So I just went to Krispy Kreme and ordered a half dozen donuts. Not only was the Bavarian cream donut not full of any cream but they were old and hard and tasted like old oil. When I called the store to tell them that my donuts must have been old and that they were gross and had no filling ... she asked me to just bring back the donuts with no filling and she would exchange them . Not that she was sorry come back and I'll give you a new fresh half dozen... no , bring back the ones that were not filled . Owners of this establishment you need to check your old oil or if your actually making fresh donuts. Next time I will go to grocery stores who actually make them fresh everyday. So disappointed. I am not too sure how this place is during the day but they close at 11 pm, at 9 pm when I showed up - they were out of more than half of their donut selections. Each one we asked for they said they were 'out of', so we just got half a dozen glazed and some sugar and a couple maples but when we received them they looked sooooo old as if they were made during the opening of the store then given to us at 9 pm. I enjoy coming here, it's the closest to surprise. They always have a wide selection of doughnuts to chose from and .99 doughnut holes! Their coffees are pretty good just 12, 16,& 20 ounces. A lot different from Dunkin doughnuts very large cups of sugar with "coffee". Krispy Kreme has done it right with their coffee/ doughnut combos! A serious steal for 2 dozen doughnuts and a large coffee for $18. The staff here is overly friendly and helpful which is refreshing since it seems like customer service has really gone down in fast service establishments. I like coming here every so often because they constantly have new doughnuts! Their current one is a reese's doughnut next is pumpkin spice. Yep this is going to be a semi long one but I figured I'd rant about it while I was fresh in my head. Once the location was addressed in a fairly quick manner however I don't appreciate having one of your signature items or even a new item not be available for customers or at least an expectation to know when during that day they're going to be replenished said specialty item. Just because they're handmade doesn't mean that we have to reap the disrespect of not having products available I'd rather make it by hand myself....Yes I'm talking about the latest apple fritter that they DONT have (And despite the demand plan to not even make any more for the entire day! this is coming from management telling me this and it's 8:00 in the morning!) and the fact that they only make it once per day as if they don't know through all the marketing and all the other big brother stuff that they do to get the numbers that they get that they're going to have expectation that said store and not fulfill that expectation. at least I have the sauce of knowing that they're still focusing on donuts mostly. I'm not sure what was going on at this place when I went through their drive through last week. After I'd ordered, the employee repeated it back to me and then asked me to drive up. Upon reaching the window, I had to tell her my order consisting of 2 glazed doughnuts and a small iced coffee three more times before she understood. I'm not sure why. They weren't busy at all. The glazed doughnuts here are standard Krispy Kreme. The iced coffee I had ordered, however, was completely lousy. It was way too sickeningly sweet. This Krispy Kreme used to be amazing. It has now turned into a total train wreck. They have hot lights on when there's nothing hot, they never have any donuts, rude staff and they will tell you when they will have hot donuts and then they will still not have them. The customer service here really sucks. Everyone acts like they don't want to be there and don't want to help you. The only reason why I even came here is because they have a drive-through. $24 for two dozen donuts, but if you add a coffee and turn it into a combo it goes down to $19. Bad business! I went in to get the valentine doughnuts at 3:45 on 2/13 and they were sold out. I asked one of the 3 employees just standing around if they were going to make more, the lady said they get their order at 5:30 I said but I'm ordering them but she said I had to wait. Maybe you should have the special doughnuts made all the time since it is Valentines Day tomorrow. That's not the first time that has happened but it will be the last. Usually love Krispy Kreme but I've had it with this location. Every time it's some snotty lady running the drive thru, they never have inventory, and they'll mess your order up on what little they do have. Today was was caused me to finally write this overdue review. I pull up to the drive thru, the lobby still isn't open due to COVID. I wait there for about 10 minutes without any help. I finally pull around and stand at the door. Somebody makes eye contact with me and still ignores me. Wasn't until I waved them down when she came to the door and informed me they'll be closed until 7 am due to lack of inventory. Big shocker. Thanks for letting me know at the drive thru while I waited for you. If your store hours say 5:30 am, and I get here at nearly 6 am...I would say that you should have full inventory. Weird how that works. I'm done with this location. All others seem to be open when their mentioned hours say, with donuts! It's time after time with this place and it's getting old. Most restaurants I have a drive through either have one person taking orders and one person doing handout, or a person that can take orders and do handouts at the same time. The Krispy Kreme method, no matter how long of a line there is, is to take one order let that person mosey up to the window and then completely handle their order while making everyone else it back in line at the ordertaking station. If you are in any kind of hurry at all, and you even see one car pull in to the drive through and front of you, the best thing for you to do is do a U-turn and go to the quick trip down the street to get your donuts. You'll be sitting there for 15, 20, even 30 minutes waiting for your order while they slowly service the people in front of you. I've learned this the hard way on three different occasions. Now I only stop there if there are no cars in the drive-through. If there's a car or a line, you're going to spend a long time waiting for your Krispy Kreme donuts. Very slow service. read more

This is the worst Krispy Kreme ever. The worst. It used to be a tradition that I brought my husband and his work buddies donuts from her once a week. That stopped today. 7/10 times I've gone they get my order wrong. They work at a donut shop. There are only so many choices. How hard is it? But after awhile it gets annoying handing your money over to sloppy teenagers who can't even be bothered take an order or fill a donut. I went yesterday to get some fresh hot doughnuts and I was very disappointed after waiting 15 minutes in line and opened my box after getting on the freeway. My original glazed doughnuts looked days old. They were cold and looked like they were just thrown in my box. I wanted to turn around but I was already on the freeway. I ate one, my son and my husband ate one too and they tasted cold and hard. I could've just drove to Walmart across the street from my home and would've been just as satisfied. This location is great for the obvious reasons like the doughnuts and coffee are delicious. They do have something else going on there..everyone is extremely nice and smiling real smiles. Couldn't give zero stars unfortunately. Been to this place 3 times and each time there's a major issue. I've gone twice now and have been told "Our drink makers aren't here." Literally, "drink makers" have not been present so they magically don't have coffee. On another occasion, I showed up and their entire donut machine was down.
