Kriselle is our absolute favorite place to go! We have been to many wineries in the area but chose to get a membership at Kriselle. We did this because of the excellent service from the staff, amazing wine, and the ability to make reservations whenever it is needed. The wine is phenomenal and they serve actual food! Not just tastings or small little platters, but large, delicious, wood fired pizzas. The staff always makes us feel like we are family and we look forward to every new wine release. The tasting room and patio are beautiful and the view is spectacular! We have found our spot and plan to go for years to come! read more

Service was terrible, no matter how good wine or surrounding view may be, the mood from staff made this establishment a 0 star. It seems like all negative reviews on this sight and it's own website complain about staff. What a shame the owners continue to tolerate this behavior. I'm blessed to live in the valley that has many other options to be a wine member. Unfortunately I won't come back to see if a change in culture of just being nice is implemented. read more

I wish I could give this winery zero stars. My family and I use to love this place. We have been frequent customers for years, but I will never go back. My mother, husband, daughter and I couldn't wait to visit this winery... We walked in and we're instantly looked down on for bringing a child. This man at the front was so rude. He asked if we had reservations and I said that I was sorry I didn't realize we needed them. He then asked if it was okay if we sat inside. I said no problem, however my three year old daughter would love to go outside and walk on the grass. He then said that they have service (so pretty much my daughter was going to be in their way) and told me they just watered the grass (so also a no). I realized he was sitting us inside because of my child. We did get a table outside after my husband saying something. The service was terrible. This is the worst winery for families. I have never felt this way at any other winery in the county. I will not support this business again. They will look down on you and treat you less than for brining a child. read more

With my mother coming to town, my husband and I took a trip to several local wineries during her visits. This particular one came highly recommended by her sister who is a travel writer. We thought the wine selection was wonderful and even though I dont very much like reds the Suelo was phenomenal along with the Sauvignon Blanc. The view from their outside deck is also breathtaking and I could easily see myself spending a Sunday afternoon sipping on a nice glass of wine to unwind. However, I took starts away because we apparently made our reservations during a wine club member event and our waitress did not let us forget it. Every single time we ordered something or she came to the table she would say something to the effect "well if you join the wine club"... "or why get a class for 5 dollars when wine club members can get a bottle for 10". Valid points but we had never been there and weren't ready to commit to joining the wine cub without tasting the wine first!! It just felt very pushy. On top of that it was possibly because she had many tables hut she was very scatter brained. She misunderstood multiple tables pizzas, forgot to put in for our flight, then accidentally brought us two flights, we had to ask 3 times for a cork for our unfinished bottle, and our tab came out wrong. I understand having a lot of tables can be difficult but perhaps writing things down would have helped mitigate the confusion. It led to us being 30 minutes over the time we had reserved just waiting on our cork and 2 extra bottles to buy, alone. We had another waitress start her shift and ended up finish out our service which went much smoother. It was mostly when we were walking back to the parking lot and could here her from probably 60yards away, complaining to another table about how she was stressed and had too much to do and was doing g her best and how other tables were rude to her. I can understand the service industry is stressful but customers certainly don't want to hear about it and while we were there I felt as though all of the orders that were messed up were fairly gracious about it. I just think it could have been an overall better experience if she'd been more organized and relaxed. We enjoyed everything else and my husband and I who live in the area will probably give it another time for the view and delicious reds alone. read more

Get the flight - totally worth it, and find the wine that best suites you. Oh yeah... order the pizza with your flight. The pizza is incredible - so order early! How on earth is Kriselle Cellars only receiving an average of 3.5*? The property is beautiful, the wines are excellent and the service is exceptional. I read a few reviews about them having poor service - I have been here twice and that has not been the case for me. All of the staff we met and spoke to were very friendly and very knowledgable . We also shared the wood fire pizza - pepperoni and black olive and it was excellent. They only reason I'm leaving 4* and not 5* is they require a 4-bottle purchase to waive the tasting fee which for me is steep. Most wineries will waive the tasting fee with a one bottle purchase. That being said, this winery is worth the drive and I highly recommend going on a Saturday and getting one of the wood fired pizzas. read more

I never write reviews but felt it is necessary after our awful experience this last weekend. We had a larger party, made reservations online for 8 people, there was the possibility of two more joining us but we were not sure if they would show up, the reservation website would not allow us to make a reservation for more than 8 people. The two extra people showed up, we pulled two chairs up to our table and our server said that was not allowed. Half the tables outside were empty and all the tables surrounding us were empty and per the waitress there were no other reservations at the neighboring tables. She made the two extra people sit at their own table next to us, they turned their chairs to face us so we could have conversations, the server said we were not allowed to turn our chairs around?! Soon after this the waitress said that we had until 2pm and then we needed to leave..? when I went to check out the waitress had an attitude when I told her we were dividing our checks, she kept sighing and tossed her pen. She forgot several drink orders. We all felt like we were an inconvenience and unwanted. I've never experienced such poor customer service. There are many wonderful wineries in the valley and all 10 of us will not be coming back to this one.. so disapointing! :( read more

I've been to Kriselle's tasting room a couple of times now. I'm not a fan of all of their wines, mostly because they are quite young and some of them seem a bit rushed, but they have a very decent viognier and the cabernet franc is on par with that of other wineries in the region. In my opinion, Kriselle stands out from the rest due to its location, the impressive tasting room (and its fantastic outdoor area), and the fact that they serve phenomenal wood-fired pizzas. We split a margherita and a barbecue chicken with a group of four when I was there last and it was a great way to spend part of a rainy afternoon. I look forward to returning in a year or two as their wines mature, though I'll be back before then to enjoy the location and pizza as the year progresses and the weather warms up. read more

