My drink included some beautiful accoutrements -- edible flowers and exotic herbs -- served in a large wine glass with a 4 cm dia. ice sphere (instead of cubes) for visual appeal, better chilling, and less dilution. There was also an appetizing spread of finger foods, charcuterie, and crudités. A live music group with a nice repertoire of memorable tunes gave people a reason to dance. Toward the end of the event, when activities started to slow, Linda provided a tour of the indoor space with casks. It was delicious with a soft mouthfeel and hints of stone fruit. My husband had a glass of their Sauvignon Blanc which was a bit more acidic and floral but still refreshing for the hot weather. I loved walking around the lavender fields, the views speak for themselves.
