I want to say that I have always been a Krispy Kreme fan. But, this morning we grabbed a lemon doughnut and cinnamon roll on the way to church. The doughnut was fine, but the cinnamon roll was the WORST I have ever gotten. It tasted like it was made yesterday, and was also chewy like it was under done. I was VERY disappointed. And, no napkins were provided. In their defense we didn't ask, just assumed they would be included in that we were eating doughnuts. Very disappointed in Krispy Kreme. read more

They used to be great now it seems each time I go I get mini donuts for full price. I have mentioned it several times to employees, if it happens once or twice it's a mistake, if it happens all the runner it's deliberate! You've lost a long time customer. read more

Love Krispy Kreme! I believe this is the last location in central Arkansas, and definitely lives up to what you expect of the brand. The employees are very friendly and the donuts are delicious. For the few people who don't know about Krispy Kreme, whenever you see the light on their sign it means they are making fresh glaze donuts now! You may even get a free donut fresh off the line when you come in. read more

McKenna was super nice!! hard to find someone like her. Also got fresh donuts. The iced coffee was good as well, first time getting iced coffee. Definitely driving again from Maumelle just for the great customer service. The world needs more people like McKenna ! read more

I've been to this location twice. Once on National Donut Day (June 1) and it was packed with people inside and in the drive thru yet they were very courteous and fast! The second time was the 4th of July. Not too busy but the app was offering a free dozen glazed with any dozen. So I cherry-picked some of the great ones and they were friendly and helpful while I oohed and ahhed searching for my favorite dozen. I expected the free dozen glazed to be stale but they were super fresh. I even grabbed a few must have hats on my way out the door to feed 15 people. Needless to say, I was the breakfast hero! Both times, every employee was smiling and eager to please. Thanks, Krispy Kreme, for two great visits and many more each time I visit Conway! read more

This location is awful. The donuts are almost never hot, I can count on one hand the amount of times I've actually gotten hot donuts when I've gone there. I drove up there today and asked if the donuts were hot. The associate said "no", of course, but said they would be hot in 20 min. I leave and come back and ask if the donuts are hot. Again, I was told that they would be hot in 20 min. This time I sat in the parking lot. After 20 minutes, I once again ask if the donuts are hot. They said they will be in 20 min. I told the associate I would be leaving a review and she said "ok". I called to speak to a manager and someone who said his name was "Lee", who was clearly not the manager, got on the phone. I explained how I kept being told the same thing over and over, as if they were playing. He expressed his laughable, fake apology and stated that the donuts would actually be ready in 20 min. He proceeded to say I probably missed when they were ready because they were running a BOGO promotion so they'd been busy. That's hilarious because there was literally one person in line the first two times I went. The last time drove around, remember, I had been sitting in the parking lot and only one car came through. Are you suggesting that one car purchased all of the donuts? This location is full of childish, disrespectful kids who have nothing better to do than to play games with customers and are too lazy to do their jobs. They barely had 4 customers in the 3 times that I was there. No one wants to eat your cold, stale donuts that have been sitting there all day because you're too lazy to make more. It's probably a good thing that I didn't order any, I wouldn't want such vile people making my food. Shop local, not at chains. read more

As always, their donuts are delicious. More importantly in this pandemic, I drove 10 miles out of my way, past other donut shops, because the others were NOT wearing masks or gloves. Krispie Kreme employees were ALL wearing masks and gloves. I watched them get fresh gloves with each customer. Thank you Krispie Kreme! read more

My sister checked the Krispie Creme app before we left the house and learned that that hot doughnut sign was on in Conway so we left right away. We arrived around 9:30 on a Sunday morning and a couple of cars were in the drive through and several cars were parked along the side. We were able to park next to the building due to a good number of parking spaces. Original glazed doughnuts were in the fryer and we were able to watch the doughnuts go through the "proofing" cycle and on up to the fryer. It really is fascinating to watch the doughnuts flip into the fryer then get flipped before going through the glaze shower. The morning manager came out and visited with us and explained the whole process. He even gave us a little mini tour. The manager is extremely friendly, answered all our questions and helped us with our doughnut and drink order. He was very patient with me when I changed my drink order 3 times. When we left he thanked us for coming in and waved as we left. If I lived in this area I would definitely come back. I encourage you to take the time to stop in, it's well worth the stop. read more

Today's donuts were extra puffy and doughy. The icing was thin. Not the donuts I love and am use to from KK. And the hot now sign was on. Very disappointed. Won't be back anytime soon. This KK is good sometimes and sometimes not. I hate wasting my money so I will pass from now on read more

Donuts are very good!! I went for a new speciality donut and they were out when I arrived. The young man at the counter ask the manager or person in charge about fixing some more. After a brief conversation he returned and told me he would fix me a dozen. That type of service will keep me coming back!! All of their donuts are very good and service was outstanding this trip!! read more
