I have never had such a worse experience at a salon in my life. I couldn't find handicap access, which I needed for my sprained ankle, I made it to the top and she paused on the phone to confirm my name. I called my ride to tell them I made it and that I was upset there was only stairs and Tina shouted out at me that she heard me and was canceling my appointment because she was on the phone about her son and had an emergency. She was so rude and unprofessional I cannot believe this woman has any clients. Having a family emergency is one thing, but taking it out on a random stranger who is only complaining about the stairs is absolutely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere with professional and stable people. read more

I've been to Tina twice now (once for a hair cut, second for a lash lift & tint) and I LOVE her. Tina is so sweet and personable without the forced salon chat which I appreciate. She has the cutest salon, it's kept so clean, smells so good with her diffuser going and she always plays the best music!!!! She cut my hair exactly like I wanted and did a hair treatment that made my scalp feel so rejuvenated! (Along with an amaaazing head massage). I haven't gotten a haircut in forever and she made me feel like a million bucks! This was my first lash lift experience and holy moly I'm obsessed. I only wish there was a 0 star. I have never in my life experienced such horrible customer service. Tina was extremely rude from the first phone call to my visit. I had an emergency with my elderly mother and needed to take her to the urgent care. I called her 2 hours before my appt and she was so rude about her cancellation policy, I understand having a cancellation policy, yet I didn't understand the rudeness. I had a friend take her so I could attend. However, when I got there I was so surprised with her unfriendly and rude nature I actually walked out. I have never walked out of any place in my life. There are SO many other places to go that will treat you humanely with respect. Tina's place is definitely not that place. Just warning you all!! read more

Tina is absolutely amazing! I went to Tina because I unfortunately had my hair done a month ago for my birthday and it was WAY fried from being over processed so Tina took on the challenge of fixing my hair and I left feeling like a million bucks she is AMAZING, I JUST ADORE HER SO MUCH!! From the time I walked in to her rooftop salon in downtown Carlsbad she made me feel super comfortable which was pretty rad considering I was feeling pretty uncomfortable for about 2 weeks because of the botched hair job from the previous stylist so Tina is a pro and she knows her stuff she did a super cute cut, a deep conditioning treatmenT AND she fixed my color. Color correction saver! have no words for how much Tina has meant to me and my sad locks! I have naturally neutral blonde hair and it's getting thin and dull like dirty dishwater due to hormone issues so I started getting it colored red to make myself feel better. I would get my lashes done by Tina. I would always get volume lashes and she would slay them! Even for a few weeks I got mega volume and they looked amazing! Hands down the best lash artists I have ever had! She would always make sure you are comfortable and if you don't like something she will correct it.
