Worst Krispie Kreme ever. Got there at 7:30 am on Sunday. We were told the only donuts available were the very limited selection in the display case- all cream filled. NO original glazed, and the machines were not running. After buying a dozen of the limited selection available, we got them home to discover they were at least a day old and inedible. A bunch of morons run this place. ONe time, there was barely any glaze on the donuts. Another time, they were OUT OF GLAZED DONUTS. and the worst thing there was no urgency to get the machines rolling to churn more fresh donuts. They said it would take 20 minutes and in the 5 minutes I stayed there to see what else they had, I saw four families come and go and one family wanted to put a big order. So why were these guys not rushing to start making donuts? And their attitude is extremely indifferent. When I asked them how old the donuts in the display case were (why would you have extra stock of other donuts when glazed donuts are your biggest selling item?)., they replied "well, today" in a kind of incredulous tone as if asking such a questions was silly. What I meant was how many hours ago were these donuts made. So I ended up walking out as I had no desire to wait 20 min for some freaking donuts. UPDATE: 10/18/15: Simply amazing how ridiculous this place is. Today no glazed donuts and very limited other donuts because their machine broke the prior night and didn't anticipate any new donuts for most of the day. Now, that is out of their control, but when you combine that with the easily avoidable shortages of donuts in the past, this is probably the worst Krispy Kreme franchise in the world. read more

Rude, horrible customer service, asked for coffee they gave it cold when I said its cold cashier was giving major attitude

The lady was pretty rude with me when I said I had a coupon--would barely let me finish a sentence. If you're running a huge promotion for doughnuts, you can't afford to be rude with people when it could be your first and last chance at a good impression. I never buy doughnuts but was buying them for my office because of the deal. I don't really plan to come back. read more

These people that work here on Saturday don't like people who like donuts. They were so mean and didn't treat us right. The workers that worked there clearly did not want us to be there. We tried to get some donuts, and they said we couldn't get them off the display. They asked us to wait 20 minutes for a single donut. There were clearly donuts taken off the display. Hands down, Krispy Kreme makes the best glazed doughnuts you will ever eat, especially when they are served fresh and hot. They are melt in your mouth delicious and no other doughnuts compare. I dare anyone to eat just one or two. This location is very convenient and the shop itself is meticulous. The people that work there are always friendly and the service is quick... so glad that they relocated from the original Roswell location. read more

I started coming to this Krispy Kreme because the Dunkin Donuts near me was so rude and unpleasant. The other day I went in as usual with my kids and saw something SO nasty.... an employee was standing on a ladder cleaning a fixture above the conveyor belt. While this doesn't sound too bad keep in mind, the cleaner being sprayed was directly OVER the donuts on the belt. Also all the scrubbing of dirt was directly over the donuts on the conveyor belt.... a few times this employee took the nasty cleaning rag and shook it out... you guessed it...DIRECTLY. OVER. THE. DONUTS! I mentioned this to the lady behind the counter and she didn't seem phased by this nastiness at all. Since the gal behind the counter didn't seem to care I went to the trouble of calling the corporate customer service number. They said the store manager would be getting back to me on this, but I have yet to hear from them at all. It's been a week since. That seems like plenty of time to address this filthy issue. If this is what happens in full view of the customer I hate to think what happens behind the scenes. Don't go here unless you're looking to get your hands on a dirty dozen! read more

Second visit to his location - first visit was about 6 weeks ago. On the first visit I asked for a cappuccino and was told the machine was not working. On my second visit yesterday, I asked for a cappuccino and was told, you guessed it, the machine was not working. Either they have simple not fixed it or the machine is very unreliable. A third possibility is the at the employees simply cannot be bothered to make a cappuccino as the service here is pretty slow. No sense of urgency from the employees - they are polite but move like there is no one else in line - and there's always people waiting. The donuts I had have been fresh and tasty each time but the coffee I had in substitute for the cappuccino was terrible - tasted bitter and burnt. If you only want to have a donut, then I recommend coming here. If you want to hot drink to go with the donut, you are better off going elsewhere - perhaps the Starbucks located across the street. read more

Walked in on Saturday order a dozen mixed. Place looked clean. Bathroom was clean. Cashier was friendly. Donuts were delish!

