My brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso (yes, you can get it decaf!) was sublime! The staff was friendly and the seating areas absolutely enormous! I have not seen a Starbucks that big ever. That includes the original in Seattle! The parking is relatively easy as it is near a strip mall. The bathroom was not impeccably clean but conveniently located toward the front in the event you just need to make a potty stop. read more

This is the only Starbucks I've been to that rudely tells customers they should not show up to pick up a mobile order until they receive notification. The young man at the drive thru literally said before he could even confirm they had my order, "Next time you need to wait to show up when the order is ready." It's happened at least twice at this location when I arrived literally one minute before the estimated pick up time. Management at this location may want to focus on coaching customer service with some of their associates. read more

I want to start by saying that the staff at the drive-thru is very courteous. I've been through the drive-thru a few times before and during Covid, and it seems like there's always a wait. During my recent visit, I waited in the drive-thru line for at least 15 minutes after ordering. I sat by the speaker box too long the staff thought another car had pulled up and asked to take my order (again). I let the nice lady know it was still me. After receiving my order, I glanced over the store to see if maybe they were understaffed, but there were at least four people behind the counter. Fortunately, my drink (almond milk honey flat white) was correct and tasted great! read more

Absolutely the rudest employees I've ever experienced at a coffee shop. I settled at a table with three strangers at 11am. No reserved sign on the table. We all struggled with the Wi-Fi -- it happens. Finally got to work after a long wait for a latte. Still no reserved sign on the table. At 11:55 a person taps the table in front of me (headphones in) and tells me "we are having a meeting and we need the whole table" then walks away. I see that now there's a sign with "Reserved for employees at 12:00". Had they put a sign on the table at 11am -- no problem. read more

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Truly. I was an hour from home, traveling to the best dentist I could find for my little boy. He had a big day, and the dentist recommended soft, cold foods for a few hours afterward; a milkshake, perhaps. Only the best for my babe, so, off to Starbucks for a crème frapp! They greeted me super cheerfully at the drive thru screen, and I said we needed an extra special, super cool, frilled out to the max "milkshake" for a brave dude who had a big dental appointment this morning. I even let him come and sit up front while we ordered and pulled around, so he could order it himself. I know this is long winded, but it is needed for context, because not only did we get the most gorgeous crème frapp, but multiple people came to the window to greet him and ask how he's feeling and tell him how brave he was and what a cool milkshake he ordered. There wasn't much of a line, so they took just a few extra seconds to really acknowledge him and make him feel special. It meant the world to me. You guys have some really good baristas. Thank you for making a little 6 year old's day better. That was the epitome of 'above and beyond' service. read more

This is a LARGE Starbucks. I mean Grande, no Venti..... This probably is the Venti-est Starbucks I have been to. Comfortable seating along with large tables and work spaces are spread out, as well as additional seating outside. For the most part you can expect a line no matter when you come in, and there are still times it's so full you may not find a seat inside. Service is usually friendly and fast. The manager girl was rude. I think they purposely didn't put two cups on my tea. When trying to put it in the cup holder scalding hot tea dumped all on my lap and all over my new car. It burned me. They just stared at me afterwards and didn't even say "sorry" or "how can I help?". I asked for my drink to be remade. I pulled around front after asking for lots of napkins. This Starbucks location is always getting your order wrong! Last night I went and ordered two different Frappuccinos. When I got to the window she handed me two drinks that were not filled to the top. Also she filled the bottom with whip cream trying to fill the glass. And both drinks were the same Frappuccino which I ordered two different ones. She just put a topping on one to look different. I'm a regular at Starbucks so I know how these drinks are made! The drink she handed me had more whip cream in it than anything else! At $5 a drink I would like my drinks made correctly, the cup filled to the top, and not filled with whip to make the cup look full!!! read more

Friendly staff make it worth coming back. UPDATE: Really not happy about a recent experience where the person at the window refused to throw out my cup (Starbucks morning empty), yet there is. I outside trash can for those in cars. The response was very anti-customer and I was put off. Please add an outside cab for loyal drive thru crowd (often twice a day loyal) so even those in cars can get a similar Starbucks experience. read more

