I am a senior citizen and a patient of the dental practice. I did something today that I have never done before. Out of nowhere, last night I started experiencing completely unexpected on and off bleeding in the roof of my mouth. This morning while I was out running some errands, the bleeding once again started. Since I happened to be near the office, I decided to stop in without any appointment. Today I called for an emergency appointment as I had a chipped veneer. The office booked my appointment and got me in to see Dr. Kreitzberg and he was able to give me a temporary repair. The veneer should not have chipped and they are replacing my veneers at no cost to me. I have been going to this practice since I've had teeth and I'm 51! My entire family starting from my grandparents (both sides) have been going including my step parents. Now my daughter goes as well. They are not close to home, about 35 minutes, but totally worth the drive!
