I placed an online order, after reviewing my order summary I noticed I ordered the wrong size. I immediately contacted the store. Mike one of the store's owners, provided excellent customer service by not just fixing my error but taking the time to talk to me about his store's collection. When I mentioned my goal of shopping small, he also shared that his store is involved in community service. I believe the owner is Mandie and she was super sweet and had great energy when my bf and I dropped by! We managed to pull a Rare (Mizora) and a Rare (Halsin) which was really cool from just buying two packs. They have other cool merch like pokemon, final fantasy, dnd, and even some anime stuff. Highly recommend checking this shop out and supporting local businesses! Great place to buy a gift for anyone. Prices are a bit more than retail but nothing too crazy.