I had a meeting with a few colleagues for 6:30 on a Sunday and Hannah (or maybe Anna) helped me reserve a large table I tried to change that to 2 pm and it was hard to get a change as I had to leave messages with no confirmation. However when I reached at 1:55 pm today, was annoyed that no one responded and confirmed the time change. The large table inside was busy. Colleen quickly came to the rescue and helped me get another large table. That was quick thinking on her part to walk with me to help me when i had 10 people waiting for the meeting. Thank you Colleen for helping out last minute. We had drinks later and they were done just the way we wanted on a cold and windy day. I have been here multiple times and it's always busy and yet has quick service. Super friendly team! Great place to come and work, meet. read more

This is the largest Starbucks I have been to. Very comfortable seating all around and every Sunday morning run ends with a cuppa for our group of 10. Purvi is best employee there. She makes the best drinks. This morning's experience was slightly disappointing. The girl at the cash register took all orders wrong, was with a bored look and had her left hand resting on the counter all along while trying to enter the order details with just one hand. When all our orders arrived wrong we told the situation to the manager lady. To our surprise instead of being apologetic she too threw a temper tantrum. Never have I seen such behavior. We like to spend our Sunday Mornings in this Starbucks and request management to address customer service issues. read more

Had to drive all the way back to show them and get new ones and didn't do nothing but make new ones. Then the employees were arguing about whose fault it was. But when we went in the first time they had employees standing around and conversing while we had to wait 5 minutes after we had received our drinks and someone said "oh are you waiting for anything else" and we said yes our oatmeal and it still came out cold?! By far the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been in. Spills on the floor, an open can of energy drink left behind, an old Starbucks drink left in the table..make that on 2 tables. The place was not busy to warrant this lack of attention. To make matters worse while we were sitting an employee walked thru and straightened up a small chair, looked at the old can of energy drink on the floor and just left it. It's quite unusal for me to review chains like this yet I felt it necessary to express my true love for this particular location. Not only is the service amazing the coffee is absolutely delicious. I have frequented many a Starbucks in my time yet this one is the only one that has been consistently good. My favorite treat is the peppermint mocha twist. This location has been a daily visit for the past three years. The last three visits have taken ten times longer than required. They just changed POS systems, but that should not change the quality of service. I tried to go inside one of the three times to see if it was just the drive through. In all the Starbucks I've been to, from Seattle to New York City, this location is probably in my top 3. It's, hands down, THE most spacious one I've ever been to, which means that finding a seat and claustrophobic feelings are usually never an issue. The square footage also provides a good degree of privacy if you need to study/do work and/or have a conversation with your coffee date(s). Service is also great. I used to work within walking distance from this location, so I visited often and got to know the baristas quite well. They're all super friendly and are eager to ensure you're 100% satisfied with your order. Sad that I no longer live/work near to this location :( read more

I have not been in a Starbucks (much less this one in a long time). The bathrooms are literally in the middle of the shop, as opposed to a corner. Any seating within smelling distance (which is 50% of this location) gets a whiff of urinals. I literally have a headache sitting here but have to wait to interview someone. Now I am walking around because people are here alone and sitting 1 per table. Aside from the smell, they have no bottled water here - at all and offered me tap. I think my next meeting will be at Dunkin Donuts about 1/2 mile down the road. Not sure how all of these kids (18 and under that are here) can stand the smell. Terrible. read more

OH MY GOD. THIS IS THE WALMART OF STARBUCKS. I wish I could draw you a floor plan of this place.This may be the only Starbucks in which you can use the bathroom without encountering any employees. The 5 star rating is for the enormity of this building and not the over-roasted coffee. Actually, it really surprised me, given the large size of the Starbucks and the number of people working there, that it took me 5 minutes to place my order when there was only one guy in line in front of me. Also, the only milk/cream they offered was half-and-half. I had to hand my coffee back to the barista to get regular milk added to it. read more
