I wanted to share why I decided to change my dental provider. After many years going to the same place, my last visit was disappointing. They changed my appointment several times, and eventually I was seen only by a hygienist who cleaned my teeth. During the visit, I declined the $50 oral cancer screening, explaining that I recently had a PET-CT scan as part of my routine oncology check-ups. Despite that, the hygienist continued insisting. Surprisingly, because I declined the extra screening, the dentist never came in to examine me. To be clear, this was a routine check-up, and I'm fairly certain my insurance was still charged as if the dentist had seen me--which did not happen. When I canceled my follow-up, someone called and told me it was "normal" to visit the dentist and not be seen by the dentist. That was the final straw. After years of going there, the only time I declined the extra-cost screening, I was essentially dismissed. So, I've decided to drive farther and return to my previous dentist. He's honest, thorough, and always sees me personally. I've never had a cavity, and I hope skipping that dentist exam won't cause any issues. I would also like to add that I'm on late 30's and have never had a cavity. Yet, the hygienist would regularly shame me for not cleaning my teeth well enough--often in a way that felt excessive and discouraging. I even brought it up to the front desk, but the behavior continued over multiple visits. TLDR: I would look for another clinic. read more

Nothing but positive things to say about this dental practice. Booking an appointment was easy to do. They were able to book me immediately as I had an emergency dental issue resulting from a crown falling out the previous night. I appreciated them accommodating me on such a short notice.. They are a full-service dental office. They seem to do everything--the basics like cleaning and everything else like Invisalign, teeth whitening, sleep apnea mouth devices, mouth guards and many more services that I didn't even know existed, which was pretty cool to learn about even though I didn't need them. I also really appreciated not being sold anything. I didn't feel pressure to get anything done, everything was simply a suggestion. It was obvious that dentist was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He was really nice too. I had a nice time chatting with him. The staff is nice as well. Joanne, in particular, was great to work with. All in all, a very pleasant experience at the dentist! Got my emergency dental situation taken care of and will be returning for cleaning! I first came here 2 years ago and after spending an extended time in the office, left without even getting my teeth cleaned. They wanted to submit an inquiry to my insurance for a deeper cleaning. Insurance declined the cleaning and I had no follow up with the office. Fast forward 2 years and I get a call from them "are you even our client anymore?" Um, I guess so... so I schedule an appointment for a cleaning. I figured since insurance declined the deep cleaning last time they would just move on and do a normal cleaning. Nope. Same run around. I refused the deeper cleaning and said I just wanted what insurance would cover. The hygienist was shaming me for waiting so long between appointments. What can I say? I have a small child at home and getting out to the dentist isn't always my top priority. So then the dentist comes in. He won't let me get a word in edgewise and kept saying I need the deeper cleaning. I said I really just want the one covered by insurance and could they do that? He refused to give me a yes or no answer so I ended up leaving AGAIN with no cleaning. Maybe they're great to patients who have been coming here 20+ years, but they sure are scam artists to new patients. read more

This is hands down the best dentist office I've ever been to. The receptionists here are the friendliest people and are so kind when working with you to make an appointment. I have made countless 8 am appointments that I have missed because I've overslept and they have never given me a hard time about having to reschedule. The dentists here are the best at what they do. They are thorough, kind and do great work. I have had a lot of dental work done here and I have been happy every time. On the rare occasion that I have left unhappy with the way something looks, the dentist has fixed it for me without hesitation. The dental hygienists here make you feel really comfortable as well. I had called up to see a dentist as my previous denist was far. I had a cleaning and cavity done by a previous dentist and it wasnt filed down smooth on my lower tooth therefor cutting my lip and causing me pain. So i just needed a dentist to smooth it down. Simple right?! So i called this office and the woman who answered the phone was so snotty and abnoxiously rude and said sorry we cant do that. I said do what.. it just needs to be smoothed thats it. And she said yea no we would have to take xrays and i said what are u talking about? she was so rude and basically didnt want to take me because this dentist office apparently only cares about how much they can make off of a patient then doing a little tiny job to help someone in pain that would take two minutes. read more
