Went through drive thru and asked for an iced caramel latte, was immediately met with an annoyed response "we're out". "Of the caramel latte or all latte's?" "We're out". "Of lattes? Coffee?" "Yeah coffee." I spoke with another employee later who told me the latte machine was broken but they were selling coffee. I don't mind if they're out of lattes or coffees, but to lie about the coffee shows lack of worth ethic. This happens almost every time! The donuts are are all right, but it's a roulette if you're gonna get more than 10 sprinkles sometimes I'll get a good person working there and I absolutely cover your doughnut but 95% of the time it's a disappointing. The service is absolutely abysmal generally it'll take about three minutes to get a doughnut and 5+ to get a coffee. You're honestly better off leaving your car in the drive-through walking to the Wegmans that's nearby getting a doughnut and coffee and maybe some pastries from there walking back to your car and then altogether leaving the drive-through and no one would even notice. It is quite nice inside though as you get to see how the donuts are made but other than that, it's pretty awful. They need to have more than one staff member in the establishment at a time. In addition, they seem to be out of literally everything that you could ever want a coffee well guess what they're out simple donuts well guess what they're out half the time the main entrance is closed so you're gonna basically be forced to use the drive-through which might be the worst experience you'll ever have because of the things mentioned previously. read more

I have never had worse service than this store. I placed a mobile order and when I went to pick it up at the scheduled time, the store door was locked and the person inside gestured for me to drive through. However, no one answered at the drive through order counter and no one responded when I drove to the window. I knocked on the glass but no one answered. Since I had already wasted too much time and was almost late, I pushed the window open to try to find someone to talk to, but was yelled at to close the window. Took an early morning trip to KK this morning because it was Straight A Day. All educators got a free dozen donuts with a purchase of a dozen. We arrived shortly after 6am and they were open and ready to serve. All employees were wearing masks as expected. We were the only customers in the store. They had display cases for their donuts so ordering was easy. We were going to order online, but decided it might be best to wait till we got there. The staff was efficient. One was taking our order and another was filling the order. It was ready before we even paid. I also ordered a frozen caffe mocha. It was SUPER sweet. I'm a fan of sweet things, but holy cow! If there's something I could eat infinitely of it's the donuts here. They melt in your mouth and taste so good that you just can't stop. I always go for the original glazed as it's just hard to mess with perfection. The donuts are cheap and such a good treat. You have to go when the "Hot and Fresh" sign is on as that means that the donuts are actively being made and they are just so much better fresh. You can take them home cold and heat them up but it's just not the same experience. This place is good for kids too as they can watch the donuts being made and there are a ton of free Krispy Kreme hats! It's always an exciting experience to go here. The hot light sign is pretty much never on when it's supposed to be. The one time in the few weeks it was on in the morning, I went through the drive-thru to get my daughter two donuts and specifically asked for hot ones. Very poorly run business. I think something is wrong with the management. My wife just went there to get donuts for our two young sons, and the boys were excited. As they drove up, they saw customers leaving with donuts, cars at the drive-thru, etc. As my wife and kids got to the door, however, someone slapped a sign on the door that said "sorry, we're closed." My wife thought this was weird (it was during normal business hours), but she returned to her car and was about to drive away when she saw a middle aged man drive up and park. My wife told the man from her car window that she thought the store was closed, but the man tried the door anyway, and it was now opened...so the man gave my wife a thumbs up and said "no, it's open." My wife was confused, but she re-parked, re-gathered my sons, and walked to the store again, seeing the middle aged man ordering donuts through the window.... but as she approached the door, they locked it again and said rudely through the glass, "We're closed." My wife saw plenty of people working there, so she asked about the drive-thru through, and the lady just said rudely, "closed!" I'm honestly floored by the poor reviews of this location! The staff and management are absolutely wonderful when I come in with my two toddlers (even blowing up fresh helium balloons for them!) My kids love watching the donuts being made and love eating their pink glazed donuts even more. There are constantly great deals and even free donuts offered here. Clean and spacious inside. Yesterday wanted to get a Chiller for my grandson. He said it was good. The person working the window (Conner) was great. Went back again today to use a coupon and get donuts. I ordered a medium Chiller and six donuts. We ended up with a small chiller, donuts and an attitude when I got to the window and handed over a coupon to the guy (not Conner). I've tried so hard to like this place but most of the time I've gotten attitude and slow customer service since they opened. Went yesterday to redeem a free dozen coupon. The inside when we got there was really empty, there was only one other woman. We redeemed the coupon and then ordered an Oreo milkshake thing and a frozen caramel mocha. About 2-3 minutes after we ordered, a bunch of people came in. The dozen came out fairly quickly but we sat and waited for 10 minutes until someone decided it was convenient to make the drinks. They had about 5-6 people working so I'm not sure why it took so long for them to work on our order when there was no one in front of us. In the next 10 minutes we sat and waited while they actually made it, 3 different people complained to their manager. The first woman threw a fit about her donuts - apparently they were completely wrong and smashed into the container and the associates tried to hide it. She opened it in front of them and was visibly upset. We thought perhaps she was just being dramatic, then 2 more people complained about their food as well. It's donuts I don't understand how you even mess that up? The staff seemed like rude high school age kids and spent more time talking to themselves than they did either paying attention or filling orders. The drive though is always better. Been a bunch and few times they were out of items I wanted , but they had few others I was open to getting so just always said next time for the donuts I wanted. This time much more disappointing. Seen a few ads for a new donuts and so drove 45 min to get some. Hit my salon up to get my eyebrows so it didn't seem crazy I drove 45 min one way for donuts. Get to the drive thru and am told they are all out . I ask when another batch would be made. I just was told a couple times they were out and didn't know when they would make another batch because these could cause a issue with people with allergies so there not gonna be made again until later, but could not tell me when . If you advertise then can't make enough or even know what's going on with your food I'm not worried about coming back.
