I've experienced the inconvenience of parking mostly on Friday or Saturday nights when the strip is more active. Not only that, the pot holes, if you don't watch it, will cost you a rim. Later I witness the same 'cook' riding his skateboard around your trailer, presumably something he had done even before preparing my meal. I did not witness any running water or other means of cleaning or sanitizing hands. In closing, I am considering myself lucky but apparently having a strong stomach as I have not gotten sick yet.
