up the whole time and it was a lot of fun. Besides the slides there were courses with a lot of pit balls for you to fall into. The pit call courses weren't that deep when you fall into them so they were safe for my daughter who is still really tiny. Some of the courses were challenging but they had ropes on the sides for you to grab onto for assistance. There was also a round glass floor as you reach to the top. My daughter and I were a bit scared to walk on it but eventually got over it and was on top of it. It was a very sturdy piece of glass but I was holding onto my daughter still! There are few claw machines in this place that require tokens or a card that you can purchase and put an amount on. Also a Flying Apple Photo Booth was among one of the machines. I'm my daughter and I went inside and I did not know the mini bench to sit on was that slippery until my daughter fell down to the floor. The camera does not meet the eyes at all so you need to readjust in a position that is very uncomfortable. Also I had to carry my daughter the whole time the pictures were being taken in the booth or else her eyes and head would have been cut off. Sucks. Wish the camera lens was in a better position. Also the pictures were very tiny when I saw them come out. At least there were 2 copies so that was good. I will come here in the near future and do recommend this place for any toddler or kid who want to be wild and free!

I do think the parents who attended with their child are pretty diligent. Within an hour of us there almost all the toys had been disorganized and it can be pretty chaotic. We paid $25 for 1.5hour which I thought was reasonable for the area. They have a section for the strollers, a restroom, and a place to buy snacks. Communal space and it has a lot of toys for a good range of ages.

My…read moreconcern is a business relying so heavily on young, inexperienced employees that mediocre service, okay management, and a lack of professionalism feel standard. I saw numerous very young-looking employees, including teenagers, throughout the space, and the atmosphere felt noticeably unprofessional. One girl at the register appeared extremely young. I considered asking her age but did not want to embarrass or shame her over something that was not her fault, so I assumed she was related to the owners or otherwise connected to the business. I do not blame children or teenagers for being inexperienced. Responsibility lies with the adults who hire, train, supervise, and manage them. It was also astonishing that staff apparently assumed I could not understand them because I was not speaking their language. I am fully Albanian and understood exactly what was being said. I have no issue with them speaking Albanian and absolutely do not think they should stop. They simply need to watch what they say around customers because they never know who understands them. That applies from the youngest employee to the owners. Professionalism should not disappear because you assume a customer cannot understand you. Most disturbing was what happened to my three-year-old son. He was cornered by about five children and repeatedly bothered to the point I considered it harassment. One child even asked to see my three-year-old son's underwear. That is wildly inappropriate and disturbing. He is a toddler and should be able to enter a children's business without being surrounded, intimidated, made uncomfortable, or asked invasive questions about his clothing or body. Children will be children, which is exactly why competent supervision should exist. If several children can corner and continue bothering a three-year-old like this, who exactly is watching the play area? Parents pay with the reasonable expectation that the environment is supervised enough for children, especially the youngest, to play safely and comfortably. I was also concerned by what appears to be a broader pattern of complaints involving racism and homophobia associated with this playspace. I have heard mothers discuss these concerns and seen past Google reviews raising similar issues. To be fair, I will not label an entire business racist or homophobic based solely on secondhand conversations or other people's reviews. However, during my own visit, I personally noticed behavior from a few younger employees that I felt implied racial prejudice, making previous complaints much harder to dismiss. I cannot verify every allegation ever made about this business and will not pretend I can. I can only speak to what I witnessed, and it was enough to make me question the culture and level of professionalism being tolerated. I also worry about what would happen in a genuinely serious situation. In a space that struck me as heavily staffed by very young, inexperienced, and sometimes unprofessional employees, I question how effectively an emergency, conflict, or serious incident involving a child would be handled. Hopefully that never happens, but a children's space must be prepared for it. A lack of maturity, supervision, or professionalism may seem merely irritating during a normal visit, but in a serious situation it could have much greater consequences. That is why the atmosphere I witnessed should not be brushed off as harmless. Although my visit was a couple of months ago, I wanted to share it so other parents can make the correct judgment about whether this playspace is right for them and their children.
