But what's unique about this location is the friendly and nice customer service. I've been here at all hours of the day ( I know I have a problem...) and each time they are always kind and welcoming! My pick-up today was at 6:15 am for my staff and they already had the pre-order set and ready to go out. It was bagged and on my way in less than 2 minutes. I love Krispy Kreme donuts. This location usually have a small line when I come. It's also a pain to get out of the parking lot because of the one way traffic. They use a different person to take your order than the person at the window to take your payment and give you your order. The person/lady who takes the orders are rude and talk as if you are wasting her time when you ask questions. Like your time is directed towards taking orders no need for rudeness when being asked questions about the donuts that the menu do not have available to the customers. The menu doesn't have much information about the donuts in regards to the cost of a half a dozen or even how much a dozen of donuts cost. It's filled with their drink information because I think they are trying to bring awareness to the fact that they sell drinks but people come for the DONUTS and the information about them is extremely limited on the menu. Employees are five stars for kind service! As a former worker in the fast-casual food service industry, I always acknowledge the hard-work and dedication they contribute. The cause of this review is entirely apart from this, it is due to the management at this location. A few days ago, I witnessed another customer get into an altercation with a manager because they confiscate all the tips from the employees! Horrible, always treat service workers with respect. If you don't accept tips from customers, give it back to them. The managers need to set the example, and they are pocketing the tips that their subordinates work for. They work for a living on near minimum wage and tips. Whether this is independently or corporately owned.. the owner or corporation needs to reprimand their managers for stealing from their customers and employees. read more

I did an online order pulled up to drive thru and was told I needed to walk in to get my order. I told her I'm not walking I pulled around. She ignored me in drive thru and a guy eventually comes to the window a couple minutes after I honked the horn. He says that's the way they do it and I told him it doesn't say it on the app when ordering I would have to walk in only. He does well that's a corporate thing. Second time getting crappy service. I requested a refund I refuse to accept such crappy service when spending my money. I sat at the drive thru window being ignored long enough to complete my complaint to corporate. read more

I went to this location last week and was surprised by the size of the original glazed doughnut. Not sure if this is the new standard size but the donut looked really small compared to other locations and it's usual size. Website and Maps both state the location opens at 6:00 am. When I arrive at 6:10, the lights are off, the door is locked, but there are employees inside? 1 at the counter, 1 in the back (I assume making donuts). I knock, the one at the counter can't be bothered to look up from their phone. I've already read the service is no good, but the donuts are. So I go back to my car to see how this plays out. Another 20 minutes goes by, At least 3 more sets of customers arrive with the same non-response at the door. I finally left. Despite the other negative reviews about this new location, Every time I've come here I've always had a great experience. The donuts have been fresh and the service is excellent. Every employee has been courteous and professional. Yes, sometimes some items are not available but I would rather that than be served an old food item. I've also never experienced a long wait time. Whenever we go here, they are out of nearly everything: bagels, donuts, drinks, etc. It's hard to imagine they never have things available when they only have about 12 donuts compared to Dunkin, having over 50. Went craving fresh donuts and the hot now sign was on. When they gave us our donuts, they were cold so I asked if they had any hot left. They acted surprised that they weren't hot and took them back. Came back a couple of minutes later and gave us slightly warmer donuts that were cold and hard by the time we made a u-turn out of the parking lot. I am pretty sure they just microwaved it and took too long to bring it back to us. I've microwaved Krispy Kreme donuts enough times to know how they taste after being warmed up that way. I would have rather they apologized for forgetting to turn the light off instead of doing that. What fabulous Donuts! Passed by the drive thru on Hillsboro Blvd. (after the train tracks, before Home Depot) to try their donuts. These were super fresh. (Krispy Kreme Glazed) and the best donuts around! The nice and kind lady at the window had excellent listening skills. Mentioned my recent life experience and the store Manager came to the window to say hello and gave us a dozen of his tasty, fresh, melt in your mouth wonderful donuts. We can not wait to go back, they have new customers for life. My husband devoured 3 as soon as we returned home and said these donuts were the best he ever had! I second that. They are delicious! This was my first time at this location so I was looking forward to getting donuts from here. I won't be returning to this location I was highly disappointed in the service as well as the donut. The drive thru cashier was very rude and short as if we were bothering her even though we were the only car at that time. All we ordered was a dozen glaze and one originally Kreme donut. She even repeated to me one original Kreme donut while ordering. She hands me the donuts with my change on top of my box and closes the window. Then I get home and open the bag and it's the wrong donut. It was a extremely simple order and it still got messed up. She placed a Boston crème donut inside. I wasn't going to drive all the way back for the correct one especially with her attitude so I just decided to eat my one donut for me. To top it off with Boston crème donuts there is a yellow pudding type filling this one had pure white sugar icing.
