Downloaded the Krispy Kreme app and preordered the St Patrick's Day doughnuts for 8:00 am. pickup. They were very busy and the crew kept everyone moving. Pickup orders are labeled and ready to go by the door in a shelved area. The staff, even though they were busy were friendly, polite & helpful. First off the service was great and I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The hot sign wasn't on unfortunately but I needed some donuts. These were awful. They were stale like they had been sitting out for days and then resold. In the box they looked good. I will not be going back and I do not recommend. read more

Nation wide ads for today say mention the word SPRING and get a free dozen donuts with the purchase of a dozen. Did this and the staff said you have to have a code---we can do nothing about it. Asked for the manager and the young lady said the same thing so I asked for the number for customer service. She again said you have to go on line very rudely. On the first day of our month-long road trip from Los Angeles to Key West, we pulled away from the curb around 2 AM, and started heading for our first destination, Las Cruces, NM. Yeah, that's more than 700 miles, but we wanted to make a dent out of the blocks. After a 90 minute, all-lanes-blocked delay in the California desert, we were hankering for coffee and maybe a little sugar to get us going for a long travel day. Mrs. Picante had a Krispy Kreme gift certificate burning a hole in her pocket, and she did a quick Yelp search to see where the closest one was. As timing guided, turns out it was this one. Located in a big shopping center just off the Highway, we made a few turns and sort of slid in sideways with our truck and 25 ft. Trailer. After a short trip in, the wifenkids returned with a box of glaze, chocolate, and some sort of strawberry-with-white-frosting thing that left me with a weird permasmile for about an hour. Coffee was strong, hot, sweet, and a little lighter than a paper bag, just like like me. Would totally go here again. I have been eating Krispy Cream doughnuts for over 50 years and I have NEVER had a complaint until I picked up my order on Saturday. I had ordered a dozen of specific doughnuts that I close and a Latte. The doughnuts were HARD and disgusting and was NOT what I had ordered and PAID extra for. The doughnuts were awful. Over 16$ for a dozen glazed doughnuts that I would bet money were not made that day. They were hard and stale. 10 of the dozen went into the trash. I think I deserve a refund but I'm not driving back over there. If you must buy this overpriced trash just get them from the grocery store. Those taste way better than the "fresh" ones out of the store. Yall need to get it together because you are driving the brand into the ground. The last time i stopped by the speaker had been out so and they made me pull up to the window, so i did the same this time. The lady came up to the window and i told her i had a pickup order and she told me "you want to try that again?" and tells me to go around again to the speaker and slams the window. I come inside and she gives me my order that way. I understand that the speaker is there for a reason but she was completely disrespectful with the way she handled things and it was a pickup order that was already paid for, it makes no difference if i give you my name at the window or at the speaker just do your job. read more

Pupmkin spice original glaze were terrible. The donuts themselves were hard and stale. They also tasted of old oil mixed with pumpkin spice. It is not a pleasant taste to have linger in one's mouth. The pumpkin spice filled with cheesecake were only slightly better. The filling helped mask some of that flavor. Collectively we decided to throw the remaining donuts out. I was craving something sweet after dinner and saw the sign. Why not? My guy and I walked in and notice they have fresh glazed donuts coming down the line and the drive thru window was busy. The best part? Krispy Kreme will give you a free donut if you have your Covid-19 vaccine card with you. We did have those cards on us and got two hot , glazed donuts to take home. I adore the classic glazed , obviously ,,,especially when they are still hot , but pretty much anytime . Great jelly doughnuts , cuellars and all the classics . Their seasonal selections can be a lot of fun ,,,, Halloween, Christmas & all that . That's how they do it in the south y'all . Manager and employee just discriminated against my son and embarrassed me. As we were in line a white lady and a white boy was in front of me getting free donuts because he had A's. Happened to be that we were there for the same thing. The boy said I have 8 A's and she said the max you can get is 6. So he picked the donuts and they were given to him. My 13 year old son logged in fine and showed proof of his grades before he was able to select his donuts. Now for my 6 year old I was getting an error message and I was not able to log in and show her that. She said I can't give you his donuts if can show me his grades. I told her that the lady and the kid before me wasn't asked anything is it because my son is Hispanic. So I asked to speak to the manager. The manager said oh She should've asked for it but I said she didn't. Which is not fair that she took the white boys word for it but not one of my son's. I even showed her the error message the school website was giving me. She didn't care so at that point it was about the free donuts anymore because I bought 4 dozens for his school. It's more about her making my son feel bad that his word was not sufficient because he was a different race. So I left and made a complaint over the phone and they asked me for their names which I didn't have. So I went back and ask the manager for the information. She said to me I want you to know that I pulled the video and she did ask for a report card. At this point she made me real upset because she's calling me a liar now. I told her no she did not she asked after the fact because I complained. As a manager she acted so unprofessional by trying to embarrass me. At that point my son website was working and I showed her his A's and she didn't bother to apologize or give offered his donuts. He never got them! Instead she rolled her eyes as I walked away and told her employees, " I'm not worried about it, don't worry about it"'. This is the worst experience ever in my life and not for me but for my son. His hard work was not recognized and was treated poorly by staff! I would not recommend anyone to go to this location. I truly feel that my son deserves an apology. This manager shouldn't be in the position she is! When I went to pick up my donuts today the manager was so disrespectful and said she wasn't dealing with me anymore yo call corporate just because I asked why weren't my donuts in the Halloween box. Krispy Kreme is such a great place to get donuts. Their original glazed donuts are top notch when it comes to quality and consistency. Over the years, I've seen a bunch of these shops come and go. I wish that there was a shop closer to where I live. It also seems to be far to drive and get their fresh donuts. FOOD: I love the great variety of donuts these places offer, and over the years, they have created different combinations to see what people like. I appreciate the new ideas they have tried and not sticking to just the same old traditional donuts. Their donuts are soft and flavorful. They aren't too expensive either for the quality. SERVICE: The service at these places seems to be lacking a bit in recent years. Their employees seem mediocre in their moods to smile or even greet customers. I know that some of their bigger locations hold to higher standards. I haven't ever really had a bad experience with their employees though. OVERALL: Krispy Kreme is my favorite place to stop and grab a couple donuts. Especially if you can get them at a place that rolls them right off of the belt.
