This is a great indoor option to get the kids to burn energy. We have the membership and going at least twice a month will pay itself. The staff is professional.

I think it's unfair to charge full price for this place right now while a big section is under construction.( I said this to who I assume was the manager and all he had to say was "yeah it's almost done"I would advise against going the next couple weeks for this reasons. I also did have to ask someone to blow up the obstacles since they were deflated, that was pretty ridiculous. We won't be back any time soon. Online says 10am open but the door says 9am. FYI, as I would have gone at open with my little kids so the bus loads of middle school kids would push them over less. Not the best experience but I doubt anyone there will read this/care.

I've been to So many trampoline parks. I get it, with kids stuff get dirty . This place is the worst I've ever been to. It smells so bad, doesn't look like anyone cleans anything at all! There's construction going on in middle of the day. No employees watching kids ( but there is a employee by a claw game so they don't steal the $1 toys‍) Don't waste your money going here! There is SO many other places to take your kids.

We're definitely getting our exercise in today! Rian started of by saying, "Let's get this party started!" I found myself out of breath many times. That's it, I'm getting back into something that requires stamina.. Kraft Air Trampoline Park in Mesa had a lot of options. A balance beam, cargo net, wall climb, lots of trampolines and it wasn't overcrowded. There's a two hour limit which saved me from a heart attack but Rian could have gone for another few. We had a great dad + son time. Ryan & Rian. #krazyair #trampolinepark #dadlife #riancito #familyday @krazy_air

Mediocre at best. I only go here because it's close. The people that work here seem to be more interested in hanging out than working.

It's so nice in this economy to have such a pleasant place to take our children that we can still afford. The staff are still very friendly and helpful and I am so glad we came! Thank you everyone!

My kiddos are 4 and 18 months and so while my 4 year old loves every area of Uptown Jungle, we…read morespent a good amount of time in the 5 and under area this visit because our 18 month old was with us. I love that the 18 month old area is fenced in with a pool gate type of gate to enter making it difficult for 5 and under to get out on their own. Uptown Jungle has one of the best 5 and under area when it comes to the fencing and options for playing. This was our first time ordering a pizza and for $12 when you want to dine in to make it easier on the kids, it's fine. However, it doesn't compare to places nearby like Barros that you could go eat at afterwards, but again it's good enough for the convenience factor. Uptown jungle has a membership that comes with some perks like 10% off socks and foods as well as unlimited play for the month without restricted days. It also includes a parent to be able to jump. If you buy the annual pass it's about $18 a month which makes it worth it if you plan to go at least twice a month. If not, the Groupons for Uptown Jungle are better if you don't plan to go at least twice. Uptown jungle has toddler time in the morning from 9-12pm during the week for $12 and additional siblings are $6 and parents are free. During this time they have a little craft and some games. There are several options for things to do if your kiddo doesn't need to be with the littles. Big trampoline area, 4 different kind of slides, rock climbing are, etc. My 4 year old daughter has been able to make it 5-6 hours without getting bored or wanting to go home. Heck, she may have been able to stay longer if us parents wanted to stay long get. Another plus with uptown jungle is they are not picky on the grip socks like some places that absolutely require that establishments socks. Uptown jungle will allow you to wear socks from other jump type places. The only restriction I've found is when wanting to do the rock climbing wall, they did require my kiddo to have their socks.

Tickets are $21 for 2+ yo and they also require kiddos to use their Superplay socks. Guardians are not charged and not required to wear grippy socks. They have a lot of different attractions such as The Floor is Lava obstacle course, huge ball pit with an interactive play screen, large play structures with multiple slides, basketball court with many hoops of variable heights, a giant ground air trampoline, tube slide, food and drinks for purchase, quiet private pods (for nursing, phone calls, etc) and even a peripheral track for adults to walk around and get exercise. My kiddo thought everything was super fun and he had a total blast. One thing I did notice the entire 2 hours we were there, was zero attendants monitoring the play structures. My kiddo was told by other kiddos that he could not go on the tube slide which definitely wasn't true because he was old enough according to the age requirement. Meanwhile, the same kids were both riding in the same tube, which is not allowed according to the same sign. I was wondering where their parents were. Also, the interactive screen in the ball pit had a lot of technical difficulties. It would not consistently respond to the balls hitting the targets or even a hand hitting the targets. So definitely a few areas of improvement needed, but overall, we had a really great time!

This may sound like a bum deal, but it was actually a blast! We had the whole place to ourselves, which is arguably way more fun than going when it's packed. How about raise it to $20 flat and get some new gear that works reliably = 2 stars The Pro Shop has a good selection of guns and accessories at fair prices compared to online Airsoft retailers. The knowledge of the salespeople however, isn't as good. I get better answers from AI on my phone while standing at the counter. The online reservation system is AWFUL!!! The website is difficult to navigate unless you read by picture. Looks more like multiple flyers glued to a screen that have hidden links in some, but not others. When you select a date, time, and location you end up with the right date and location, but varying times. I booked for 2 people for the 12pm - 4pm session and ended up with one at 12pm and the other @ 4:30pm. = 1 star The staff is friendly and generally helpful in getting issues worked out. That definitely helps, but with all of the online reservation stuff that has to be un-FUBARed, it takes away from the experience and play time. I'm not a web designer, but with most people using technology to purchase goods, services, and experiences, you'd think they'd do some market research to gather feedback on how to build a user-friendly website. We haven't tried any of the other Airsoft locations in Phoenix, but after our three (3) past experiences, I'm ready to move on from VIP Airsoft. It kinda sucks, because this place is close to our house and easy to get to.
