The space itself is clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed -- plenty of room for both kids and adults to enjoy comfortably. The play area kept all the children entertained, with a wide variety of toys, games, and activities suitable for different ages (from babies to toddlers to young kids).   The venue handled all of the themed décor as part of the package we selected, which made things so easy for us. Everything -- from the tableware and balloons to the banners -- looked amazing, and many parents commented that they couldn't believe the venue took care of it all! The room where the kids had their lunch was especially adorable. It was such a relief to be able to just show up and enjoy the day without having to stress about setup or decorations. I also really appreciated the well-structured itinerary. The flow of the party worked perfectly, and it was great that the kids could go back to the play area after eating -- it helped keep the energy and excitement going.   While the party was a bit on the pricier side (understandably, there are taxes, service fees/gratuity and credit card charges on top of the base package), I still felt it was a good value given what was included. Food for both kids and adults was covered, and after researching many local venues, Urban Jungle Play offered the most at this price point. I also appreciated that they're flexible about allowing outside food and drinks, which not all venues permit.   Lastly, a special shoutout to Gaurav, who was incredibly professional and courteous throughout the process. He quickly resolved any small issues that came up and made sure everything ran smoothly -- a great example of top-notch customer service.   Overall, our daughters and all their friends had an absolute blast, and we left feeling so happy with our choice. I'd highly recommend Urban Jungle Play to any parents looking for a fun, well-organized, and stress-free venue for a birthday party!

My one complaint about the play area was that the tee was very flimsy and had a small base, so it kept popping through the hole in the Astroturf and would need to be replaced. Our server was excellent and continued to check on our needs throughout the evening, which also included some of their excellent food. The Boneless Wings were available with a bunch of sauces, but we had opted for the Buffalo variety, which were spicy, crispy, and delicious. The Detroit-style, deep-dish Cheese Pizza had an excellent tomato sauce that was heavily seasoned with basil. The pizza had been cooked in a small rectangular pan, making sure that each slice had at least one crispy edge. The slices reminded me a bit of cafeteria pizza that had been jazzed up with tons of flavor. Lastly, the thin, crispy, and well-salted Fries were great and came with rosemary aioli and honey dijon mustard dipping sauces. Hudson Golf was a great new addition to the town, offering a fun activity, helpful service, and excellent food and drinks in a upscale atmosphere.

Again, this meant that the staff was constantly opening and closing the door between the two rooms, letting in a draft. Thankfully, it was not as bitterly cold as it was last year, but it was still a distracting and annoying interference to our experience. Since I was not the hugest fan of their food menu, we decided to stick to just drinks on this go around. I opted for the Rudolph's Replacement, since I had loved the blend of vodka, coffee liqueur, white creme de cacao, orange curacao, chai, almond milk, and aromatic bitters during my last visit. Though I was tempted to order a second of the exact same drink, I decided to branch out and try something new with the Cheery Cherry Chocosaurus. The sweet and crisp cocktail included brandy, Italian sweet vermouth, dark creme de cacao, blackberry liqueur, tart cherry, chocolate, lemon, chocolate bitters, and two brandied cherries as a garnish. I absolutely adored it and even ordered a second one. However, it clearly did not feel the same way about me, because the overload of sweetness gave me a massive headache that lasted until the next day. In addition to my drinks, I had sips of the Yippee Ki Yay Mother F****r! and the Coconut Hot Chocolate. The fowl-mouthed beverage was a sweet and nutty blend of Barbados rum, rhum agricole, Trinidad overproof rum, ube & coconut orgeat, and acid-adjusted pineapple. The creamy hot chocolate really focused on the infusion of various nuts, as it included amaretto and hazelnut, as well as the similar notes from the coconut. Both cocktails were excellent! Miracle on Mercer always provides a festive atmosphere worthy of a visit. However, when making a reservation, you might want to ask for one of the rare tables away from one of the many doors in the small space.