Will not spend a single penny here. Showed up as a group of 7. Upon arrival found out they can only sit 6 at a table because of COVID restrictions. We said we were willing to split into 2 separate groups to accommodate the restrictions. They refused to split us into two separate tables, and refused to sit any of us. Again, we were more than willing to split up our large group into two smaller groups. Will not return do you lack of accommodations. read more

They made a HUGE mistake on charging my debit card (our charge was $70 and they charged us $1089) WITH A MUCH higher amount and didn't act like it was a big deal. HORRIBLE customer service by Kimberly, she was very rude and didn't even apologize for the mistake she made. She charged my debit card a little more than $1000 over the amount! That is a BIG mistake! Beautiful gem in White City! Southern Oregon is really blazing the trail of wineries that serve food. We had a fabulous time tasting wines (very good reds btw) and enjoying the sunshine and views from their patio. We brought a picnic but next time we will be sure to have lunch there. What a beautiful place inside and out with delicious Cabernet and food. It is warm and inviting with a cozy fire inside and elegant gas fire pit outside. They have a beautiful patio with excellent views and allow leashed dogs out there! They have live music and a festive atmosphere. We loved the Cabernet and the Malbec on the red flight (the rest were okay) and their wood fire pizzas! Their prices are tad bit higher than some of the other wineries we Have been to, $10.00 for their red flight and $19.00 for a mediumish pizza. You have to go back to the bar to get your wine filled up. They do not serve you at the tables. The food is served to you, but every time it's a New wine in the flight you head to the bar even from the outside. They are quick and Friendly though. We look forward to retuning to hang out the patio, with our pooches and drink wine! read more

if you are here for the wine, well....let's just say I was disappointed. I tried a Kriselle Cab at a restaurant and I found it to be full of transition throughout the meal. A sip sans food had one flavor, and the flavor changed throughout my meal as I ate various foods. I really enjoyed it. Unfortunately when I went for a tasting I felt the wines were pretty lacking, and across all of the varieties the winemakers signature "flavor" came through. It wasn't pleasing to me. In fact, we didn't even finish our tasting because the wines were not our style. If you are here for the beautiful scenery and the gorgeous tasting room..well you are in for a treat. The tasting room is tucked in to the base of the Table Rocks in White City, Oregon. Gorgeous pastures give way to lovely rolling hills and mountain vistas. The tasting room and patio are brand new and appointed in a lovely fashion. It is really too bad I wasn't a fan of the wines. It was a lovely place to sit and sip. Very peaceful and pretty. They do offer food as well, which is a nice change from so many tasting rooms. I would consider heading out there and having food just to enjoy the scenery, especially after a hike up Table Rock! Don't skip this one if you haven't tried their wines. You may really like them, and the setting is worth the short trip. read more

Unless you think you are better than everyone else don't visit. The place is beautiful and it came highly recommend. Our waitress Kat was awesome and food pairing and pizza good, that's why I am offering 2 stars.. as you drive up with their 7.8 mph speed sign you laugh and think funny but as time went on you realize how pretentious they are. Wines were ehh. We have a special needs son and they yelled at us for playing on grass FAR away from any guests. Also how can you have only 35 acres and produce more than 5000 cases of wine the that many different wines? I don't believe that when they said 90% is all estate grown. You only have one chance to make a first impression and our first impression of this winery was Less than favorable. We are members of a couple of wineries and we travel all over Southern Oregon for our business. We visited this winery with a group of our closest friends after an afternoon jet boat tour and were treated with such rudeness. He put his hand up and moved us back to the entrance. He told us they had two big parties coming in and that didn't have enough room. The place wasn't even half full. The wine may be good, but we'll never know. We left and will not ever come back. Today our party of 5 arrived at Kriselle Cellars at 4:35. We were asked by the hostess that greeted us if we had a reservation to which we replied that we did not. We asked if we could sit outside for a wine tasting. She did not ask any of us if we were members. We were denied service at Kriselle because the last reservation seating was at 4:30. Furthermore we were advised that we would have to wear masks outside although when we looked at the guests on the patio none were wearing masks. According to Kriselle's website walk in's are welcome and although reservations are recommended, it is not a requirement. The winery closes at 5:30 which from my point of view would have been adequate time to serve us. Who knows? Maybe any or all of us would have loved the wine and become members. At the very least some of us may have purchased wine. By them refusing to serve us they not only lost out on potential profit but as an Oregonian and lover of wine, I will never consider visiting Kriselle Cellars again. read more

We really liked their Wine and were about ready to join the club but the staff was a little bit rude which we found surprising. We are wine enthusiasts that came to the area on a Travelzoo.com deal which gives free tastings at many area wineries as part of the package. We like it here a lot. We go often as it is close to our house. The wines are always lovely and the view is so stunning. The staff is definitely not always the friendliest or most helpful, as mentioned in other reviews, but I haven't found it to be too much of a problem. Not only is the wine delicious and surprisingly mature for the age of the vines, the food (wood pizza oven), and the views are stunning. Wonderful experience, definitely worth the trip out to White City. Some of their wines are Alluvium, Tempranillo, Sauvignon Blanc (my personal favorite), Vionger, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc. read more

Lovely place, gorgeous view. Loved the wine tasting, can't wait to go back and try other wine and food offering. There is a picnic area that permit outside food. Only thing that didn't make the visit perfect was the " most amazing chocolate bar" by Lille bille I got from the lobby had chocolate fat bloom, so it didn't tasted the way it should've,which is always amazing when I got it from elsewhere. This one had odd texture, tasted bland with sandy grey surface. However, my husband and friends who aren't chocoholic had nothing but great thing to say about this winery. We will be back soon.
