First of all, there is zero excuse for a business as small as this to not have a current price list up. Which they don't. I was glad I asked because that was a large difference. I was incredibly underwhelmed with my nail techs ability. My nails are sloppy at best. I got to my car and noticed that I had left over polish on my skin next to a couple of nails. A few of my nail bed are lumpy looking. And a few of my nails are uneven. TBD: still haven't spoken to the owner yet. But I paid part in cash and part in card. I noticed today they ended up charging the whole amount to my card... I will update here as I know what they'll do. Glutton for punishment, that's me! I tried this place again for pedi and again was not satisfied! Polish was not spreading correctly, lumpy. Told them I wanted different polish. They were determined to leave this mess on being quite rude. I then demanded it be removed and I'd pick out a different bottle of polish. During this whole fiasco the 3 women were chattering loudly in Vietnamese. As polish was being put on she rudely asked if I liked it! Besides this nails were cut slanted, cuticles were not done even though I asked her to do them. She did one toe. This is the only place in town....too bad it's not better! read more

Terrible customer service. I took my mother and daughter for a girls day for mani/pedi. We made appointment a week in advance. We get there and are told no reservation was made (I made with the owner who is telling me this). Owner was rude to myself about this. We waited two hours for pedicure with cold water and dirty environment. We did not stay for manicures due to time and staff were eager to kick us out and leave. pedicures were rushed and terrible quality. I lilke the staff and go to this salon frequently as it is the only game in town. After my dryer kicked off I asked the staff to apply oil so I could put my shoes on. They pointed to the spray for me to spray my nails instead. Well low and behold, I felt the toe smudging almost immediately in my boot. Paid $20.00 for a polish change as I had just had a full pedicure a couple weeks ago, but wanted a different color. Disappointed. read more

I admit that, after giving this place a bad review, I gave it another go for a pedicure with a friend. My friend was having her nails done for a special occasion that was happening in a couple days. We had made an appointment 10 days early for four people to kick off our vacation week. when we got there there was three employees and they had scheduled five appointments at 11:30 for manicures and pedicures it was the quickest pedicure I had ever received and my mother was still in her pedicure chair two hours later. they did not push back my cuticles and within less than a week my shellac manicure has already started peeling I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I organized an appointment for a large group of girls (bachelorette) for manis and pedis, some of which were shellac/gel. We couldn't have been happier with our experience; they were easy to work with to accommodate our large group, had a little table area set up with party decorations for us, and really made our experience easy and fun. Everyone's nails looked great for the big day and my shellac manicure lasted for the appropriate amount of time. Expensive! They keep booking appointments even though they are not staffed for it! Even if you have an appointment it doesn't really matter! No one UNDERSTANDS or SPEAKS ENGLISH, EXCEPT FOR THE OWNER! ( I also find it so rude when they speak amongst themselves in their language! My friend and I had an appointment for 11am on Sunday, we were the first appointments of the day for a mani and pedi. We had to be back in Addison for my baby shower whoch started at started 1pm. We arrived at 11 to find the salom completely closed, so we gave it a few minutes to open before we called the business number. The lady answered ans said they would be there in a few minutes. 25 minutes went by and they still had not shown up, so we ended up leaving so I would not be late for my baby shower. If a business opens at 11, their employees really should be there, especially if there are appointments that have been made in advance. So now, I am going to attend MY baby shower without my nails done. read more

I've tried to like this place. It's super convenient, you can walk in for an appointment without waiting too long...I've gone several times and each time it's "okay". But this last time was my last time. The woman stabbed my foot with some scissors while she was trying to fix something in the basin to get it to drain, and she cut part of my nail that ended up ripping part of my skin off, and my toe has been aching ever since. Never again!! I have been a pretty regular customer since they opened. After the last few visits, I will never go back. I always make an appointment, my most recent one was scheduled at 11:00 (salon opens at 10). Arrived shortly before 11 and the salon was still not open and 2 other 11am appointments were waiting, we were all scheduled for mani/pedis. Another woman arrived without an appointment and we starting calling the number... 5 minutes away they told us... 20 minutes later they arrived... they set the 3 of us with appointments in the chairs and Joanne (apparently does not like to do pedis) takes the walk in who wants a full set. Meanwhile... the 11:30 appointments start arriving....My pedi started immediately... the other 2 women were together and were sharing one girl which needless to say was not going well. I was totally done and walking out before both women were still in the pedi chairs.... they were not happy nor was I with the quality of my nails. You do not take walk in when you have 3 appointments and you are a 3 girl salon!!! read more

I was so excited when the opened a year ago and was quite happy but after the last few visits I can't tell you how disappointed I am. I always make an appointment for first thing in the morning.... they never arrive at the opening time, 20+ minutes late... ALWAYS. If I have a mani/pedi scheduled I could have a minimum of 2 people tag teaming to perform the service.... I don't mind that they wrap my nails while my toes are being done, but to have me twist sideways while they do my mani is ridiculous and uncomfortable when they are not busy and the mani stations are all free. Recently I booked with a friend for mani/pedis .... I was completely done both while she was still sitting soaking her feet waiting for her pedi... her water was COLD. They need to tell the walk ins to either come back later or that they will have a wait... not squeeze them in at the expense of those with appointments. Back to driving to Burlington. :( read more