I have been to this location three times and I think that was the last time. The first experience was to get 6 dozen donuts. I walked in the store and no one was in line. The staff was goofing off and no one wanted to step up and take my order. Once the woman did take my order, it was okay....maybe 3 stars on that visit. Second time, I went back to dine in with the kids and it was the same experience to start. This time the hot chocolate machine was broken. No apology, no suggestions, no nothing...just a blank stare with an attitude. Third time, this past weekend went through the drive through and ordered four different types of donuts, three of which they didn't have. Sounded like kids fighting over the intercom, had to repeat order twice. Krispy Kreme better get control of this store or they will ruin the brand for some people permanently. Time to head to the other side of town and give another store a shot. By the looks of the other reviews, I'm not the only one! read more

Every single time I've visited this location the doughnuts are ALWAYS COLD! The employees seem friendly and the restaurant is new and clean, but none of that matters to me if the doughnuts are always cold. I stopped visiting this location for that reason. They also always have an excuse for why their original glaze is never hot and fresh. read more

we went to pick up some donuts late on Sunday. I have checked the operation time and it said the store is open till 11:00 PM. when we arrived there at 10:05 PM we found the door closed and employees inside are careless until one of them told us to go to the drive thru. well they were out of most kinds of Donuts and i asked the cashier why the door is closed early and her reply with careless laugh oh the manger did so. what a bad experience. read more

Just came home from a Saturday night outing to KK, but to no avail came home with no donuts. Why? Because at 9:45pm they had none to sell, but yet they close at 11pm. WTH? They had several employees snatching up the fresh donuts off the conveyor belt. The HOT sign is on and the only hot and only donuts are the signature donuts.. The glazed. But if you are like me and enjoy the other delicious donuts you are out of luck. Nothing...literally nothing on the shelves. I can honestly say I've never been so disappointed in a place. I will try another day and time but if they can't make donuts then why go? It's what they are supposed to sell. I don't care if they were busy earlier. It just means poor planning and make more. The place needs to get their act together. They had a long line of people in line inside and at the drive thru lane. The lines weren't moving!! The owner needs to see this review and hopefully restrategize how to have fully stocked cases all day long and to move their customers through otherwise customers can easily get their sweet fix from Jilly's across the street or Dunkin Donuts... The new building is nice enough and the parking lot is huge with easy access to and from Hwy 9 or Mansell Rd. I was so excited about this location opening closer to home , but please get your act together otherwise word will get around and no one wil be visiting this locale. Being that today is National Doughnut Day I was at this location at 6:15am to ensure I wouldn't have any issues picking up doughnuts for the office. There was one person in front of me and I was quickly helped, which was great. One cashier ringing everyone's order and someone who I believe was the manager (she had a different attire than the other employees) taking the order. I gave her my order (7 dozens - 3 different types of doughnuts). Apparently she didn't hear me so I repeated the order again. She started packing the first couple of dozens then said she didn't hear the rest. I repeated again (3x now) and even proceeded to provide her the list so she can refer to it. She refused to grab it and said she couldn't hear me because of the drive thru headset she was wearing. If you are helping the customers that are actually in front of you, why wouldn't you remove the headset in order for you to be able to hear your customers' order? To top it off she gave me an attitude for offering the list and at the end, the order ended up being wrong; which I only noticed when I got to the office. I would have been more understandable if the store was actually busy. When I left there were two cars in the drive thru and only 3 customers behind me. read more

I love Krispy Kreme. I really do. But this place just isn't a very good one. For one, they don't carry a couple donuts that it would seem obvious that they would, like crullers. I know this is a minor complaint, and some people won't care, but there also another complaint: The "display donuts." At every other KK I've been to, the donuts you see in the window, you can buy. Not here. There's a select few donuts that you can't buy because they're "for display only." This could work in a select few situations, but having them in the display where they retrieve the donuts so you can eat them is not one of them. Especially when the numbers are inconsistent. The pumpkin spice donuts had two on the tray, but they weren't selling these donuts. With the football donuts, it was the same thing, but there were six on the tray. Also, when we got regular glazed donuts, they looked like they had been sitting in that box for a couple days. The donuts still tasted good, but I won't be going back to this location because of the problems I have already stated. read more
