Maybe the best bagels in the area. If not, they are close to it. Sunday morning line moved quickly. I was there to get my order that was done online Friday. When it was my turn, the woman needed my name and it was right there. Hint: She said that in the future to pick up an online order I don't need to wait on line. I can just get it at the counter.

I have a love-hate relationship with this bagel place. When it's good, it's very good, but when it's bad, let's just say that it's not as good. The ice coffee is always good. They have a variety of flavored coffees and a few different creamers. I tried the pumpkin creamer today, as it's one of their seasonal flavors. I liked it, but I will probably stick with the hazelnut next time, as that is my favorite. I haven't had coffee in several months, so today was a real treat. I picked up a few types of bagels, vegetable cream cheese as well as some plain cream cheese. This morning everything was good. The veggie cream cheese was a little light on vegetables but still tasty. When I went to swipe my card, the cashier told me the "tip" was optional. I always tip, but today, I gave her a little extra because her honesty was a nice change of pace, not to mention she was delightful. After staying away for a while, I am glad I stopped in and gave them another chance. Both the bagels and cream cheese were quite good, and my iced coffee was incredible. The icing on the cake was that the cashier put a smile on my face and was super nice, too.

We had a wonderful breakfast! Bagels were delicious! I had the everything bagel, scooped out, lightly toasted with nova cream cheese. My husband had the everything bagel sandwich with bacon, egg and cheese. Very delicious! Service with a smile, wonderful, warm people working there. I was very impressed since so many bad reviews. I say they're full of it, these people are super nice!

Great tasting bagels! Never had any issues here. I usually order on the app and everything has been ready as promised! And fresh too.

Not sure what people did to anger folks but after eating take out from here the last time we were down and now visiting today, I am clueless. The folks inside are friendly and I watched them making bagels in the window. My food was fresh and the coffee station made me wish I had gotten some, next time for sure. This is also a great space to work. Much larger and quieter than starbucks and Panera.

Very disappointed at this visit today. I usually go to the location in wellington but I was bringing some coffee and bagels to an office nearby. I ordered a Asiago toasted with scallion cream cheese and they definitely over toasted the bagel to the point it was almost burnt. The bagel itself was very thin almost more like a Bialy. I also ordered 2 hot coffees both with almond milk but the cashier told me that I make it myself which is fine. When I went to use the almond milk it was empty so I asked for more and was told they don't have any more. Well it would have been nice if I knew that before I was charged for it. I should have asked for my money back but I was in a rush so luckily the people I was ordering for were ok with the cream but some customers are lactose intolerant so that is really not good business.

The Delray spot is larger with an organized process into the familiar mess of ordering at a deli -- each table has a pager placemat which makes order delivery smooth. Bagels With is a local legend for the delicatessen aficionado.

The bagels here are fresh enough that they don't need a toaster to begin with, which is exactly why I asked for it untoasted. Even with the unnecessary trip through the toaster, it was still a really good sandwich. The tuna salad is creamy, well seasoned, and they even let me sample it before ordering, which is always appreciated. Confidence in your food says a lot. The pickle on the side had that perfect crisp snap every good deli pickle should have. The only thing that missed the mark was the macaroni salad. The flavor is there, but the pasta was overcooked and a little mushy. If they tighten that up, it's an easy win. The restaurant itself is surprisingly large, clean, and comfortable, and everyone I dealt with was genuinely friendly. Overall, this is the kind of neighborhood bagel shop you hope to find. Good food, good people, and just enough personality to make you want to come back.

This is the first location of The Seed that I've been to, so I'm not sure how other locations compare, but this one was pretty small in general with limited seating inside. Luckily my fiancé and I got there while it was empty, so we were able to choose two of the four bar seats along the wall across from the counter. I had a latte with almond milk and house-made lavender syrup, and we each had a classic croissant sandwich. Latte with house-made lavender syrup: I really enjoyed this. My fiancé described this as a "mix of coffee and tea", which I think was fitting. The lavender syrup sweetened the coffee with light floral notes and the latte was a great balance between herbal, floral, and creamy overall. Classic croissant sandwich: The egg patty was pretty thick, I'd say just under a 1/2" thick. It was packed with bacon and cheese, and the sandwich was toasted the way I liked. The croissant was buttery and flakey, and overall I enjoyed the sandwich. There wasn't anything unique about the sandwich though, it was just a solid breakfast croissant sandwich that was made well. No special sauces or other ingredients. I guess that's why it's the classic. The staff was nice and pleasant, and our food and drinks were made in a reasonable amount of time. I do think the food and drink were a bit overpriced for what it was (our bill was ~$40 for two sandwiches and two drinks), but they say the ingredients are all locally sourced so I'm assuming that's why. Overall, this was a great experience and I'd certainly choose this The Seed over a larger chain coffee shop. Just know that the dollars can add up quickly here!

I'll start with the positives; the bagels were fresh and the scallion cream cheese was worth the $1.99 upcharge. My friend enjoyed his coffee, and he liked that they left a carafe on the table so he didn't have to wait for refills. The rest of the meal was a complete letdown, as both of our egg orders were wrong, and neither the eggs nor the home fries had any flavor. And the food was also very greasy and just not very good. It was a disaster. I understand mistakes happen, but this wasn't just one issue, it was both of our breakfasts. When we politely sent our breakfasts back, our server became irritated and argumentative, instead of apologizing or trying to make things right. Then, when we questioned a $4.99 charge for the scallion cream cheese upcharge, she became just mean and arrogant. The actual charge was $1.99, and the manager corrected her error. I always try to be fair in my reviews because everyone can have an off day, but a an arrogant and nasty attitude is completely unacceptable behavior. Definitely not coming back anytime soon, as I will continue to support my favorite bagel spots where I can get both good food and service without any attitude.

The bagels are VERY small, the 2 tomato slices look like they were on somebody else's plate 3 days ago and same for the 1 slice of cucumber, but the worst part is the incredibly SMALL amount of nova, it's a joke. Two VERY thin, VERY small pieces of nova, not even enough for one bagel. So thin you can see the plate through the nova, barely 2-finger wide and about 4-5 inches long. Any other place would call it a "mini nova platter" and would charge you about $7-7.50 for it. I came here a few times a good while back, something has changed and not for the better. I should have suspected something when I only saw 6 people when I walked in! VERY overpriced & under-portioned.
